Re the Crime in the US article
[edit]Hi KarmaKangaroo, I agree that my edit summary was lacking to some degree. Lacking the time or inclination to read the entire twenty-five year old book, I searched for keywords hoping to find something matching. Since the statements are all made in generalities, it was impossible to neatly winnow down the results. Nevertheless, the material still isn't meaningful to the article; it's not specific to the US, and what it says is about as compelling as 'if you put toast in a toaster, it will become toast'. It just doesn't add anything meaningful to the article. cheers. anastrophe, an editor he is. 18:24, 10 November 2023 (UTC)

Move User:KarmaKangaroo/Experiments/lasertemptest to Template
[edit]Hey @KarmaKangaroo, I stummbled on your great template you wrote for AN/PEQ-15. Seriously, great work. Would you mind moving it over to Template space instead of your User space? I didn't want to just move it around on you and cause any problems or confusion. Dr vulpes (Talk) 20:09, 7 January 2024 (UTC)
- @Dr vulpes thanks for stopping by and asking. I've done this now, and the template is now here for you to use. Template:Infobox Laser aiming module KarmaKangaroo (talk) 06:20, 11 January 2024 (UTC)

I am looking for some help to find a lost edit, on the article IWI Negev, I spent a long time on the edit several hours, and while writing my edit, another edit was made by someone, I got the edit conflicts warning, and it said I can fix the conflicts manually. I checked the edit, resolved some conflicts, and others were covered by the edit. I then clicked published, and the edit never appeared, and I couldn't recover it. I submitted the edit, and I am hoping that the content is rescuable by an admin, in some log or something as I submitted the edits.
- There's nothing in the history of the page that I can see as an administrator. Your last edit to the article was on at 02:55, 6 March 2024. Please sign your posts in future.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:35, 6 March 2024 (UTC)

Hello, I have edited some changes you made on this page. I understand you found a source on DPAC, however, Cheryl Arnol certainly wasnt Mayor between 2007-2014. among some other changes, i have sourced the Tasmanian Electoral Commission reports, which I believe takes precedence. You can find the source on the page if you wanted to take a look, im really not sure how to do references in wikitext. Thanks DeadlyRampage26 (talk) 11:59, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
- @DeadlyRampage26 Thanks for this, couldn't find that info anywhere, and the two major sources I did find conflicted with each other, and were still both wrong according to the TEC webpage. Glad you found it. KarmaKangaroo (talk) 15:11, 28 April 2024 (UTC)

Surface Fleet Review
[edit]Hello, I have taken your advice and decided to start drafting an article to a good standard before submitting. I thought that the Australian Surface Fleet Review might be a good topic and as such i have begun drafting it, however, I have discovered that you have an active draft of the Defence Strategic Review, and I just wanted to confirm that the creating of a separate article for the surface fleet review would'nt impact your article. I hope it doesn't, but if it does, let me know and i will be happy to cease making this article. Also, if you happened to see any major flaws with my draft, please let me know! Draft can be found here, thanks! DeadlyRampage26 (talk) 12:07, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- G'day @DeadlyRampage26, thanks for you message. I've had a look, and I'm still thinking about whether it should be its own article or not, however please keep going, if it shouldn't be on its own I'd like to have you contribute it as part of the DSR. So whatever is the decision that work should be included.
- Just a question, what is your understanding/knowledge of Defence procurement and FIC, and the defence SEA, LAND and AIR project system? KarmaKangaroo (talk) 13:29, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- I don't know a whole lot about the structure of the individual projects but I can find the project numbers (ie SEA2200) if that's what you mean? DeadlyRampage26 (talk) 23:20, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- @KarmaKangaroo just thought I'd let you know that I have submitted my Surface Fleet Review article for entry into the mainspace. DeadlyRampage26 (talk) 12:16, 12 June 2024 (UTC)
