Hello. We have a specific process that needs to be followed if the copyright holder wishes to release previously published content under a license that is compatible with Wikipedia. This is detailed at WP:DONATETEXT. That involves either putting a statement of release on the source website, or contacting Wikipedia's Volunteer Response Team (VRT) to verify that the permissions are in place.
