Just to be clear, there are a few problems with the draft. First, we don't allow self-published sources. The expectation is that sourcing is reliable and run through an editorial board. What entities say about themselves with no filter does not necessarily meet that filter. Second, the notability of the league may or may not be acceptable but you have not made a case that this season is notable. I don't doubt that this thing is real, but that does not mean it should be included in Wikipedia. Ideally, content about individual seasons would be built in the article about the league before being spun out into standalone articles. Too often, we get fans that simply want to use Wikipedia to track their sport and celebrate their fandom. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a not a webhost. You can buy your own website to do that. Finally, coverage of any current thing relies too much on primary sources. We really cannot give subjects a fair write-up until well after the fact. Again, if you're just some fan and you want to see this nonsense on a website, you would have no appreciation for that. Chris Troutman (talk) 15:38, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Chris! Though I'd like to mention that yes, a lot of the references are coming from Instagram. That's because all Indonesian futsal clubs are active mostly on their Instagram accounts. Few of them ever have a proper website, except Unggul FC Malang. The situation is also the same for most of the futsal media in Indonesia, except Skor.id, which is why you'll mostly find their website in the references. It is the same too for the Indonesia Futsal Federation. It mostly active in social medias, especially instagram, and their websites are barebones. Manthyr (talk) 15:39, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I understand. Wikipedia should not be relying on what the teams or players say about themselves. There should be an independent sports media (websites or newspapers) that cover the games. Wikipedia does not need an article about this season, so I'd focus on building content in the article about the league using those independent sports writers. Chris Troutman (talk) 15:44, 17 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your understanding. It's kind of a shame that there is only like one sport news outlets covering futsal atm. There was one other but they closed their website during the pandemic. Manthyr (talk) 22:36, 19 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
