@Kansas Bear: There are sources based on primary accounts found in the Arabic Wikipedia if you want me to add it, however it is inaccessible and unintelligible for English speakers. As for your concerns, he appears to be far from being an authoritative source, and ought to be removed per WP:RS if the claim is questioned. That sometimes happens when editing an older version of the article (also explaining the inconsistent summary, then). It happened to me a few times too, so very understandable. When editing an older version there's a notice about it at the top but it's easy to miss. Preview also helps but for simple edits we often skip it... —PaleoNeonate – 18:38, 13 September 2018 (UTC)

You may have understood my comment. Copy editing is modifying something to correct grammar, spelling, and improve readability. The English is a little less broken now.
