PEER REVIEW - vcheng52
[edit]The role and effect of leadership is prevalent in aviation. In a normal flight a pilot is expected to interact with a number of people including air traffic control, the crew, and other pilots. The role of a leader has a direct impact on the success of a flight like in any team environment. Basic human emotions and mood also play a role in the success of teamwork and flights.
Ineffective leadership: When pilots are at higher altitudes, they experience mood changes, cognitive decrements and more mental pressure than they would on land; these pre-existing conditions paired with a a negative attitude from an ineffective leader will build up and could lead to serious risks and accidents.
Just put the sentence under the header "the Pilot leader" into the effective leadership section. Maybe include more in the lead section.
Draft:Leadership in aviation
[edit]As you revise your Draft:Leadership in aviation article, take a look at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Layout and Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lead section. These should give you a better idea of how a Wikipedia article is supposed to be structured. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 23:29, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
