I will keep this pretty straight forward. Considering your rudeness, this is not the time and place for tender words that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

1st: Do not assume you speak for the entire wiki community, you don't
2nd: If you are not interested in settling a resulting dispute, do not revert changes. This wiki relies on different opinions and compromises reached. It's not your way or the highway.
3rd: Do not make people chase you to your own user page to settle disputes. This is rude at best.
4th: Do not tell others to go look up a certain wiki _guideline_ until you have read all the wiki guidlines (especially the one your are referring to) yourself. You might want to go look up the dispute guidelines right now.

5th: "because it messes up my other article" is not a valid point when editing articles

Question on the Lists of films

Hi Mermaid from the Baltic Sea, please take this as a simple question from an interested ProjectFilm member. I am working on the Lists of films, in particular by year, whereas Nehrams2020, in particular by letter. We plan to also start a list for "red" films (without an article), in a way that users can either "adopt" a film to develop, or classify it to films not worth developing. I see you have added lots of basic stubs in your area of interest. Do you have material that you plan to add to them eventually? There is somewhere a very incomplete list of basic film stubs to develop. Maybe it would be worth to merge it also in the lists of films, as a new list (film articles to develop), specifically for people wanting to develop film articles to at least class start status. Since you are quite active lately in the film project, I would appreciate your view or suggestions on our effort. Hoverfish 07:35, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

By the way, thank you for your contribution in the Lists of films. I am trying to bring up the issue of raising this article to category, so the more comprehensive it becomes the better. Your plans sound like a good idea to me. I know "red" films aren't supposed to be on the regular lists, but making a list just for them as a helping tool for project members sounds like a good idea. Raising the article to category status also seems good. I know that some of the film lists are very similar, I tried to group those near each other when I could so that people would be more likely to think about merging them (the best example is probably the alien film list, extraterrestrial film list and UFO film list, grouped under Lists_of_films#By_creature). I'm pretty new at this, though, so I might not be the best person to ask about whether your plans will work well with the Wikiproject. As to my own plans, I'm planning on later expanding some of the stubs I've created, though right now it's more of a priority to make sure the stubs I've made have the proper wiki-links pointing to them from other articles so they aren't orphaned or nearly orphaned, and to make sure all the stubs I've planned to make (Mexican monster movies such as the remaining Santo and Paul Naschy films, plus the "red" films remaining on Werewolves in fiction#Films) are created in the first place. Werewolf flops

You've linked a bunch of werewolf films to "Entertainment flops," or at least that's what I assume from seeing several obscure werewolf films on the category page, then checking and finding that you had added at least two of them. While I appreciate the thought, I don't think you can really say that a B-movie like "Werewolf" is as big of a flop as, say, "Battlefield Earth" or "Waterworld," which both had considerable budgets and supposed reasons to succeed at the box office. I'm going to delete most of them from the list; if you can come up with a plausible reason as to why these films should be included, feel free to add them again. Werewolves

Hi Mermaid! I've changed 'Werewolves in fiction' to 'Werewolf fiction'. Hope that meets with your approval. As we have discussed on the Talk Page the article is in no way perfect, but I guess if we pool our respective knowledges about fictional werewolves we might get somewhere... As I see it the werewolf is respectively the subject of folklore, fairy tales, gothic fiction and latterly fantasy fiction (werewolves as a fantasy race). Though this latter category of cod-mythologising is dominant in the mass market media at the present time, I don't think that it is necessarily the be all and end all of the subject: for instance I thought those recent Canadian films about those two sisters one of whom turns into a werewolf was an interesting take on the subject: a psychological (and gynecological...) rather than mythological approach.... Well, lists are meant to give some presentation, have some extra notes after the entries, explain itself as a list, etc. Some lists do this and they are useful. However many lists are just doing what categories do, but in many cases all the items of a list haven't yet been given the category. So we'll have to deal with it individually or generally. In good time I hope a clear guideline will be formulated. By the way, the work you did in the Lists of films is of big value to help categorizing and subcategorizing. Eth Bombo

Well, you're welcome to change the article to be an RfD, but have you read it? It reads to me like the ramblings of a teenager who wants to add an artile about a friend (or fellow pupil) he calls "Eth Bombo" that "he discovered". I also Google'd for it - nothing! Sadly, the article does sound terrible. But some of the local names for hominoid cryptids are quite obscure, so I don't agree that it is necessarily absolute nonsense. I do agree that it probably needs to go (either deleted as not notable enough, or merged into a minor mention in passing in some other hominoid cryptid article) but it would be nice to give the cryptozoology community a chance to look into it first, just to make sure. I remember reading about some hominoid cryptid 12 feet tall that is supposed to roam about in Washington D.C., so there is a small possibility that this could be a related (misspelled?) critter. And, I think I vaguely recall some cryptid that started with an "Eth" sound (though I don't think it was a hominoid type). Still, it seems that every state has 10 or 11 local names for these things, and obviously they don't all deserve an article. The "Penthcothian" bit is obvious nonsense, but I've seen nonsense just as bad in other cryptozoology stubs. Some points on your infoboxes

First, congrats for the nice new display and choice of boxes. Box "Philosopher" + box "Friendly" => I would like to share with you my work on God Speaks#The Birth of Consciousness (up to Syncretism), which I connect rather to (ontological) philosophy than to religion (Meher Baba said all this should not become a new religion). The question that I would like to ask (if you are interested to check it out) is: do you find this "hard to understand" (which I often hear)? Or could it be that what is hard is to accept some of its ontological implications? Another box issue: the new categorization dept, after an initial rush to clear out categories and set priorities, is bound to come to the Categories/Lists/Navigation boxes issue and when we get there, I think you can be one of our most helpful members. God Speaks#The Birth of Consciousness is written in a concise and clear manner, especially when considering the subject matter. I did not see any problems with it other than an occasional nonstandard capitalization (such as "Infinite ocean" the first time this is mentioned, then "infinite ocean" the second time).

As to navigation boxes to help clear out the film categories issue, I am having two thoughts. One is that the structure should be (at least roughly) based on the organization already present at Lists of films. Another is to look at some of the other entertainment navigation boxes as rough guides and inspirations. For example, I've been admiring the fantasy genre navigational box found on List of fantasy television programs, it is well laid out, attractive and I like the way it sits to the right side of the page, long and narrow. A similar principle could be applied to a navigational box listing film genre lists or a navigational box of films lists by film awards. Mermaid from the Baltic Sea 16:07, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

Presentationally it's really great. We could use the same format. One thing I like is that it is full of informative articles. If we could put together such class B's as Fantasy film for all our genres (from where lists can branch out), that would make it all much better and justifiable. To just navigate from list to list isn't so interesting, although it can still be very practical. Letting the navigation box inspire us, means letting usability lead the way. I agree. If we can get all our film genre articles into a good form, especially with more features than just the bare list (introductory paragraph, a bit on genre history, a "see also" section, maybe even external links on some) then the navigational boxes would be even more attractive and useful. Funniculars

Hi there! I am complaining as i was beginning to create a page on funniculars as i used the word in an article and saw it when i linked it that it didnt have a page and i thought many americans wouldnt be familiar with this term...it is a type of train/tram such as they have in austria and switzerland that rides on the ground usually and is pulled by a cable system...they use it for steep inclines that a train couldnt handle...anyways it was most decidely not vandalism...its not the most important page sure...yet i had never heard of them before immigrating to switzerland so i thought to put some info so people would know what i was talking about when i mentioned them in my additions to the canton bern article...Benjiwolf 22:35, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for welcoming me to Wikipedia, thoughtful mermaid from the deep Blue Sea. I am very much favourably surprised, awed and respected at your drawing my attention to the article on torture - this is a very important subject.

I love the painting - I appreciate pre-Raphaelite art. In the South Australian Art Gallery there is a notable iconic example of pre-Raphaelite art which I find inspirational and which South Australia is very lucky to own - pity South Australia is so conservative and uninspirational that she feels as though a prisoner here! It is Circe Invidiosa. (But you won't see this painting of the great Circe on the Circe page!) She stands with a bowl of water in her hands in a rocky grotto before the raging green sea, working her magic. The Five Pillars (Online Game)

First, if you have any question about whether or not that game is legitimate, you can go to www.thefivepillars.org. We have around 1300 active players currently and nearly 72,000 accounts registered total. I put that temporary page up so that the game's community can get the full copy back up. There was extreme reluctance for anyone to actually bite the bullet and create that page, so I went ahead and did it. Here is the story. There was a page for our game up on Wikipedia at one point under The Five Pillars (Computer Game). However, last October, that page was deleted. I had been taking a temporary reprieve from the game, and came back in December. When I did, I found that the wikipedia page had been deleted by another admin. There was no reason stated in the deletion log. Some community members had attempted to revive the page, and the result was that the page now autoreverts whenever it is edited. Since The Five Pillars keeps on growing, I made another page, this time at The Five Pillars (Online Game). There is a private wiki for The Five Pillars, and on there a backup of the wikipedia.org The Five Pillars page was made, in case an event like this happened. I will put up a stub notification on The Five Pillars (Online Game) until someone who can access the file on the private wiki gets my message and copy/pastes the page back onto wikipedia. Once this is done, would it be ok to add a link to The Five Pillars (Online Game) at the top of The Five Pillars of Islam, since The Five Pillars redirects to the latter?

I went ahead and put in a small summary of the game, a link to our main page, and a stub marking on the page. It looks like the reason for deletion was that The Five Pillars was moved onto the page of another game that it is similar too. It was put under section along with other spinoffs (like mrs pacman is a spinoff of pacman. Once a full wikipedia page gets uploaded, is there a chance for The Five Pillars (Online Game) to exist on its own page, with a link from Archmage (Computer Game), or are decisions like these pretty much permenant?

It is impossible to be sure what Wikipedia will allow without testing it in fact, but a pretty good idea of how to write a good article and fight (by the rules) for keeping it can be gleaned from the welcome links I posted to your talk page that you erased (but don't worry, you can find them again by looking at that version of your talk page by clicking on its history tab). While your tagging of articles is appreciated, please stop adding the talk header template when it is not needed. On the template's page it clearly states, "This template should be used only when needed. Acculturation can't be forced, and it can be overdone. Sinking Ship!

Boy do I need a Mermaid! You have been very kind and helpfull. I did figure how to deal with the issue of having two of the same name, thank you. I have a big problem tryin to figure how to answere back to people, as you, and only can seems to you, as I don't understand how to place my responce and to whom. I had issues trying to place my first photo on a name page, and actually got it done. Then is was erasd because of copy right issues. I think it was public domain....but some bitty thinks not.... Now I am trying to fill in holes I come across in histories I am writhing and find again dumb clucks so fast to scorn me and erraticate my effort.

So here is my repsonse which is harsh and should be I feel. But I lack were to place it. This for an article or page I created Arri 35 BL. "I am loosing my patients with the small minded people who think they have some authority. I am extremely knowledgible in these areas of which I try to contribute. And while being a novice in contructing these pages, I find this attack bothersome. Almost to a point of walking away. This is HISTORY!! What is important about a given devise is how it impacted the industry and why it worked so well as to to do so. These are instruments from 40 years ago, hardly an advertisment. I alos find this RUSH to jump on these contribution before I even have a chance to finish them. I find the missing whole in a rather round about fashion, working on another page. When I find the empty information on something as impacting as the first reflex camera, I start to work on that, using at first something to create the page and to hold it while I gather my thoughts or do further research to include. Then when I reopen the name page the next morning I find it gone. As I will be soon."

I ask you go see what is the issue "baltant advertisment" at arriflex 35BL, where I think like on Panavision it is a history I am speaking on and how that lead to change an industry. Did you actually remove Anthony E Caruso, the page I created?

This is a legitimate reference. The website for CSA Group, the company Anthony Caruso is the president is www.csadistribution.com

If you look on that site in the "in the news" section you will see he is a successful entprepreneur who is in this months Entreprenuer Magazine.

He also was in an episode of Friends as a guest of Jennifer Aninston.

I'm not an administrator, so I didn't personally delete it. Articles tagged as speedy deletion candidates can be deleted by an administrator at any time. The process requires at least two people to look at the article and decide that it is a speedy deletion candidate. As to who you are, see Wikipedia:Autobiography and Wikipedia:Conflict of interest for policies concerning creating an article about yourself or editing an article about yourself. As to proper sources, you should note that an article normally needs more than a website for its citations (read Wikipedia:Verifiability). Even if the website contains references to notable citations itself (magazines, books and so on), Wikipedia readers still need notable sources cited within the article itself. Try looking at some other articles in order to see how it is done. If you'd like to also list websites (websites usually aren't considered sources for the purpose of verification) then you could try adding an external links section too. GPS Police

Hi,

My brother owns GPS Police and so I thought I'd write an article about his company... I'll get references, its just hard getting the info from him. Its one of the largest vehicle recovery firms in Canada and there are news articles and TV spots of the company so I figured I'd post information ABOUT the company that isn't "sales" related as the website is. I'll fix the article up because I think Wikipedia is a pretty awesome resource for people wanting more information non-related to sales and marketing.

I'm sure others will be able to add better information. I have been sourcing the information that I've found on some government sites and other things like that. I'm going to also be writing an article on LSD/ATS which is a special kind of mapping system here in our Province of Alberta which is like GPS but invented about 100 years ago and is really cool. Baseloc (GPS Police division) is the only company that provides a free GPS to LSD conversion utility which lots of oil & gas firms in the province use. I LOVE Wikipedia, can't wait to get more involved and add my contributions and in the process learn how to write.

If you can point me in the direction of a really well written article thats close to GPS Police let me know so that I can understand HOW it can be written properly.

You seem to be operating from more than one ISP, so I'm copying my answer here too. See Links normally to be avoided #12 and #13. The relationship between the Wikipedia article about therianthropy (which is nonfiction) and an online novel about therianthropy (which is fiction) is not clear and direct. Furthermore, there are literally hundreds of such online novels. Obviously we can't link to them all, and if it were appropriate to link to a few of them (which it probably isn't) then we'd want to link to a handful of them that had received some critical WP:N and WP:V types of attention (hint: if you want your external link retained, you might want to dig up any media attention or reviews it has received). If you feel that I'm wrong, feel free to raise the issue on the article's talk page to see if anyone else agrees with you. If others agree with you, they could out-vote me (though, you should note Wikipedia is not a democracy and that even if more people agree with you, if they go against Wikipedia policy the external link could still end up getting deleted by other users for policy reasons). Hi Merm, thanx for the welcome. Thank Triton that there is a real person to comm with. I'm a gradute student in History, posting the COPS article to fulfill a course requirement. I apologize for the state of the post, but trust me, I spent HOURS trying to make it look like other wikis. I had little trouble editing Ernesto Cortes, but starting a new article seems more complex for a newbie than it should be. How do I avoid having all or part of my text wind up in the little gray boxes? How about copying a Word file to the edit box? I got 3 or 4 lines about a quarter mile long. Started using returns to shorten them, but tedious, ya know? I don't like leaving loose ends, so plan to spend some time learning to wikify the article. Do you really think the intro is that unclear? question about adding content

I added a new short section to the entry on the Symphone Fantastique that an editor then "expressed concern that this article or section may be unencyclopedic and should be deleted." This seemed an important addition noting that a major new, award-winning contemporary theatre production was developed using this score, which seems to me a valuable additional piece of knowledge. Question about postcryptozoology

Hi. I just added a comment on the talk page of cryptozoology. In the Bay Area lately (and to a lesser extent in New York) their has been a lot of interest in postcryptozoology, and specifically in Ed Hans. I saw him speak recently, bought one of his books and decided to add something about his work to wikipedia (I first did it without an account, because I didn't have an account yet). There are a number of authors lately writing about the subject, and I am learning more about it each week. They have a collective press called IPCZ Press. There are a number of authors, a collective press (so somewhere in between self-published and commercially published), and a lot of stir in the art community. I looked at the notability guidelines, and it seems like they might be notable enough to include. However, I am biased and a big fan. My reasoning for my edit was to clarify on the article - because the Lunar New Year -while celebrated in countries like the Phillipines, Thailand, etc. - it is *not* a part of their traditional culture, but the culture of the ethnic Chinese living in those countries. Joe Kress did not edit my additions, he removed vandalism from another user. It's probably a better idea to use the talk page though, you're right. However, you can ask any real Filipino, Thai, etc. person and they'll tell you Lunar New year is NOT a part of the traditional culture of these countries. It is celebrated due to the presence of the Ethnic Chinese populations in these countries. Thailand, Cambodia, etc. all have different religions and therefore celebrate a New Year in April which is heavily based on their own school of Buddhism (Theravada). This is not a disputed fact, it's commonly known. I know I've seen such books, it's just a problem of tracking them down and adding proper citations, which can be quite a lot of work. I suspect it'll go slowly, and the more obscure sub-genres might never get an intro paragraph. However, lists are far less likely to get deleted if they obviously have more use than a category does. Try looking at Links normally to be avoided #11. Blogs usually aren't considered good candidates for external links. Also, see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Adding links to your own site is nearly always considered a conflict of interest. Also, you should read sockpuppet as it seems that mysterious new users keep showing up just to re-add your link. The reference to the Beware Print On Demand site should reference print on demand publishers, not the whole print on demand industry. It's not just about book publishing, but this site makes it sound as though print on demand is a scam. Maybe if they read through the whole reference they learn the difference, but as most people just glance at the headline, they think print on demand is a scam - beware! So it does a disservice. But print on demand is a much bigger topic than what this wikipedia entry is limiting it to. It's not just about books, it's about technology and service providers as well. And your page does list other providers, but for books. At least open it up to all the POD is. Incidentally, I'm not affiliated with the site, nor do I gain any revenue from the site. I do happen to be in the industry, though, which is why I find it troublesome that the referenced warning site can mislead someone. Just my two cents.

Would you mind exercising a bit more restraint and common sense when reporting to Wikipedia:Requests for comment/User names? Today you have posted numerous reports for usernames which do not violate any reasonable interpretation of the username policy. Some of the reports are, in my opinion, absolutely ludicrous. (For example, "Suhass.badre (talk · contribs): Based around 'ass' as a profanity? Or is it 'badass' used in a noninsulting way?") I have to agree. RFCN is for when you're unsure, yes, but you also need to start by asking the user. When they respond with their reasoning, then you start a discussion if it's still unclear. Right now, it seems like you're taking a post first, ask questions later approach that essentially bites any good faith contributors. Most of them I send straight to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism and they get deleted right away. I only send the borderline ones to RFC, and even those tend to get removed right away, often with no debate, because an admin thinks I ought to have sent it to Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. The ones that linger for a long time on the RFC page are those where most people disagree with my initial concern, and the pile-up of such names on the RFC gives a false impression that I tend to treat appropriate names as borderline. I'm somewhat confused, because the people at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism, the people at RFCN and the policy at WP:U seem to be quite different. The admins delete nearly everything I bring to their notice, but the RFCN people vote to keep some of the names that I was almost completely sure violated WP:U and only dropped them by RFCN because there was a small amount of doubt. Also, my understanding of WP:U was that it was about the appropriateness of the username itself, and did not require vandalism edits to occur first. Also, I thought that discussion on the user talk page was the lowest rung, with RFCN being more serious, and Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism being the most serious of all. I didn't think that I was supposed to go to user talk page discussion unless I was really in doubt, and I don't even think about banning those usernames because I assume enough good faith not to bother. Furthermore, I just now noticed that WP:U has been changed in drastic ways in the last couple of days. For example, using "troll" as part of the username is no longer an automatic ban. I didn't say "wait for vandalism edits before asking, I said wait for edits, because we are supposed to be assuming good faith. Also, no one can be offended by a username that isn't being used, so if it's in doubt enough to bring it to RFCN, you can wait until they edit and then ask them about it. There are a couple ideas at work here:

1. If you wait for them to edit and they vandalize, they'll get blocked for that.
2. If you wait for them to edit and they contribute constructively, they may be open to changing their name.
3. If you don't wait and they were going to contribute constructively, you may scare them away from Wikipedia.

That category only holds the single character articles. The discussion that ended with keeping the category was also about the merit of whether such articles should exist. Meaning that, if the concensus is to keep a category, then that implies that some articles should be included in it. If you want to empty out the category like you did, please bring the articles to AFD. Otherwise, it just seems like you're going around the rules rather than working with them. I'm sure that's not what you meant to do, but concensus has to mean something. If you want to overturn an old concensus, then do it by getting a new concensus, by putting the articles on AFD. If you look at it, it starts out to be about the content, but the nominator changes after being told that it doesn't. It would have been the other way around if the articles were merged beforehand. So, can you please not be as technical about it, and just let them become redirected? I see no logical reason to have put them up for deletion. You can just reply here. Go to Puppets_Who_Kill#Characters and click on any of the character names. It brings you through (for example) Rocko the Dog and the right back to Puppets_Who_Kill#Characters. I'm not sure whether they are double redirects or circular redirects, but they sure are annoying. Sorry I got confused on my terminology between double redirects and circular redirects! As to just tagging it as empty, well, I can see where you're coming from, but it kind of feels wrong. Concensus kept it before, and it just feels like you're going around the rules. I do expect that people would probably vote to delete it since the individual character articles don't really seem like they're worth keeping, but just tagging it as empty is like doing it yourself without asking anyone. People will see an empty category, and of course they'll want to delete it. They should at least have the courtesy of knowing that the category used to be populated, and to know what it used to have in it. Then they could vote to delete it with a clean conscience all around. I don't want to sound like a rules lawyer, but it really does seem like overturning concensus on your own is kind of iffy. Apparently you've been looking at my edit history and going around and just undoing many badly needed efforts (fixing wikilinks, removing spam, and so forth and so on) for no other purpose than to undo things I did because you disagreed with me on the Dragon page. This is not good faith editing but simply contrariness. There's absolutely no justification for undoing all sorts of fixes, even if you might have a small disagreement with certain edits within the whole. Fix the part you have a legitimately disagreement on, don't simply revert the whole thing, and especially not with an edit summary that pretends that it was something other than mere reverting. Thanks for your message, Mermaid. On the Jack the Ripper page Dreamguy seemed to be working in a combo with a very abusive unregistered user, who I guess might be his sockpuppet. The pair of them worked day and night tirelessly for several weeks to revert virtually all my fairly unexceptionable edits. The phrase 'dog in a manger' came to my mind. Due to their efforts it is really difficult for anyone to alter the content of the Jack the Ripper page, which I guess they must think to be so perfect that it is a heresy for anyone to tamper with it. Needless to say that particular article is far from perfect. In the end I gave up what seemed to be an impossible task, only to discover that Dreamguy (or should we call him 'Nightmare Guy'?) has turned up like the proverbial bad penny on the Werewolf Fiction page...Colin4C 11:04, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

And, yup, here's where Colin admits he'd teemed up to oppose my edits because he couldn't get consensus to make his (very bad) edits on Jack the Ripper stick against all the editors who opposed him and is just out for revenge. Hunley Edits

I recently created a page on Dr. Mark M. Newell who was the official Director of the combined SCIAA NUMA Hunley Search Project that is widely credited with the discovery of the H.L. Hunley in 1995. Dr. Newell is not a business partner, personal friend or even someone I have ever socialized with. I created the page solely because I thought it was important that people understand who Newell is because of the important role he played in that expedition.

As you know, Wikipedia is supposed to be neutral. But, being neutral should not mean one has to ignore facts that help one side more than the other just so that both sides get equal play or equal credit. Equal play and credit may sound neutral but it is just the opposite when it means ignoring facts.

Imagine reporting the recent pet market bombings in Iraq. Some might think to make the coverage neutral one should go into great detail about the religious, historic and political motivation behind the attacks and why the attackers feel they were justified. To stay neutral the reporter might be tempted to leave out the atrocious facts regarding the cruel use and resulting deaths of the two retarded women who were used as walking bombs. But leaving out those facts, might make it look like both sides are equally right or equally wrong, it would not be neutral. Neutrality can be a difficult tightrope to walk and the facts can sometimes make it seem that the writer favors one side over the other, even though it is the facts that favor and not the writer. I think the facts are on my side and I don't mind presenting all in favor and all against.

Please understand, I have tried to be absolutely neutral and I have always been careful to add conflicting claims, even though I don't agree with them. This is a policy I follow even on my own websites, articles and books, where it is certainly not required. I was wondering if it's ok to include YouTube links, the 2 I have included are in the public domain and were put on YouTube by the official management of the artist (who I know personally). The videos do give an good indication of the artists talents so I think Wikipedia readers would find them useful and valid. Do you think the day will come when YouTube embed codes will be able to be copied straight on to Wikipedia showing visual title screens as on MySpace ? I am also interested (after obtaining the artists permission) to include an audio recording on Wikipedia, but the ogg system has me baffled, is there an easy way of transferring mp3 to ogg ?
