Hi Liance, thanks for reviewing my Draft:Mohammad Ifrahim. I want to draw your attention towards the references 3 & 4 that you seem to have ignored, perhaps due to in a foreign language but I think they do make a case for significance and notability in favor of the subject. The subject was interviewed by Radio Pakistan that meets the criterion for notability for music artists i.e "Has been a featured subject of a substantial broadcast segment across a national radio or television network" and also by a private tv channel ARY (and few others) and you know private channels being highly sensitive about their rankings wouldn't risk their ratings by interviewing an insignificant person. So I request you to revisit ref.3&4 and let me know if I am wrong. Thanks! Insight 3 (talk) 06:10, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
- Hello Insight 3 - firstly, interviews are not independent of the subject (they are primary sources) and thus cannot be used to establish notability. Additionally I was not able to review reference 4 in detail because I cannot access it due to a geolocation block, but even while considering this I did not feel that the subject satisfied the criteria outlined in WP:MUSICBIO. If the subject was indeed part of a significant broadcast segment please provide written, secondary sources that demonstrate this instead of the video broadcast itself. Hope this helps. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:38, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
Hi Liance, thanks for answering. I would ask if the "interview of singer Mohammad Ifrahim" is posted on the official website of Radio Pakistan, doesn't this itself confirm that he was part of a broadcast segment? Moreover, I have added a few more sources to Draft:Mohammad Ifrahim and resubmitted it, so please check it again. Your guidance is much appreciated! Insight 3 (talk) 05:33, 26 August 2021 (UTC)
- Insight 3 - interviews are primary sources and not independent of the subject meaning they are not an eligible source. I will allow another editor to review the draft for the sake of fairness and obtaining a new perspective. Cheers -Liancetalk/contribs 23:02, 27 August 2021 (UTC)
Further guidance on SPIN-Farming article submission still confused sorry
Your reply Hello again Annstarlet, in order for inclusion on wikipedia the subject must meet notability guidelines for organizations, please see WP:ORGCRIT. You will need to provide secondary, independent, and reliable references that demonstrate the subject meets these criteria and is notable. Hope this helps. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:32, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
My question Thanks for continued guidance. The guideline you cited (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(organizations_and_companies)#Primary_criteria) says: The corporation, organization, group, product, or service is notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in multiple reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject.
My read of this is: The corporation, organization, group, product, or service [SPIN Farming] is notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage [written about] in multiple reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject.[magazines, newspapers, research papers.] But these were not acceptable, so I am still confused. Thanks for helping me clarify this.
- No worries Annstarlet, thank you for being open to feedback. For notability the subject needs to have significant coverage (i.e. no passing mentions) in multiple independent sources (cannot be associated or attain information directly from subject). If you have any additional references that meet this criteria please add it to the draft. All articles on Wikipedia need to have verifiable information so please add a citation to every fact you provide on the article with an inline citation (see WP:CS and WP:ILC for help). Once you have done this feel free to resubmit the draft for review. It may help to pick out the WP:THREE best references and list them at Draft talk:SPIN Farming for reviewers. Please let me know if there are any more questions. -Liancetalk/contribs 01:14, 21 August 2021 (UTC)

MultiFAZE (Multiple Fixed-Axis Shaft Compound Eccentric) Mechanism
Hi Liance,
Thank you for your speedy reply. I think I know what you want. I do have a reference that would probably meet Wikipedia requirements plus a number of abstracts and two very poor quality photos, all on the internet, BUT they refer not to the invention described in the patent mentioned in my draft contribution, but to a later copy of the invention: Just 5 months after the patent application mentioned was published, a couple of professors filed an application of their own (later abandoned and replaced) for the same mechanism, built two prototypes for tests and published the results and held lectures at events organised by such internationally respected institutions as the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers). A whole series of scientific papers on the subject are available against payment.
This must confirm the „notability“ of the invention. However, it would in my opinion be wrong if any article in Wikipedia gave the slightest impression that the mechanism was the invention of the professors. This would surely be „alternative facts“ and run contrary to Wikipedia's stringent rules. They claim to have carried out a patent search and found „nothing remotely similar“, and that „the idea to develop the engine first came ... in 1979“, but anyone can say that and what counts is the priority dates of the patents.
I would be grateful for your suggestions as to how to handle this?
Kind regards, Bryllig
- Bryllig, this does indeed appear to be a complex situation. Unfortunately for inclusion on WP all articles must meet the notability criteria laid out in WP:GNG (significant coverage in multiple secondary, reliable sources independent from the subject) with preferably public access sources available. I am not sure if your subject can qualify as an article, but you may consider raising the same question at a help center at WP:Teahouse in case any other editors have any ideas. Hope this helps. -Liancetalk/contribs 00:44, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- Liance, I should perhaps mention
1. that the Cardan hypocyclic gear and Archimedes trammel mechanisms are already in WP. They are both compound eccentric mechanisms that convert reciprocating motion to rotary motion via elliptical motion and vice-versa. The mechanism I am offering does exactly the same, which is plain to see, you don't need a PhD (but it is more robust and less prone to wear). So if the other two have made it into WP, the new one should make it too. And anyone who is interested in the other two would surely also be just as interested in the new one - possibly more so.
2. I have taken another look at the references and abstracts for the plagiarised mechanism and found the name of one of hte professors among the authors in each, so as I understand it, he would not be able to use them in WP as it would be "original research" - but I could, because they are simultaneously "secondary sources" for the original MultiFAZE mechanism. If two university professors doing research and development work on a copy of the mechanism (under a different name) over a decade or so doesn't make the original notable, what does?
3. The abstracts, of course, give links to technical papers that are freely available on the internet to anyone against payment. Thus they provide verifiable, objective evidence from independent sources. I haven't ordered any, since my experience is that one could spend a lot of money on stuff that contains only titbits of interesting information. As I understand it, references have to exist but do not need to be included in the article.
Bryllig (talk) 21:58, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- Bryllig, in the two articles you mentioned both have references in published sources which qualify them for articles. I am not an engineer by trade or expertise, but your draft article in its current state only links to a patent registrar which does not meet notability criteria outlined in WP:GNG. Please cite your sources (namely the technical papers and abstracts you mentioned) so that reviewers can properly review the notability of the subject - without including references in the article we have no way of judging its notability. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 22:08, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- Liance, Thanks. I have tacked the reference sources onto the end of the draft and would tidy it up later if approved.Bryllig (talk) 23:07, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- No problem Bryllig - just a note that on Wikipedia references should be provided as inline citations (as you formatted your patent). Once you feel that you are ready for it to be reviewed again there should be a button on the draft that will resubmit it for feedback. -Liancetalk/contribs 04:24, 25 August 2021 (UTC)
- Liance, I will be watching this space every day. A search for Stiller-Smith with Google turns up some drawings and photos, and further publications can be found on www.researchgate.net.
Bryllig (talk) 21:21, 25 August 2021 (UTC)
- Bryllig your draft is currently not submitted for review - if you wish for editors to re-evaluate it please resubmit it with the button on the draft's page. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 23:01, 27 August 2021 (UTC)
- Liance, I've been trying to shorten the draft but if anything it seems to have got longer, so i think it's time it was reviewed.--09:55, 8 October 2021 (UTC)~Bryllig~~

Adding tags
Hi. Please how do I add tags when drafting an article? How do I add tags to an already submitted article for review? Thank you.--Olugold (talk) 16:50, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- Olugold what tags are you attempting to add? Maintenence tags are typically not added to draft articles. If you would like to declare a COI then you can add to the top. -Liancetalk/contribs 17:12, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- Liance I saw a suggestion that it is oksy to tag artucle so that it would be easy for editors to locate such article. The draft was declined though because of copyright issues. I will edit and resubmit. thank you so much.--Olugold (talk) 21:38, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
Un-accepted Submission
Hi Liance, thanks for reviewing my first submission. I was hoping you would have a suggestion on what would be considered "significant coverage" of Guild Insurance Limited. There are several more sources of information written about this company, but I thought the reliable sources of government sites with factual information would have been better. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve this? or is it better to abandon, and find something better with more significant sources to create an article on?DanTaylor4 (talk) 05:35, 25 August 2021 (UTC)
- Hi DanTaylor4 - please review WP:ORGCRIT as well as WP:NCORP for the notability criteria for companies and organizations on Wikipedia. Sources require significant, independent coverage in secondary sources - government sources are not independent of the subject and do not demonstrate significant, non-trivial coverage. I would include all references you feel meet this criteria in the form of citations to meet this criteria. Hope this helps. -Liancetalk/contribs 23:00, 27 August 2021 (UTC)
Request on 12:36:05, 25 August 2021 for assistance on AfC submission by Breezingsorrow
I had researched Mehdi Khorramdel, he is a political commentator, [1] [2] [3] [4] Italian, Arabic and Iranian sources has published his opinions on regional issues, and he is active as a documentary maker. I know this doesn't make him Steve Jobs, but he is notable enough to have a voice in the Middle East. He is repeatedly been quoted as a source in BBC Persia, [5]. [6] Due to governmental censorship in Iran, journalists have no other outlet except their personal accounts to express their opinion. So twitter plays a major role in acquiring independent news and opinions. And Khorramdel definitely fill the criteria as a notable media personality as a source for independent news about Iran. I just don't know how to incorporate this information in an article and cite it.

Breezingsorrow (talk) 12:36, 25 August 2021 (UTC)
- Breezingsorrow, please review the criteria at WP:BIO see the criteria necessary for notability establishment. At the time of the review, one source was IMDb, another was a list of movies (trivial mention), and one was about one of the subject's films. As per WP:BIO significant coverage on the subject themself is required, not focused on their work. I see that there have been further edits to the draft, but regardless I hope this information helps. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 23:05, 27 August 2021 (UTC)

Request on 15:45:42, 1 September 2021 for assistance on AfC submission by Devandijk
Thanks for your help.
Couple of issues raised:
Autobiography - this is not a personal page - the user devandijk was created so that I (Jacques van Dijk) can create this page and is solely intended to allow capture of the information related to his career as a scientist. Since my father recently published at age 95years, the plan was to put up a wiki page in time for his birthday.
References/Citation:
I'll have to read up on what needs references. Some of the biographical information is obviously based on personal communication. Books/Publications I am relying on ResearchGate etc.
Devandijk (talk) 15:45, 1 September 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Devandijk - I assumed the draft was an autobiography per your username, my apologies. Since you have a conflict of interest with the subject, please see WP:DISCLOSE on how to declare your relationship. I denied your draft because it did not have any inline citations. On Wikipedia information must be verified, original research is not accepted. This means that, for every fact you write out, there must a citation to back it up, please see WP:CS for more info. Lastly take a look at WP:PROF for notability criteria regarding academics - if your father does not meet these criteria then unfortunately he is not eligible for inclusion, though I feel that this should not be an issue. Hope this helps. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 17:19, 1 September 2021 (UTC)

Which interviews not independent and in what way(s)?
Hi, Liance.
You reviewed my proposed article on Emily Fan https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Greg_Dahlen/sandbox, but declined it. You wrote, "Interviews are not independent of the subject." Can you give me more info here? None of the interviews are independent, and in what way(s)? Thanks Greg Dahlen (talk) 20:12, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Hey Greg Dahlen - articles on Wikipedia require notability to be demonstrated by sources that are independent of the subject and secondary - interviews do not demonstrate notability b/c they are directly associated with the subject of the article. This also includes the YouTube links you cited as well, as they were published by the subject and user-contributed sites almost never qualify as reliable sources. For biographies of living people, articles need to satisfy criteria outlined in WP:BASIC/WP:BIO for inclusion. Hope this helps. -Liancetalk/contribs 20:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks, Liance. Well, for example, one interview https://www.clichemag.com/interviews/youtuber-not-even-emily-opens-up-about-identity-and-balancing-social-media-with-career/ is on Cliche Magazine. You say not a legit publication? It does have a Wikipedia article Cliche Magazine. Greg Dahlen (talk) 14:17, 4 September 2021 (UTC)
- Greg Dahlen, the magazine is a legitimate publication - but on WP we require specific criteria to prove that a subject is notable. In this sense interviews are not valid since they do not demonstrate independent coverage from a secondary source, regardless of how legitimate or reliable a publication is. -Liancetalk/contribs 12:58, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks, Liance. Yes, now that I'm looking, I do see that interviews are not often used as the references for Wikipedia articles. Do you know why this is? Does the Wikipedia editor community doubt that a publication would check the information given in an interview? But a secondary article can go unchecked too.

- I would think that the information in many secondary articles used as references in Wikipedia articles about people is taken wholly from an interview with the person, but the interview is not mentioned.
- I would think that an interview would establish notability in the sense that it shows the person was important enough to be interviewed? Greg Dahlen (talk) 15:40, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
- Greg Dahlen I think there's a bit of confusion here - interviews are, most of the time, perfectly fine to reference in an article. They are often the most reliable sources of information when a secondary source is not available and can be used to verify facts when published by a reliable source. However in the case of accepting draft articles what needs to be demonstrated is notability - that the subject is well-known enough and article-worthy. Interviews generally do not satisfy notability criteria, which is detailed at pages like WP:BIO. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:02, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks Liance. I'm still trying to understand the relationship between interviews and notability. In the meantime, had you noticed that one of my references in this proposed article about Emily Fan is from Wikitubia https://youtube.fandom.com/wiki/Not_Even_Emily? Wikitubia is like Wikipedia for YouTube creators. Would her having an article on Wikitubia establish sufficient notability for Wikipedia, alone I suppose or in conjunction with the other references? Greg Dahlen (talk) 07:58, 29 September 2021 (UTC)

Greg Dahlen Unfortunately self-published sources are not considered notable nor independent on WP since they are editable and creatable by anyone. Notability requires independent coverage from detached, reliable sources - if you can find more of those related to your subject that would be most helpful. -Liancetalk/contribs 14:28, 1 October 2021 (UTC)
Draft:Dale Trotman
Hi, Liance.
Could you give me some examples to the issues you had with the article? I would greatly appreciate it. Below is what you stated.
This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Dale_Trotman
- Hi BarcaRei - articles on WP must be written entirely from a neutral point of view. This means avoiding "peacock" words like "genuinely efficient, user-friendly" (see WP:PEACOCK) and segments like "These setbacks didn't stop Trotman's ambition; it grew his desire to be an entrepreneur" as they are not written from a neutral point of view. Lastly, all stated facts should be cited by inline citations - much of the draft is unsourced, please add these where they are currently absent for verifiability. -Liancetalk/contribs 13:06, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

Draft:V-Sag
Hi Liance, thank you for reviewing my draft page of the artist V-Sag. I rearranged and changed the references but they all refer correctly how this artist is notable and have contributed in the music scene and they are all mainstream and very well known sources and websites in Greece. I was wondering if there is a problem that they are in Greek, since that he is a Greek artist, most of his references are within greek sources and news websites.
Thank you for your time.
- Renaki1983 References can be in foreign languages. Your draft was declined because it is not clear how the artist meets the notability criteria outlined in WP:MUSIC - please make this apparent in your article before resubmitting for review. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:04, 7 September 2021 (UTC)

- Jamesfbrown Your message was hidden and some links were blacklisted by the site so I have de-commented, removed some links and made it visible in collapse form. Please cite these on your draft article so the next reviewer can evaluate them. Any sources you cite must be reliable, independent of the subject, secondary, and show significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) of the subject. Do not cite wikis, product pages, press releases, etc. as these do not fit the criteria. -Liancetalk/contribs 01:41, 8 September 2021 (UTC)
Updated page
Hi Liance, I took on your feedback for my page submission. Please can you review it again? Every source I have added is from a credible third party publisher or resource - content that Elemed does not own. Thanks Jmpelemed (talk) 12:51, 8 September 2021 (UTC)
- Jmpelemed please add a WP:LEAD section to your draft (start with the "Elemed is a..." sentence) so readers know what it refers to immediately. External links should not be present in the body of the article and should be removed. Lastly, the article still may not meet WP:NCORP - you need reliable, secondary, independent sources with significant coverage, meaning nothing connected to the company itself. For the sake of fairness I will allow another editor to have the final say in the next review but I hope this helped. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:29, 10 September 2021 (UTC)

Elongate article
Hello User:Liance, I'm reaching out because you're listed as a contributor to the Cryptocurrency WikiProject. I am trying to get a draft published in the Cryptocurrency domain, but it's a bit difficult as the reviewers seem to have an opposition to the topic of crypto as a whole. Meanwhile there are other topics published with significantly less notability. As you are knowledgeable on the subject, could you please look at the draft and let me know if you can assist? Thank you! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Elongate_(cryptocurrency)
- Hey Salamanderxander - I am not as involved with the crypto WikiProject as much now, but thanks for reaching out.
- The editors who reviewed your draft are correct about it appearing non-notable - cryptocurrency notability criteria is usually evaluated under the WP:NCORP criteria, and states that significant coverage must be demonstrated in secondary, independent, reliable sources. Most of the sources you included do not meet this criteria; crypto-centric news sites and blogs are generally considered non-reliable. Many of the articles you cite mention the subject in passing rather than as their primary subject, and are not WP:INDEPENDENT of the subject either and associated in some way.
- If you feel that Elongate is notable your best bet would be to find the WP:THREE best sources and reach out to the editor who rejected your draft with them and argue for its notability, if it is indeed non-notable then it's not suitable for a Wikipedia article. Keep in mind live articles that do not meet their respective notability criteria may exist but will be inevitably removed given enough time. Hope this helps. Further guidance on SPIN-Farming article submission - updated status
your most recent reply: No worries Annstarlet, thank you for being open to feedback. -Liancetalk/contribs 01:14, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
my reply: Sorry to have been out of touch. I got pulled away by other projects. I know SPIN-Farming and its creator Wally Satzewich have been cited in 2 books, so I will include them as references. I see that I need to provide context also. I will also edit down what it is and how it works, and instead explain it in relation to its noteworthy place in the development of local food systems and figure out how to use those inline citations. This will take a while and my time is still short right now. I intend to get back to this later this year, yet. Thanks again for your help and will check in again when I have something new to review.
- Assuming this is Annstarlet via IP - just want to let you know that drafts will be deleted with 6 months of inactivity, but administrators can recover them if a deletion occurs. Best of luck. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:57, 13 September 2021 (UTC)
Glow Christmas
Hi, Liance. How are you? I saw you were the one who reviewed the entry about Glow Christmas. I already made some changes regarding the references and other style elements. Could you please review it again and tell me if it's fit to be published? Thanks.
- Julio1017 the draft seems to have been improved significantly - I will let another editor review it for publication for the sake of fairness. However I noticed that the draft's title is "Glow Christmas" but all sources online refer to it as "Glow Gardens" but the latter is not mentioned in the article. You may wish to change the draft's name if the company's name has changed. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:59, 13 September 2021 (UTC)
- Liance Done, thank you very much.
Dylan Redwine draft
I'm confused by your wording, do you mean we need like CNN or NBC articles instead of local outlets? HumanHistory1 (talk) 17:24, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
- Hi HumanHistory1 - your draft was declined because it didn't meet the notability criteria for events and had only 2 local news outlets cited at the time of writing. Wikipedia is not a news site and few events are notable enough for inclusion. Please review notability criteria for events before resubmitting. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 17:21, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
(Misplaced message)
Lance, you reviewed an article and declined to publish since there was little or no context given - I agree. My article is intended to as an addition to an existing Wikipedia page titled p-Norms while my article begins discussing the derivative of the p-norm. I need add a discussion of the motivational background for interest in this derivative, although many mathematicians would be familiar with that information. I need help in merging my article with the existing article on p-norms rather than re-writing that information. Should I simply edit the existing article?RalphZero (talk) 19:18, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
RalphZero (talk) 19:18, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
- RalphZero yes, please edit the article itself. Drafts should be submitted only for new entries. Be bold and add your changes to the article directly! -Liancetalk/contribs 17:22, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
Praxis EMR
Hello Liance, I tagged you on my talk page regarding my latest submission. I am confident that there are enough reliable, independent sources that show the notability of the subject. Could you take a second look at references 3,5,8 and 9? Those are the main ones I've been working with. Thanks in advance. Astropolar13talk 02:23, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
- I will respond on your talk page shortly. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 17:23, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
Better now?
Hi Liance :) Is this better? I made the article of prof. van Tulder shorter User:Vacca13/sandbox Thanks, Vacca13 (talk) 16:10, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
- Vacca13 The "selected publications" section is still too long and should be shortened. Additionally please review Wikipedia:Notability (academics) and ensure it is apparent how your subject meets this criteria. -Liancetalk/contribs 17:24, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
Hello, Liance,
I moved this page from Draft space into main space and, in the process, deleted all of the redirects to this page! Damn Twinkle! They've all been restored and so if you want to clean up the page after AFC acceptance, it's ready for you. Liz Read! Talk! 23:51, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
- Much appreciated Liz :) -Liancetalk/contribs 01:42, 16 September 2021 (UTC)
- Just for reference, which redirects were deleted? -Liancetalk/contribs 01:45, 16 September 2021 (UTC)
Janko de Beer, which I submitted to Articles for creation.
Hi Liance,
Thank you so much for your feedback and helpful comments. I have removed all the fluff i.e publications, interviews, works, exhibitions, etc. as requested. I think the topic reads much better now, thanks :-)
Let me know what you think when you get the chance and if there is anything else you can recommend.
Best, Annie --13:29, 16 September 2021 (UTC)Annie Paterson (talk)
- Annie Paterson I would recommend picking out the WP:THREE best secondary sources that demonstrate significant coverage in reliable sources independent of the subject (see WP:BASIC) on Draft talk:Janko de Beer. This will help reviewers properly evaluate if the subject is notable enough for inclusion. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 16:16, 17 September 2021 (UTC)
Article needs review ASAP!!
Hello, i hope you are good Excuse me, but there is an article that needs to be published as soon as it is related to one of the institutes and it must be reviewed before the start of the new school year, which is next week! I think you reviewed it previously and rejected it because it lacks references only.. Now references have been added and re-requested for revision, but it has been pending for a while for some reason.. I hope you can help me. This is the article: Draft:Pyramids Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology Shahba3049 (talk) 14:42, 17 September 2021 (UTC)
- Shahba3049 many of the references you added are in Arabic - unfortunately I cannot understand the language and am not able to properly evaluate it. You may wish to ask at the WP:AFC Helpdesk or visit WP:WikiProject Articles for creation/List of reviewers by subject to find someone who can read Arabic. Also, please note that there are no deadlines on Wikipedia - an article not ready for publication will not be live until it satisfies Wikipedia policies. -Liancetalk/contribs 16:13, 17 September 2021 (UTC)
New article and its review
Dear Liance Thank you for reaching out. I would like to ask you 2 questions: 1. Does my draft article await an editor review? (or should I do some additional steps for it?) 2. Regarding the article with the same name in different language - Are they independently revised or should I wait for my english article to be reviewed before I work on it in Ukrainian? Thank you!
- Hey Evolutionary Virologist - your article is currently in the review queue and a volunteer will review it for publication, but you are free to edit it in the meantime. I moved it to the Draft namespace since that is where draft articles should be kept.
- The article review process is independent across wikis so feel free to work on a version on the Ukranian Wikipedia at any time. Hope this helps! -Liancetalk/contribs 18:35, 18 September 2021 (UTC)
Removed your review of Draft:Praxis Electronic Medical Record
I recently rejected Praxis Electronic Medical Record for being resubmitted without improvement, but as it turned out it was resubmitted because you told the submitter at User talk:Astropolar13 to resubmit as you said "I now realize that I was not able to properly evaluate the sources", so I had to undo that rejection. In the future, it would probably be best if you remove a decline if you later feel as if it was in error or it was improper in some way (I tend to reject article that are repeatedly resubmitted w/o improvement and in this case that is what happened). I went ahead and removed it for you in this particular case but please be aware of this in the future. Chess (talk) (please use Chess
on reply) 19:28, 20 September 2021 (UTC)
- Chess, my apologies for not removing the decline - I will be sure to do so in the future if something like this happens again and make it clear to other reviewers that I instructed the submitter to re-submit. Thank you so much for the heads up. Best, -Liancetalk/contribs 19:31, 20 September 2021 (UTC)
Submission Declined
Hi Liance,Thanks for taking the time to review my first submission. The reason mentioned is This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of organizations and companies). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
As am new to this, can you please help me to understand why it is declined and what i can do to make it live.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Lee_wizard/sandbox
- Lee wizard, your draft was denied because you did not demonstrate notability - on Wikipedia notability must be established via significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) in reliable (WP:RS), independent (WP:INDEPENDENT) sources. Please review WP:NCORP for the relevant criteria. Your second reference is a PR news site which is not independent of the subject, and the third one is a link to the company's website which is also not independent. -Liancetalk/contribs 14:27, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
- Additionally please remove all external links from the body of your draft before resubmitting. -Liancetalk/contribs 14:28, 23 September 2021 (UTC)

js13kgames
Hi Liance! Thank you for taking a look at our page, it's great to have a pro like you helping out.
I'm, Frank Force, a game developer representing the js13kgames community.
JS13k has just run it's 10th annual contest with 223 entries, and a massive community that participates in other ways. We are a very inclusive and friendly group from beginners to expert developers. All our games are open source on github as per contest rules for people to learn from. I believe this contest is a valuable resource to the game dev and programming communities which is why I participate.
We put a lot of work into this article and finding every legit independent sources possible. It has been somewhat difficult because mainstream media does not tend to cover game jams! However I believe we put together a solid article with many references and even several books that have been in print for years.
In response to your original comment I removed all references that cite the js13kgames website but the very first one which links to the rules. We also found some more sources and I've integrated those and done several other things to improve the article.
Judging is currently underway and several hundred people would be over the moon if we could get this Wikipedia article published before results are announced.
Would love it if you could take another look and help us get this across the finish line. I'm happy to jump on anything you see and fix it right away. Thanks!

- Hey Slackluster, thanks for reaching out. First and foremost you want to declare a conflict of interest - on Wikipedia it is required for you to do this to maintain neutrality for all editors and content. You can take a look at WP:DCOI for more details on this. Next I would recommend picking the WP:THREE best references that show significant coverage in secondary, reliable, independent sources; you can list these at Draft talk:Js13kGames and leave a note at the top of the draft for the next reviewer. These would greatly help with streamlining the review process. Please let me know if you have any more questions! -Liancetalk/contribs 00:02, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks Liance! I've updated the JS13K talk page with my conflict of interest and the three best references. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
Dear Liance,
I am new at contributing on Wikipedia. Last week, you moved my first article from my sandbox to draft and it's has been pending review. Unfortunately, while I was trying to learn my way around, I mistakenly moved the article from draft to article. I noticed it does not have the 'pending review notice' on it anymore. Any idea how I can get it back to draft and have it reviewed and approved on time?
Edit: I've movd the article back to draft now but it still isn't showing the pending review notice. Here is the draft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Jide_S._Awobona
Your help is greatly appreciated.
- Qafui1987 I have submitted the draft for review on your behalf. Let me know if that works. -Liancetalk/contribs 00:02, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
Thank you Liance. I got one review. I will check it out now. You've been very helpful Qafui1987 (talk) 06:17, 25 September 2021 (UTC)

- Lee wizard Antimonopolist If you are one person using multiple wiki accounts please note that this is not allowed and a violation of Wikipedia policy and you may face a ban - please declare your use of multiple accounts and only stick to one. Companies need to display notability and meet the criteria outlined at WP:NCORP through reliable independent sources w/ significant coverage which are not currently present in the draft. -Liancetalk/contribs 14:36, 1 October 2021 (UTC)

Orchid Conservation Alliance
Hi Liance, I re-worked the Orchid Conservation Alliance page removing what was self-referential and adding references from other credible sources and resubmitted it. I wondered if anyone had looked at it? Sorry if this is still working its way through the editorial backlog. KinNCa (talk) 21:24, 10 October 2021 (UTC)KinNCaKinNCa (talk) 21:24, 10 October 2021 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Friday Night Funkin logo.png
A tag has been placed on File:Friday Night Funkin logo.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

Roland Bacon page
Thanks for reviewing the Roland Bacon page. This page is an English translation of the French page which has been published since a few years. I am not very familiar with the wikipedia editing and thus I appreciate your help. Note that the content is fully identical to the French page. The reason to have an English translation of this page is that I will probably soon move to US and then I think it is appropriate to have an English version of this page. Thanks again for your help.
