MARSEC-XL's AfD
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I would like to address the concerns you expressed in this edit. First of all, you are assuming malicious intent where I assure you, there is none. The vast majority of Wikipedians clearly have not heard of MARSEC-XL, let alone care enough about it want to delete it for any reason other than the one which is being discussed- that it's simply not suitable for an article on Wikipedia. There is almost no evidence given about why it is relevant or notable enough to have an article, and the entire thing is written very much like an advertisement. If you want the article to be kept, I strongly recommend you find some reliable sources (press releases do not count) that cover the subject in depth. Then, you will need to remove any material from the article that sounds even remotely like an advertisement. If you cannot/don't want to do that, the article will almost certainly be deleted. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. l'aquatique[talk] 17:08, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to Marine Software Engineering, as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Marine Software Engineering. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been automatically reverted.
- If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
- ClueBot NG produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
- The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Marine Software Engineering was changed by Kissia13 (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.86442 on 2011-02-13T00:28:15+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 00:28, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
License tagging for File:USP Port Superyacht Business.tiff
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:USP Port Superyacht Business.tiff. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 17:06, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:USP Port Superyacht Business.tiff
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:USP Port Superyacht Business.tiff requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
