Metro Stations on the Silver Line

[edit]

Hey Metro96! Just so you know, you can go right ahead and create the articles in the mainspace for the light bus lines, as they are currently notable. We're currently experiencing a backlog at AFC, and the work that you have done is up to par for the mainspace. Just be sure to add the relevant WikiProjects (ask me if you are unsure of this), though. Thanks for your help, and I hope you have a great day! Kevin Rutherford (talk) 05:36, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I am a little bit confused about making articles for the Silver Line stations and street stops.

Could you be a bit more specific on what is confusing to you? Thanks! Kevin Rutherford (talk) 20:00, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I was referring to if it was okay to continue making the wiki articles for the remaining silver line stops. Is that okay?

Yeah, go right ahead. I was just letting you know that your work is of the quality that if you wanted, you could bypass AFC directly and go right ahead and start them in the mainspace. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 14:09, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Metro Transitway/ Liner (Los Angeles County) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. –Dream out loud (talk) 06:49, 16 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Metro Liner vs. Metro Transitway

[edit]

Just out of curiosity... I've noticed that you're changing all the references of "Metro Liner" to "Metro Transitway." There seems to be no official name change (other than a few passing references on metro.net.) All of Metro's official materials including timetables and maps (most importantly the Go Metro map at stations that were recently updated with the Expo line) still refer to the Orange and Silver lines as "Metro Liner lines." Unless you have an official document showing the name change... I propose moving the pages back to Metro Liner.

Also a hat tip is in order for all the photos you've uploaded. --RickyCourtney (talk) 20:18, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Single rider line

[edit]

Thanks for your recent contributions. However...

  1. When an amusement ride has a single rider line, please add | single_rider = available
  2. When an amusement ride does not have a single rider line, please leave the parameter blank

Both of these ensure we don't have phrases that don't make sense in the infobox such as "Single rider line no" and "Single rider line yes". Thanks Themeparkgc  Talk  23:43, 5 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Also, accessible means that someone can board the ride whilst still in their wheelchair. On the other hand, transfer_accessible means that someone is required to get out of their wheelchair to board. Themeparkgc  Talk  23:45, 5 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
