Climate change

A lot of the references used quotes. I think that using unmerged references makes it more clear which quote corresponds to which source. --MtPenguinMonster (talk) 00:43, 9 October 2024 (UTC)

Thanks for the feedback. I think bulleted merged references would be clearer? What do you think? I think the original intent in merging references in the lead was that they would be less of a distraction. Many FA articles do not even have references in the lead. I agree that merging references can be good for making the article less cluttered. However, if a source is quoted, it is good to have the quote and its source in their own <ref> tag to make it as clear as possible that the quote corresponds to the source. --MtPenguinMonster (talk) 02:58, 10 October 2024 (UTC)
