List of electronic drum performers

Please note you can't just create a list without any sources – you have to provide a citation from a reliable source (a music magazine, for example, but not a blog or fan forum) for every person on the list, to prove that they use electronic drums. Otherwise, editors will delete members from the list if they can't find a source... it's quite possible that another editor will ask to have the entire article deleted, so you should look for sources as soon as possible. I realize you're an old-timer, so likely you've seen one of these before, but they're recommended by ArbCom, so here's your notice, with standard approved language (hence the template):

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in (a) GamerGate, (b) any gender-related dispute or controversy, (c) people associated with (a) or (b), all broadly construed. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Happy editing! Mathglot (talk) 03:57, 25 March 2020 (UTC)

CD/DVD bowls

Hey there. In 2015 you made this edit to the bowl page, mentioning that large bowls are used for storing CDs and DVDs. Later on, in late 2018, someone added a picture of a CD in a bowl onto the page. Some time later I came across the article and ended up rewriting the first section, and deleting the mention of CD bowls along with the picture, as I took them for a joke!

However, the page has haunted me ever since. Pray tell, is there an underground society of madmen out there storing loose CDs and DVDs in bowls?! If there is, perhaps it should be mentioned on the page! —turdastalk - contribs 07:45, 25 March 2020 (UTC)

Notice

The article The Few Against Many has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Subject lacks notability

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A pie for you!

Piqua,_Ohio

I added an image of a memorial statue of one of notable people in Piqua Ohio and it was instantly removed by a more senior editor.

I saw that you did a lot of edits to Wikipedia:Adding_images_improves_the_encyclopedia and figured you are really familiar with adding images to articles.

When is it appropriate to add images to the notable people sections / pages?

Hey there, OnBeyondZebrax. I was wondering if you could take a look at the draft article I have been working on for Brendan Gahan (Draft:Brendan_Gahan). ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:10, 23 November 2021 (UTC)

Requesting draft improvement help

Greetings @ OnBeyondZebrax,

I selected your User ID for request from an articles history and found your user profile is experienced one.

Some weeks back I had worked on some one else's draft with proper sourcing, but I do have linguistic limitations English not being my native language.

I am looking for help in improving Draft:Ex-Muslim activism in Kerala so as it would come to Wikipedian expectation to get approval as a start class article.

If you are unable to spare time feel free to suggest me other user who can help me in this endeavour.

Thanks and warm regards

Notice

The article Monsters in Orbit has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline requirement nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (books) supplementary essay. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. If you disagree and deprod this, please explain how it meets them on the talk page here in the form of "This article meets criteria A and B because..." and ping me back through WP:ECHO or by leaving a note at User talk:Piotrus. Thank you.

Hamid Hlioua moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Hamid Hlioua, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 01:14, 12 July 2022 (UTC)
