I have userfied the article for you - moved it into a sub-page in your user space at User:NBUPolSci Stoyan Rachev/Алексис дьо Токвил.

This is the English-language Wikipedia, and contributions should be in English. We already have an article Alexis de Tocqueville. You should submit this to the Bulgarian Wikipedia, which you will find at http://bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/.

If you have based this Bulgarian version on the English article, when you post it on the Bulgarian Wikipedia you are required by the license terms to give attribution to the English article. There is a template {{Translated page}} to use for this purpose when importing to en:wp - I expect there is a corresponding template on bg:wp. See also WP:Copying within Wikipedia and WP:Translation.
