I read your note on the new article's talk page, but your search does not justify recreating an article that was just deleted for lack of notability. If you think you can write an article which demonstrates the artist's notability to Wikipedia's standards, and addresses the concerns of the deletion discussion, I suggest you create a draft of the article and submit it to be reviewed. You can find more information on this process at Wikipedia:Articles for creation. If you just recreate the article again without going through this process, it will very likely be deleted again.
