Protection of Cricket World Cup/2023 Cricket World Cup pages
As there have been quite a few cases of people vandalising these two articles, could you kindly protect them? AbiquiúBoy (talk) 17:09, 29 September 2023 (UTC)
- Hi, WP:AIV and WP:RFPP are the correct locations to request/report this. Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 10:50, 30 September 2023 (UTC)

Paul Hunter FAC
Hi Lee. I am afraid that this FAC is liable to be timed out and be archived unless there is some activity on it in the immediate future. Gog the Mild (talk) 12:25, 12 October 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Gog the Mild. I'm beyond stretched at the moment. Feel free to close this one, apologies for my tardiness. I'll reopen if/when I have any time at all. Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 07:51, 18 October 2023 (UTC)
GA Reviews
Hi Lee, I noticed that you have at least 3 good article reviews open that are over a month old with no editing from you or the nominator (Talk:1971 Tour de France/GA2, Talk:Miguel Cabrera/GA2, Talk:Aaron Mooy/GA1). If you are able, do you mind jumping into these and wrapping them up, failing them or responding? Cheers, « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 20:21, 17 October 2023 (UTC)
- Sure. Sorry I've been very inactive, not had the time or headspace to make much happen. I'll evaluate as soon as I can. Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 07:52, 18 October 2023 (UTC)

Triple Crown declined
Hi Lee Vilenski! After a fair amount of thought I've declined your Triple Crown nomination on the basis of 1982 World Snooker Championship, where I believe your FA work was limited to copyediting and minor formatting changes (prior to nomination and in the FAC). I do not think this meets the spirit of "major contributor" as has been traditionally used for the Triple Crown. Perhaps this goes back on what I said about 1983 World Snooker Championship, where I could see some consecutive edits like these, but authorship is still not high and the changes seem mostly to be copyedits.
The vast majority of FCs I checked meet the significant contributor criterion. I'm sure you will soon have some other FCs to get up to 40 and renominate. Thanks for all your work, particularly on cue sports topics! — Bilorv (talk) 16:24, 24 October 2023 (UTC)

Thank you today for 2022 Tour Championship, "about the 2022 edition of the Tour Championship. The event takes the best eight players and puts them against each other for a massive prize over long frames just before the World Snooker Championship. Neil Robertson won six frames in a row in the final to win <the event for a second time."! -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 03:08, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
November Articles for creation backlog drive
Hello Lee Vilenski:
WikiProject Articles for creation is holding a month long Backlog Drive!
The goal of this drive is to reduce the backlog of unreviewed drafts to less than 2 months outstanding reviews from the current 4+ months. Bonus points will be given for reviewing drafts that have been waiting more than 30 days. The drive is running from 1 November 2023 through 30 November 2023.
You may find Category:AfC pending submissions by age or other categories and sorting helpful.
Barnstars will be given out as awards at the end of the drive.
