The article 2013–14 Torneo Argentino B has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Per WP:NSEASONS, such articles should only be created for top professional leagues. this is the fourth teir. Also major WP:NOTSTATS issues.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Primera B Nacional (estilos)

[edit]

Saludos, Fma12 (talk) 13:43, 14 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Saludos, - Fma12 (talk) 14:11, 14 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Torneo Argentino

[edit]

2014 Torneo Federal A

[edit]

Please note that articles are not allowed to be "filed" in redlinked categories (i.e. categories that do not exist). I have now had to retag 2014 Torneo Federal A as uncategorized three times because you keep adding nonexistent categories to it. You must either find and use categories that actually exist, or leave the tag alone until somebody else finds and adds the appropriate categories for you — but you cannot keep readding categories that don't exist. The article César Meli has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. —/Mendaliv//Δ's/ 06:26, 11 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Levo94,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Adrián Cubas should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Adrián Cubas .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Tennis season articles

[edit]

Just an FYI, per guidelines tennis player season articles are created when a player wins a Grand Slam tournament in that particular year. In the future, that player also gets an article if they reach the top 5. That hasn't happened yet for del Potro. Thanks. Fyunck(click) (talk) 18:10, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't delete the page... the info is still there in the history in case he breaks the top 5 (which looks to be likely). It's under the Tennis Project Guidelines at Article Types. Fyunck(click) (talk) 06:19, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You keep adding uncited information to this page. The information added should be directly cited and summarised so people can see the source. They should not have to look through various seasons to check the data. If the information is not directly available somewhere else then we should not be collating and summarising it at this article. Thanks. Eldumpo (talk) 08:54, 24 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the delay in responding to your reply. Please post any further reply here; I will watch this page. All information needs to be directly summarised, and if as in this case, we are summarising event information, we should be taking that summary directly from a source, and not making our own assumptions about what is notable. You can’t use your own work as the source. This page constitutes a reliable source although most of what is at the statistics article is not at the RSSSF source. Other information at the statistics article is already at List of Copa Sudamericana finals and Copa Sudamericana clubs performance comparison, although I have doubts as to whether the latter is a notable article either. I’m not seeing anything at the above statistics article other than duplicates of elsewhere or non-notable information. Regards. Eldumpo (talk) 15:03, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate your advice, thank you very much and I will keep it in mind to improve future works. Cabj94 (talk) 12:12, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your comments about heeding my advice, although to be clear I feel that large parts of the article in question should be deleted (and possibly the remainder redirected), and I intend to do that at some point soon if no direct sources have been added. I will for ease copy this thread to the article talk page. Regards. Eldumpo (talk) 15:31, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I added the RSSSF source. But, ¿do you think the same of the articles about Champions League and Europa League? I think those are not cuestioned, and mine of Copa Sudamericana is. ¿Why is this happening? Thank you. 15:21, 29 December 2019 (UTC)
I have now copied this thread to [1], and have made a reply there. If you have further comments on this please post there. Thank you. Eldumpo (talk) 19:13, 29 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Boca Juniors seasons requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Template: Boca Juniors

[edit]

- Fma12 (talk) 14:14, 22 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Estadios

[edit]

Cuando reviertas un cambio (hecho por mí o cualquier otro editor), tenés que poner en el edit summary el motivo de esa reversión, caso contrario queda como un caso de vandalismo o edición caprichosa. En el artículo de la final de Copa Argentina, deshice tu reversión porque me pareció lo segundo, como expliqué en el summary, si la columna dice "venue", ¿dónde estaría el motivo de la reversión? a menos que en Wikipedia:WikiProject Football se especifique eso (cosa que no ví).}

Cabj94 (talk) 22:17, 3 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

2023 Copa Argentina Final moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, 2023 Copa Argentina Final, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can develop the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
