A page you started (Dylan Joel) has been reviewed!
[edit]Thanks for creating Dylan Joel, Nana222222!
Wikipedia editor Doomsdayer520 just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:
Thanks for your new article on Dylan Joel. Note that Wikipedia has strict policies on the notability of musicians, and this article may be targeted by other editors seeking more information on what makes this singer notable beyond releasing some records. That information could possibly be found in some of the sources you have already used. Good luck!

Blocked for sockpuppetry
[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing for sock puppetry per evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Nana222222. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. If you believe that this block was in error, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. Request reason:
Hello, a friend and I have a lot of interest in Australian music and musicians and we believe there is not enough information about notable Australian musicians on Wikipedia. We were creating and editing articles about Australian musicians on the same Wifi account, however we were blocked because people thought it was sockpupperty. We understand this is wrong on Wikipedia. We didn't know it was wrong at the time to both have input on discussions and therefore skew the outcome. We really do apologise. We have learnt from this mistake and will not continue to do so in the future. We loved learning about Wikipedia and researching topics. Sorry if this offended anyone, It was all in good faith. We will only continue to use Wiki in the right way.
Decline reason:
It may or may not be true that you are two friends editing together, but even if it is true, it is clear that there was a deliberate attempt, using both logged-in and logged-out editing, to give the impression of a larger number of people supporting one view in a discussion than there really were. That was not "all in good faith". I can't speak for any other administrator, but I would require something much closer to a full and true account of what happened before I would consider accepting an unblock request. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 14:39, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- In my decline of the unblock request above I said "It may or may not be true that you are two friends editing together", because either way it makes no difference to the outcome of that request. However, for the benefit of any administrator who may have reason to review this, I should like to put on record that in the light of a careful check of the relevant editing histories, I think it is far more likely that it is all one person. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 14:46, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
Hello, Nana222222. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Young Franco, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
- edit the page
- remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- save the page
Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

Hi Sorry, I clearly don't know the rules or how to use Wikipedia. I created the new account thinking I was doing the right thing. I thought by using this account I would be in trouble because my IP address ban had been lifted and I thought I had to start again by starting fresh with a new account. I didn't know you could appeal again after being declined. I have learnt what I did was wrong as I said before. You can clearly see I waited 2 months before doing any more editing or creating accounts as I generally thought I was doing the right thing by waiting and then starting over once my IP ban was over. I have a passion for researching artists and want to contribute to the music side of Wikipedia. I will follow all the rules and learn from my mistakes. (Nana222222 (talk) 14:45, 4 October 2018 (UTC))
Decline reason:
JamesBWatson said: "I would require something much closer to a full and true account of what happened before I would consider accepting an unblock request." I don't see that. I also have severe doubts about "After I was blocked for using multiple accounts, I thought it would be totally OK to create more accounts." Huon (talk) 18:27, 13 October 2018 (UTC)

Here is the full truth- A friend and I were using the same accounts at my house back to back on this account and a different account. We were using this also to back each other on deletion articles and we would log onto each other’s account and vice versa. He no longer cares to edit after all the drama. We have learnt from our mistakes. No other accounts have been made except for the one I made thinking I could start again after my IP address was unblocked. I have learnt that this is wrong. You can only have 1 account on Wikipedia. Clearly I have now learnt the rules and will never repeat the same mistakes. I have such a passion for researching musicians and we have created successful Wikipedia’s for artists such as- G Flip, Manu Crooks, George Maple, Dylan Joel, Carmouflage Rose, Kota Banks and more. I will continue to research and help articles relating to music on Wikipedia if you give me the chance. I will prove I will no longer make the mistakes I have made in the past. I am deeply sorry for my past mistakes and understand the severity of it. It was all in good will and we were both naive. Hopefully I can one day help contribute to Wikipedia again after learning from my lesson. Thank you.
Decline reason:
I am declining your request because I am not convinced that the benefits outweigh the possible disruption. Given that you further evaded your block after your first block appeal, I think it's not unreasonable to doubt your sincerity. In that light, I suggest reviewing and following the process at WP:SO if you are still interested in editing.
To be absolutely clear, regardless of whether you appeal this block or not, Wikipedia policy prohibits you from editing Wikipedia – on any account, on any IP address, even asking others to edit on your behalf – until this block is lifted. Editing in violation of this block will simply make any further appeal more difficult.

Hello, I have patiently waited over 6 months without without any sockpuppetry or block evasion (WP:SO). I promise to never use sockpuppetry again as I have clearly learnt my lesson and wouldn't be stupid enough to do it again. I am a very passionate person that just has an interest in editing and following Wikipedia articles on Music. I mean absolutely no harm and am hoping you can trust me again to follow the rules of Wikipedia and only do the right thing. Thank you so much for your time (talk) 6:54, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
Accept reason:
With the consent of the blocking administrator and on my own judgment, I have unblocked you. I believe you when you say you will not engage in sockpuppetry again. Welcome back. Please be careful; any further blocks will likely be indefinite. This isn't a threat, I believe you'll be a productive contributor to Wikipedia. But it is a strong encouragement to take any future warnings seriously, so you can avoid that situation. Yamla (talk) 20:57, 3 May 2019 (UTC)
@Bbb23: More than six months have passed here with no sockpuppetry as far as I can see. If there's been no sockpuppetry, I'm tempted to unblock, given that it's easy enough to reblock if problems recur. As the blocking admin, what are your thoughts? --Yamla (talk) 20:29, 3 May 2019 (UTC)
- @Yamla: I have found no evidence of socking in the last three months. If you believe the user is going to behave, go ahead and unblock--Bbb23 (talk) 20:44, 3 May 2019 (UTC)

The article Beyond The Valley has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:GNG; no reliable sources can be found to demonstrate notability
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jalen Folf (talk) 17:42, 27 August 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Dave Winnel moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Dave Winnel, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

Creating articles
[edit]Hi. It's great that you're creating articles for notable Australian artists, but there's a few things you need to work on. Please stop preemptively disambiguating titles when they don't need it, i.e. using "Australian band" as a disambiguator when the band in question is the only one by the name (you would also benefit from reading this, as two-person bands should be created with the disambiguator "duo"). You also need to be sourcing albums, extended plays, and singles with an inline citation, as each of them require a reference for verification. And finally, please work on sourcing things a bit better. It's a surefire way to get an article nominated for deletion by including as few sources as you do, and other editors may be less inclined to act with good faith and search for sources beforehand. Speedy deletion nomination of John Summit
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on John Summit, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Onel5969 TT me 12:40, 11 October 2022 (UTC)
