Please re-consider my articles Digital to Digital filter transformation and Pascal matrix equations

I have searched on google website for my article Digital to digital filter transformation and I saw my article was marked with "01:16, 12 November 2014 RHawoth (talk| contribs) deleted page Digital-to-digital filter transformation (This is taken almost wholly from editor’s white paper at: http:/www.vi-institute.org/assetd/1/7/phuocsinguyen_digital2digitalfilter_final.pdf)". Firstly, I would like to say, the paper “Design of Digital Filter Using Pascal’s Triangle” is my self-work, I did not copy from anyone. If you said I already submitted my paper in Vibration Institute and then I cannot submit again in Wikipedia, and if your policy does not accept I reposted it from my self-work then I am fine for my article was deleted . But I am not happy and it is a shock as you said “This is taken almost wholly from editor”, because that paper is mine and all the works on that paper are my self-work. You cannot jump to a hurry conclusion and display on a public such as you did on google website. I wrote two articles, “Digital to digital filter transformation” and “Pascal matrix equations”, in Wikipedia and both of them were rejected with the same reason. I am very sure, you could not find on any website, any book, and any article which have the same words like that. That means I did not copy from anyone. I thought, Wikipedia is a popular dictionary therefore I would like to introduce something new from my self-work such as “Pascal matrix equations”, “Inverse Pascal matrix equations”, “Digital to digital filter transformation” so a wider range of readers could have more choices for their references. Wikipedia is not a dictionary, it is an encyclopaedia, there's a difference. You cannot use copyrighted information. Even if you own the copyright. You haven't been accused of stealing someone else's work, you've just been told that simply pasting copyright info here is not acceptable. It's a common mistake made by academics to think they can simply copy and paste a piece of work they wrote for a journal or similar publisher into wikipedia.

You can't expect wikipedia volunteers to know you are the author of the other piece and own the copyright, or indeed chase you up over something like this, you need to let us know you are donating your work.
