The article Phebe Seaman House has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced; zero mentions of this online so unclear whether it really exists; claims of notability and age appear to be WP:Original research, non-notable per WP:GNG even if they are true.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the username you have chosen (JohnDHaynes) seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of a group, company or website.
