I variate my signature every so often, mostly in color. These are the signatures that I have used and the rough dates for the time I started and stopped using them. Yell at me if my current one is inaccessible.

Hi, please see the article's talk page. As you can see there, I followed through and advised the person who put it the rev-del request in the first place it was rather unclear and suggested that they re-add it with the revs. The message you left me comes across as rather nagging as if I've done something wrong. I've replied on your talk. Sennecaster (Chat) 03:30, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

thanks

Thanks for striking the comment at WT:CP. I know it must come over as somewhat overly sensitive, but we get a lot of negative feedback especially when we've had to revdel several years worth of edits. I know I don't get revdel 100% right (probably all admins feel the same) and dealing with the wrong ones is easier when we can avoid giving the impression that we're being cavalier about revdel in general. No problem. I get it, we get yelled at for WP:PDEL. To a non-admin like me, when a more CCI-focused admin does a revdel where there's a lot of sources copied, it looks like they're either picking a URL from the edit summary without discerning which one had the most copyvio from or they're foregoing the URL entirely and going with the standard RD1. I'm just much better at noticing patterns than explaining them late at night :') Sennecaster (Chat) 17:07, 13 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:44, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I'm trying to handle this but the site you linked is down for maintenance, and archive.org doesn't have a version of this page that isn't down for maintenance. Do you have a snapshot of this URL that actually works? Otherwise, I don't have a way to verify the copyright claim. --Chris | Crazycomputers (talk) 04:02, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Crazycomputers this CopyPatrol report, which if you click the iThenticate report button at the bottom (must be logged in with oAuth) should open the full source and a side-by-side comparison. I think it's fine not revdelling this one, in hindsight. Even though the pages in the iThenticate report are also down, I can see enough from the previews that this is probably just regular religion-based objections but spammed across the internet over time. Gotcha. I'll leave it alone for now, then. --Chris | Crazycomputers (talk) 02:42, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
