[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! SandyGeorgia (Talk) 01:10, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
re photos
[edit]Firstly, and the main reason I wanted to make this talk message quickly - I apologize for my edit summary. When I saw the edit in my watchlist I didn't realize there was a second one with an explanation, so, I'm sorry, you did. Now for my response: I think the best response is simply... why? I have a huge monitor at home. At full screen on the version with 75px, I can see 12 entries. With 200px, I can only see five. How does that help me? On my phone, I can see 5 at a time, and their names; with 200px, it's absolutely unusable. I literally cannot see the names next to the pictures.
If someone wants to make the picture fullscreen, it's one tap or click away. We don't need to do it for them. --Golbez (talk) 01:31, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
I suppose you are right, i for one liked having them large because on my monitor they are quite small and i thought for others they would be quite small aswell. i do think that 75px is too small though and a more generous resolution of 160px like what is used on the List of Presidents of The United States would be better. Kedokinnie (talk) 03:00, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
- I disagree and think they should make theirs smaller. If you think it's too small then I don't understand why the rest of us should have to deal with that - increase the size on your browser or click the pictures. It's a table of information, not a picture gallery. --Golbez (talk) 04:03, 2 June 2023 (UTC)

Regarding your revision of 12:29, April 10, 2024 of Agnes Vernon stating "the photos wasnt even from 1915."
[edit]You recently removed an image I uploaded claiming it was incorrectly dated. This image was copied from an issue of The Moving Picture World dated September 4, 1915, The article states Agnes Vernon is 19 years old. Why do you have doubts this image was not created in 1915?
