I variate my signature every so often, mostly in color. These are the signatures that I have used and the rough dates for the time I started and stopped using them. Yell at me if my current one is inaccessible.

You deserve this
[edit]Gavia arctica on a stamp for you | |
For your advice and dedication to copyright. You deserve more of these, Senne.
(The stamp, face value 1 lita, was issued by Lithuania in 2005. Lithuania, wonderfully, releases all their stamps into the public domain) GreenLipstickLesbian (talk) 08:36, 15 October 2024 (UTC) |
- @GreenLipstickLesbian; thank you for the loon stamp! It's such a quaint little stamp. I'll use it to WikiMail a nice little package of revdels later. Sennecaster (Chat) 01:20, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
In copyright hell again
[edit]Hi again, Sennecaster. I started looking back into FoCuSandLeArN's numerous copyright violations, and this time I decided to take a more targeted approach of only looking at C-class articles which they created. A lot of them have been turning out to be blatant plagiarism again. Just wanted to put this on your radar; I've marked all of them so far for copyvio-revdel, and more are probably on the way. Any I've found so far have been tracked at User talk:FoCuSandLeArN/copyvios (many of these have already been successfully revdel'd). Cheers, TheTechnician27 (Talk page) 22:53, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for the update, TheTechnician27. and um, cheers I guess. Is it just species articles so far or should I go and spotcheck their other stuff too? Sennecaster (Chat) 00:32, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
- @Sennecaster: So far it just seems like the taxonomy stuff. And it's extremely blatant too; the entire descriptions of the taxa are cited to a single source and written like they're verbatim ripped from a journal – going over minuteae that not even a scientist in the physical presence of a specimen trying to identify it would likely care about, said in such a blunt, unencyclopedic way that makes you know it was copy-pasted without any understanding of what any of it means or of which parts are actually relevant. - So more blatant than the moth-obsessed editor, got it. Yeah you might have grounds for indiscriminate removal at this point on the species articles even without a CCI b/c of the blatantness, restriction to a specific type of article, and CBAN. I'm going to survey some other stuff just to be sure because I'd really like to narrow the scope of any potential CCI. The timeline doesn't look great either; I see 2013 to 2015 in what you've investigated but I'm confident that the range is much larger. My bandwith is kind of limited this week, but I'll bump this up on priority before I return to the regular haunt in full. Sennecaster (Chat) 05:07, 28 October 2024 (UTC)

Welcome to the drive!
[edit]Welcome, welcome, welcome Sennecaster! I'm glad that you are joining the November 2024 drive! Please, have a cup of WikiTea, and go cite some articles.

Hi, please see the article's talk page. As you can see there, I followed through and advised the person who put it the rev-del request in the first place it was rather unclear and suggested that they re-add it with the revs. The message you left me comes across as rather nagging as if I've done something wrong.
