Speedy deletion nomination of Prince Ned Munir Nwoko
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. GILO A&E⇑ 01:26, 22 June 2014 (UTC)

Wikipedia is not for advertising or promotion, and is quite choosy about subjects
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, but there are two important things you need to understand about it:
- Wikipedia is quite choosy about subjects for articles. It is not a "list of everything". The inclusion criterion is called Wikipedia:Notability and is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about?
- Wikipedia is not for any kind of advertising or promotion, and is extremely resistant to attempts to use it that way. One of the fundamental principles is WP:Neutral point of view. An article should not contain glowing adjectives of praise, or personal opinions, only plain facts, neutrally stated and cited to reliable sources. It should not try to persuade or sell, only to describe.
You are evidently very impressed with the Prince and his villa, and want to tell the world how great they are; but an encyclopedia is not the place for that. I am sure you can find travel websites where you could post this sort of material.
The links in the Welcome message above will tell you more about Wikipedia, and there is a useful one-stop guide at Wikipedia:A primer for newcomers. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 09:23, 25 July 2014 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:Mount of Delta
[edit]Hello Listen2star. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Mount of Delta".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Mount of Delta}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 02:46, 13 March 2015 (UTC)
