Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of name and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Widr (talk) 12:43, 19 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

As I transparently stated during my initial account creation, there is a conflict of interest. I am a fixed employee of the organization that I am creating the wikipedia article for, Mainblades. I am receiving a regular wage but not specifically because I am writing this article. However, it was/is by no means my intention to make this a commercial piece. I understand that that the word “solution” may have a promotional tone to it. But this is my first wikipedia article so I am also just learning. I am sure you were once in the same position. I am intending to remove any promotional words that may mislead the reader. For example, I will replace the word “solution” with a more neutral word such as “product” or “service”. Besides this, I want to remove any user-generated sources that are not from an external source. In general, I want to establish this article to give people the option to inform themselves about Mainblades, drones and how this technology is finding application in the aviation and aircraft maintenance industries. It is my intention to keep this article up to date and improve it over time with the Wikipedia community. I appreciate your understanding and hope to hear from you soon.

Decline reason:

Your choice of new username would be acceptable. What you state as your purpose here is considered promotional, you don't have to be soliciting customers or selling something. Wikipedia is not for merely providing information. A Wikipedia article summarizes what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the subject, showing how it meets Wikipedia's special definition of notability. Please review conflict of interest and paid editing(you don't have to be specifically paid to edit to be a paid editor). You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your company or its products. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the line. If you are interested in being a general contributor, please tell what topics you will edit about. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 20:12, 19 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
