Early Fox stations

[edit]

Wondering how it's cruft to say that most early Fox stations were essentially programmed as independents before the 1990s. It's a well-established fact--a number of sources from the 1980s referred to Fox affiliates and O&Os as independents. HangingCurveSwing for the fence 19:58, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The CW in Montana

[edit]

Hi, this is SharpShark3. I noticed that you removed the "Montana CW" logo from KRTV and KTVH-DT. You also removed the "KAJ 18" logo from KPAX-TV. What is this about? I only added those logos so Wikipedians and fellow TV nerds can know that those stations are affiliated with The CW. Just letting you know. SharpShark3 19:45, 22 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for WVIZ

[edit]

On 30 May 2023, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article WVIZ, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that programs at a Cleveland public TV station had to be recorded in between school bells and fire drills? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/WVIZ. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, WVIZ), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
