Welcome!

Hello, Noorjehan, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Kohat, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Yamaguchi慈生 (talk) 23:09, 18 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Piracha. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Yamaguchi慈生 (talk) 23:11, 18 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The material you added to Kohat was copied directly from another website, and thus was a copyright violation. Please don't add copyright material to this wiki. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 19:42, 19 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Diannaa: this user has been continuously doing copyright violations and adding OR to various BLPs. --Saqib (talk) 05:12, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I will monitor their contribs for further copyright violations. Noorjehan, Prose you find online is almost always copyright, and cannot be copied here; it's against the law and the copyright policy of this website to do so. All prose must be written in your own words. Copyright law and its application are complex matters, and you should not edit any more until you have taken the time to read and understand our copyright policy. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 14:04, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Diannaa: The user has done copyvio and OR again [1]. Please take action. --Saqib (talk) 04:43, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Diannaa: The user has done copyvio again [2] despite several warnings. And no only that, the user cited unreliable non-independent sources, thrice.--Saqib (talk) 05:35, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Nuzhat Sadiq, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Saqib (talk) 08:31, 4 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Saqib (talk) 06:08, 17 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Marriyum Aurangzeb, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Saqib (talk) 04:43, 26 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Zahid Hamid. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Saqib (talk) 05:40, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, you may be blocked from editing. Biddydrain (talk) 23:16, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright problem icon Your addition to Iqbal Zafar Jhagra has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Saqib (talk) 05:03, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Marriyum Aurangzeb. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Saqib (talk) 08:05, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
