Speedy deletion nomination of Fedor Kurj
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Fedor Kurj requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Foodie (talk) 21:25, 27 October 2013 (UTC)

Hello, Mindsetup. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Tony Petkovich, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Tony Petkovich to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.
If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.
Thanks, Itsalleasy (talk) 07:09, 8 December 2013 (UTC)
Hello, Mindsetup. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Katrina Starzhynskaya, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
- edit the page
- remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- save the page
Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Itsalleasy (talk) 07:22, 8 December 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Susan Gilbert
[edit]Hello Mindsetup,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Susan Gilbert for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Anishwiki12 (talk) 06:20, 28 December 2013 (UTC)

Deletion discussion about Gary Douglas
[edit]Hello, Mindsetup,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Gary Douglas should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Gary Douglas .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks, Anishwiki12 (talk) 06:25, 28 December 2013 (UTC)

[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Blocked as an account of User:Arifhasan23 - Bilby (talk) 01:25, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
Mindsetup (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I am not doing any illegitimate work in wikipedia now. Why I will be blocked now? I am using my user ID for inserting informative articles, not any illegal or unusual work. I have relation with user: Arifhasasn23 long back but till then I did not make any Sock puppet. Please unblock me and I promise not to make any illegitimate work, all works will be fair enough. I always follow wikipedia rules. The previous Sock puppet was done due to my lack of knowledge as i was new and I was somehow tapped that I mentioned in my reasons. Please consider.
Decline reason:
Admitted sock of either or both User:Sultanakan and User:Arifhasan23. Standard practice to to request unblock from the original account. Ronhjones (Talk) 22:52, 18 January 2014 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- To clarify, if I understand your comment correctly, you were using a previous account, which I assume to be User:Sultanakan. Is this correct? - Bilby (talk) 09:56, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, your mentioned user ID was used by me. But there was no Sock puppet or something like this or any illegitimate work under this user ID. Mindsetup (talk) 15:40, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
- Unfortunately both User:Sultanakan and User:Arifhasan23 are blocked, and we had previously determined that User:Sultanakan was an account used by User:Arifhasan23. So what you are doing by creating a new account is block evasion. That creates a problem for us. There's also a problem in that you appear to have been making edits with a conflict of interest, but have not been declaring your conflict of interest when editing. While that is not necessarily something we would block your account for, in combination with block evasion it creates a bigger issue. - Bilby (talk) 06:01, 15 January 2014 (UTC)
So, will I be unblocked? I will not be engaged with any illegitimate work here. Mindsetup (talk) 18:08, 16 January 2014 (UTC)
- I think that is best left to whoever considers your request above. - Bilby (talk) 09:55, 17 January 2014 (UTC)
