Please don't remove citations
[edit]Hello, and thank you for your efforts to improve Wikipedia! However, you should know that it is not a good idea to remove citations or information sourced through citations simply because a link to a source is not working, as you did to Qnet. Dead links should not be deleted. Instead, please repair or replace the link, if possible, and ensure properly sourced information is retained. Often, a live substitute link can be found. Links not used as references, notes or citations are not as important, such as those listed in the "External links" or "Further reading" sections, but bad links in those sections should also be fixed if possible. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Now please go back and restore the citations you removed at Qnet, Isagenix, and Snap-on. Thank you. - @Jmbld, I see you’ve removed even more sources since @MarconiCheese left this message. Please help us repair or replace sources, rather than removing them altogether. Politanvm talk 19:09, 24 March 2022 (UTC)
- Understood. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I'll work to find some replacements. Jmbld (talk) 20:35, 7 April 2022 (UTC)

March 2023
[edit]Hello, I'm MrOllie. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 20:08, 27 March 2023 (UTC)
- I appreciate you notifying me on my talk page. I was making edits that I thought were aligned with Wikipedia's guidelines. The citations and content seemed reliable and significant. It sounds like we disagree with what is 'promotional.' From my experience, this seems to be very objective from page to page. Thank you for providing me with your opinion on the matter. Mirrors
[edit] Thanks for contributing to the article Oneview. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:RodanFieldsProductline.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:RodanFieldsProductline.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 19:50, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
