[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Talk:Ukrainian crisis, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Iryna Harpy (talk) 21:01, 21 May 2017 (UTC)

Shooting at the 2024 Summer Olympics
[edit]Hi KaplanAL, Many thanks for your article about shooting at the 2024 summer olympics. It struck me that most of the facts are taken from the article Shooting at the 2012 Summer Olympics. While it is ok to take other articles as template starting point, I am concerned at the article about 2024 is an almost identical copy with places and facts just changed to French ones - without substantiating them. I do not think that the same location or legal considerations are identical between the two events. On a minor note, future events should not be written about in past tense. I have therefore redirected this article to the main article about the 2024 olympics until such a point where there is substantive encyclopaedic information. pseudonym Jake Brockman talk 07:51, 2 December 2017 (UTC)

The article Badminton at the 2024 Summer Olympics has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No relevant content specific to 2024, and any speculation would be WP:CRYSTAL
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Animalparty! (talk) 06:29, 9 December 2017 (UTC)

Hello, KaplanAL
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Trainsandotherthings, and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I've proposed an article that you started, List of Boeing Business Jet route by Airport Availability, for deletion because it meets one or more of our deletion criteria, and I don't think that it is suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.
If you wish to contest the deletion:
- Edit the page
- Remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- Click the button.
If you object to the article's deletion, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the issues raised in the deletion notice. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Trainsandotherthings}}
. And remember to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!

The page List of Airbus A350 route by Airport Availability has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done for the following reason:
G3: Blatant hoax – appears fantastical, most of these routes do not exist
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.
