Edit summary
With this edit, you did a lot more than unpipe an entry. If you're going to leave an edit summary, make it reflect what you actually did please. —swpbT • go beyond • bad idea 15:09, 11 March 2020 (UTC)
Swpb, you're right, I messed that up. Must have been rushing and hit return too fast. Thanks for the heads up. Leschnei (talk) 23:27, 11 March 2020 (UTC)
Cascade waterfalls
Hello ! Thank you for your edit at Cascade. You have linked to Cascade waterfalls (a redirect ). But was points to the article Waterfall without a section. So I've edited the redirect so that it points to Waterfall#Types.
Is this way better? --Mezze stagioni (talk) 23:15, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
- Mezze stagioni, I hadn't noticed the lack of section anchor! Thank you for fixing it; I think it's much better. Leschnei (talk) 23:24, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
- Fine! --Mezze stagioni (talk) 09:57, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
Aristide(s)
Thanks for the improvements to Aristides (disambiguation) and Aristide (disambiguation). Since these are just minor spelling variants of each other, I'd think we should merge them. What do you think? --Macrakis (talk) 15:52, 26 March 2020 (UTC)
- Macrakis, that would make for a very long page, though I suppose it could be divided into sections. Given that both disambiguation pages have a primary topic (I have just edited Aristide (disambiguation) to reflect that fact), I think that it would be best to have a discussion on one of the talk pages before deciding. One possibility would be to combine the people on a surname page and keep a disambiguation page for each spelling with its primary topic and non-people entries. RfD is not correct forum for this, go to RMTR or just RM. — J947 (user | cont | ess), at 23:36, 30 March 2020 (UTC)
- J947, thank you, I'll do that in the future. Leschnei (talk) 11:14, 31 March 2020 (UTC)
"Tsar Alexander (disambaguation)" listed at Redirects for discussion
An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Tsar Alexander (disambaguation). Since you had some involvement with the Tsar Alexander (disambaguation) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you wish to do so. Hog Farm (talk) 02:36, 3 April 2020 (UTC)
Lucullan should probably be called a stub because no pages referred to explain anything I created there.
Lucullan should probably be called a stub because no pages referred to explain anything I created there. So I will change the page type to keep the research. T3g5JZ50GLq (talk) 05:13, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
regarding "Andem"
Dear Leschnei, Many thanks for the edits. I am providing the references for the other two.
* name of a ship that carried Jews from Sepharad in the year 1496 with the intention to land in the New World, but ended up landing at the Masulipatnam trading port in India, due to bad weather and wreckage of the ship.
This is very well known locally in Masulipatnam (now Machilipatnam) from a historical context and is sung in old folk songs by the Bene Ephraim community. Few pieces of the wreckage of the old Andem ship are also preserved in nearby sea museum and it is refereed by many in indian history authors (mainly in local Telugu language). Also abroad it is refereed and Cited in the book "Masulipatnam and Cambay : a history of two port-towns, 1500-1800 / ISBN: 8121506468" You can find more about it a this URL: https://library.villanova.edu/Find/Record/463434/Description.
* a reference in Biblical Hebrew, made by Jacob of Serugh referencing the sacrifice Abraham made with his own son Issac, representing a symbol of resurrection of the dead, in the Book of Genesis.
Regarding the biblical reference made by Jacob of Serugh in the Book of Genisis please see Pages 255, 260 and 261 (about Andem)in the book "The Book of Genesis in Jewish and Oriental Christian Interpretation: by Judith Frishman, Lucas van Rompay"

- Please see the talk page for 'Andem' for my reply to this. Leschnei (talk) 21:34, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
- First, please don't delete anything from my talk page. I use it as a source of information regarding my editing.
- Second, I can't add these entries to Andem unless they are already mentioned in an article. I couldn't find any mention in an existing article, as I explained on the talk page for 'Andem'. I would suggest that you either add the information to an article yourself or make a request on the article's talk page for an editor to help you. I am not offering to make those article edits for you because it is not a subject that I am familiar with and I don't have access to the references. Leschnei (talk) 11:39, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
