[edit]Greetings. The reason for declining your submission is the lack of inclined citation. You have indeed inclined multiple citations onto the submission but there are still numerous sentences which are not inclined. Since your submission is a BLP, points and facts must be inclined with citation because when factual conflict arrises, the citations inclined will speak for itself and act as evidence to reinforce the accuracy of the facts.
