Small request

Hi Jay. You keeping well? Just wondered if you could look at WP:Article Incubator#Kelly Rowland (album). It needs approval from another independent editor who has not worked on the article before. Basically the article was nominated for deletion but the deleting administrator put it in the incubator instead (effectively a community sandbox). I've spent time today writing the article (this is what the article looked like when it was incubated). Please can you take a look and agree or disagree with my assessment that it is ready to be transeferred to the wikipedia mainspace? Thanks, -- Lil-unique1 (talk) 01:16, 1 July 2010 (UTC)

Nevermind... someone else has resolved it. Lil-unique1 (talk) 17:30, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
It's ok. If you want to give your opinion on the article (now located at Kelly Rowland (album)) please feel free to do so. Are you keeping well? I guess rumours of the Mariah dance album for June were wrong =( Lil-unique1 (talk) 21:28, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
Well in one of her new magazine spreads it says (and i quote) "As Mariah records re-records her christmas album with the live band she also gears up to writing the lyrics for songs on her new studio album". Hmmm.... And in related news Leona Lewis has finally accepted she let her eye of the ball with Echo. She's working with J.R. Rotem and Ne-Yo. Interestingly Labrynth (the producer behind "Frisky" and "Pass Out") is also signed to Simon's label. can you smell a collaboration? Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:41, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
Agreed but i dont think they will ever admit to what went wrong with Echo. She said something along the lines of "there were timing issues" and the leaks from the earlier recording session incorrectly promoted the album. Etc.... Btw, "Memoirs..." was rejected for GA and i refused to do the required changes because there were so many to do. GA reviews were not impressed with the article. Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:57, 1 July 2010 (UTC)

Well they didnt approve the use of Carey's official twitter, nor the use of Mariahdaily.com. Apparently the remix sections contained too much WP:OR and there were not enough supporting references. The singles section was a mess and have seperate sections seemed illogical. :S Lil-unique1 (talk) 13:51, 2 July 2010 (UTC)

One Tree Hill character articles

Okay, I have finally fixed up the Lucas Scott article. I only realized after doing so...that the edit removed your image; but it is for the best, seeing as non-free images need very valid rationales to stay in articles (they are generally not supposed to serve for illustration of things that can be easily envisioned). For example, the Brooke and Lucas/Lucas and Peyton kiss images would not hold up if they were nominated for deletion. I let them stay, because the article only has four images so far, it discusses these two women, and it shows what they look like (from the side, anyway). The imagery of what Lucas's clothing style evolved into cannot be easily envisioned without a full-on description; thus, the side-by-side image I added would survive a deletion debate. Flyer22 (talk) 06:50, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi. Regarding your message, I actually don't know of any (though I did try searching the ones I mentioned in a previous message). Good luck to both you and Flyer during this. -- James26 (talk) 16:09, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
Naomi Clark is already nominated. Thanks. -- James26 (talk) 23:12, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

RE:Recovery

They can be both claimed under fair use as they are far different and illastrate the two different covers the album was released under. I mean seriously I have seen pages with three covers as three covers were released for the album. Red Flag on the Right Side 22:14, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Point me to said policy. Red Flag on the Right Side 22:32, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Well look at Over (Drake song) is that img any different??? Red Flag on the Right Side 23:03, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Fair Use

Hi Jay, I noticed you were having few issues with users asking about fair use. The rules are located at WP:NFCC > A typical explaination that I use is below. Hope it helps.

On wikipedia the primary preference for images are those which are classfied as free content. Per the policy at Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria non-free content can only be used when free content is not available.

  • Critically WP:NFCC#3a states that Multiple items of non-free content are not used if one item can convey equivalent significant information. Therefore the use of more than one single/album cover is almost always not justifiable.
  • Additionally WP:NFCC#8 states that Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding. Therefore if words alone can explain alternative versions or releases of an album then additional covers are not allowed.

Regards, Lil-unique1 (talk) 15:51, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Well I supposed we'll see what happens now that I've just nominated the additional cover for speedy deletion on the ground of the arguments above. See here for details [1] Regards, Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:08, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
Obviously removed as they were aware that it would not survive CSD. Oh well AfD or rather FfD (File for Deletion) is now the place so thats exactly what's happened. Lil-unique1 (talk) 19:43, 5 July 2010 (UTC)

Re: Help

Erm which templates are you referring to/do you mean? --Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:38, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

I think they're located at Wikipedia:Userboxes#Gallery --Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:48, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
Hey Jay just thought I'd tell you I will be creating a user page for myself with loads of usesful templates and links. It will be accessible from my talk page. I know it can be difficult sometimes accessing the right template because the pages etc. are so slow to load. Also was the above what Userbox links what you were after? --Lil-unique1 (talk) 23:10, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
A quick cross reference shows the only ones available are at: here, [2] and [3]. Though you can create your own by joining the project page. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 19:12, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
No probs. You can use the {{userbox}} to input your own things without the mess of trying to create a full template. Hope that helps. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 19:39, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
I hope you don't mind but i made you this. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 21:15, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
Wouldn't have been possible without User:L-l-CLK-l-l‎ who originally made a similar page and allowed me to copy some of the stuff. It was a pleasure. I enjoy collaborating with you. Hope your well? --Lil-unique1 (talk) 23:29, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

Lucas/Brooke/Felix

I would say it was a love triangle, even though a brief one, in the same way that Felix/Brooke/Mouth was a brief love triangle. I am okay with your revert of that IP's edits; I just wanted to comment about it. Brooke had minor feelings for Felix, and still loved Lucas. Lucas wanting her, her still loving Lucas, all while she is still dating Felix really does count as a love triangle. Flyer22 (talk) 18:04, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Re: GA

Im ok thanks. Hmmm well nomination for GA can be tought. The process is as follows:

  • go to WP:GA
  • add Memoirs to the list under == Arts ==, === Music === .
  • then add the template shown to the talk page.

Take a look at Talk:Fight for This Love#GA Review, Talk:Tik Tok (song)#GA Review, Talk:Commander (song)#GA Review for examples of the types of things that GA flag-up before nominating Memoirs.

They'll ask for things like fully formatted refs, broad coverage, limited use of twitter. etc. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:19, 17 July 2010 (UTC)

Its not as bad as it seems. The comments are usually "change xyz" to "abc" --Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:24, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
Let me know when you nom. it and i'll 'informally' help you make the corrections. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:27, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
Hmmm I know what you mean but when I was doing writing the article "Gettin' Over" there was a heated discussion which concluded that articles are about songs. Primarily those AA singles were remixes of original songs from Memoirs. Because AA wasn't released we can say that "AC" and "UOMF" were remixed for their single release and were intended to also precede a remix album, AA which was subsequently cancelled. Another big thing will be rewriting the singles section into a paragraph. (see I Am... Sasha Fierce#Singles. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:38, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
Hey Mr, how are we? Long time no see/no here. You keeping well? --Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:22, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

Just trying to keep busy this summer but also not be tired... I'm easily exhausted at the moment. What bout you? Good luck for your exam results, i'm sure they'll be ok. Is it A-Level/As-Level results you're waiting for? --Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:33, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
Hmm you would have though with a 4-month summer break there'd be nothing to be stressed over LOL. I dont know... I heard that Jump Smokers gave an interview where they said the 'JS vs MC' album was due in March, then April Then June and now they've recieved nothing or heard nothing about its release.... ??? wtf.! i say they should just leak it as well as the remixes MC recorded... Talk bout keeping your fans waiting... --Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:44, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
Did you ever hear "Imperfect"? That was definately a really cool song. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 22:47, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

Administrator intervention against vandalism

Thank you for your report at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism about editing from 68.194.161.175. I have looked at many of this user's edits, and it is not obvious that they are vandalism. If they are then please explain why, so that an administrator can see that vandalism is involved and act accordingly. If you are not sure what counts as vandalism have a look at WP:Vandalism, and note that by no means all unacceptable editing is vandalism. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:10, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

Peyton Sawyer and other main One Tree Hill character articles

Just letting you know that I will probably be cutting it very close to improving this article. I need to get to a library. You already know the deal from what I stated on my talk page about it. As for the other three articles, they might be redirected before I get to them, but make no mistake that I will significantly fix them up (either way). Flyer22 (talk) 18:41, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

This (teh left-side) is not WP:Vandalism. It was a constructive edit that added sortability to that table full of non-notable trivia. Jack Merridew 00:47, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

They was all in the wrong columns for a start. And I don't think Gossip Girl should be any different than every other article on Wikipedia, the awards table should be kept within it's scope. Jayy008 (talk) 10:30, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
I have once again reverted the edit based on that. If you revert again it's an edit war and we'll have to bring it up for discussion then consensus will decide. I just don't understand why you want GG to be different than all other TV shows using the original template. Jayy008 (talk) 10:38, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
Hmm, maybe because all or most of the tables in all of the TV show articles are not done correctly? And we need to start the clean up somewhere. But I'm sure the User:Jack Merridew has better and more important things to do then worry about such an article. - Josette (talk) 15:03, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
RE: Jayy008; The Gossip Girl awards table is not currently formatted like "all other TV shows", whether Jack's changes are applied, or not. I believe that's the point: various TV shows use different colors and formats, and they shouldn't.  Chickenmonkey  17:27, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

Please keep discussions in one place, OK? This started here, and, really, you're better off on a less high traffic page. Seems you've already lost this argument. First you call me a vandal, and then you try WP:OTHERCRAPEXISTS?

What I did was WP:WIKIFY that table, make it more WP:ACCESSIBLE, and add Help:Sorting, all of which are quite supported by policy, guidelines, and site norms. I've now taken it a step further, although I did put the result column back where you had it; most I've seen have it on the right. The colours in there are gratuitous ornamentation, the rowspans are an impediment to accessibility and are incompatible with sorting, which is a useful feature. I also note that the content of this table is completely unsourced, and could simply be cut on that basis, and these awards seem outright trivia, so you might want to focus on that. I've got this page watched, and have noted a few others, such as 90210 (TV series)#Awards and The Vampire Diaries#Accolades. Personally, I'm not too focused on teen drama, but I do edit a lot of articles that I note issues with. I find edits such as 'doesn' t need sources', 'no need for sources here', and 'Nor does here' of some concern, because we *do* require sourcing on this project; see WP:V, for one. If you don't believe in sourcing content, perhaps wikia:gossip-girl would be a more appropriate project for you; that is all about being a fan-site, this project, however, is an encyclopaedia. Sincerely, Jack Merridew 19:22, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

Also, I see the page at http://www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/812376 being used as a source, and am not much taken with it as a WP:Reliable source; and I'm quite sure having their "(FREE Bracelet) @ EzyDVD" on offer in the article's reference section is inappropriate. Thoughts? Sincerely, Jack Merridew 19:32, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

I do believe the awards are notable and should certainly be sourced. I've noticed awards all-too-often go unsourced (and are often incorrect).  Chickenmonkey  20:01, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
First of this in my personal talk page, I don't appreciate being bombarded here. Second of all I didn't add "ezy dvd" or whatever it is to any page. I believe in sourcing, only sourcing as that's all I do on here is mainly add sources. I just don't think you need to source "Paul Wesley plays Stefan Salvatore", isn't sourcing for information that can be challenged? The only reason I made the edit to the Gossip Girl page is because I believed the green and red coloured awards boxes were standard as that's what I've seen on most Wiki pages. I don't object to it changing, but those things have to be discussed as it's such a big change. In fact, it should be brought up in general so there can be a set template for all pages that's allowed. The box that whoever created was a mess, it had a separate date for everything, no expansion of one date? I'm happy for the awards to be sourced, I will just add the sources template as it's too much work for me personally. And why does The Vampire Diaries need more sources to say it finished in May 2010? :S Jayy008 (talk) 21:32, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

That award table was brought to my attention on my talk, specifically this version, which you cut back some, and I fixed properly. I did not vandalize the article. This is minor clean-up, stuff I do dozens of times a day. Sure, there are lurid tables all over the place; fix some, huh? The use of colour on the project is a mess in some areas; TV shows and sports being main offenders. I didn't look too far at the other pages I mentioned above; want me to? Reverting me, calling me a vandal, and posting on my talk page do tend to get my attention. Cheers, Jack Merridew 22:05, 11 August 2010 (UTC)

Ran across the discussion on User_talk:Jack_Merridew#Gossip_Girl. I think you may need to moderate your approach a bit, you'll find it yields better results. ++Lar: t/c 10:39, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

Mariah Carey (album)

Hey Jamie, so Ive heavily edited and fixed up this article, trying to get it to GA level. I was wondering if you could take a look and tell me what you think. Here is what the article looked like before I started. And this is what is looks like now. As you can see I reconstructed the whole page and its references, as long probably quadrupled its length and information. Look it through if you can, and tell me if there is anything you find poor, not needed, needed or any concerns. Thanks!--PeterGriffinTalk 12:47, 13 August 2010 (UTC)

Lol, thanks Jamie, I worked really hard into recuntructing the whole page and kind of making it again from scratch. I already nominated it, lets hope it passes :D.--PeterGriffinTalk 13:23, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
Lol, Thats the plan! Im gonna try and do them in oder, but there are some I would like to do sooner than others.lol. The ones Im excited for are "Music Box," "Merry Christmas," "Daydream," and "Butterfly." Im DREADING "Emotions," "Glitter," and "Charmbracelet." The rest Im ok with, haha, your gonna see how awesome Im gonna make Music Box :p--PeterGriffinTalk 14:29, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
Yup, Im actually really surprised as to how nicely the first one turned out. I just thought it was time, it was kind of embarrassing how poor her pages were! Ill have you review them as I go, tell me what you think! :)--PeterGriffinTalk 14:59, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
Yuppp!!! Im really psyched, and surprised! I actually have a goal to make Butterfly FA, Id love to see that happen! and Music Box :D. Thanks Jamie, Im gonna try to make her discographies FL too! :D--PeterGriffinTalk 19:36, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

FA is "Featured Article" that the best article Wikipedia can produce. FL is "Featured List" for discographies, its like the advanced level. Theres List and Featured List. Her discographies are just List for now..:)--PeterGriffinTalk 20:32, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

I know! its true, it always looked the crappiest on Wikipedia :/. But since its her most personal and transformed album, I feel theres so much to do with it, it can really be one hell of an article! :)--PeterGriffinTalk 20:37, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

Mariah Carey albums discography

Please leave your comment HERE. Baratayuda (talk) 07:33, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

Hi, Jamie. I'm hoping to get a little wider discussion going that what I've had so far, as I try to determine consensus for (or against) a change of headings and links in music-related articles. The guidelines at MOS:DISCOG are used by many editors whether working on a pure discography, an artist article with a discography inside it, a Featured List review, etc. I'd feel better about moving ahead (or not moving ahead) with the change if I knew how much (or little) support there is for it among more of the music-focused editors.

It's a teeny matter, but if you find you have the time and interest I'd appreciate it if you would weigh in at the Certifications column heading links discussion at MOS:DISCOG. Thanks, — JohnFromPinckney (talk) 15:40, 19 August 2010 (UTC)

Hello

a new month a new piece of Mimi speculation. Parishilton and several other celebrity bloggers are now reporting that Mimi will release her Christmas Album on November 2, 2010. (it puts her up against Keyshia Cole, Nicki Minaj, Susan Boyle and Kelly Rowland who're all releasing around that time if release schedules are correct) -- Lil_℧niquℇ №1 (talk2me) 19:08, 19 August 2010 (UTC)

(if you're worried about the singles template in the infobox don't worry. Some users were doing some tests. They should have been restored by now and no longer show in italics). I don't know if the world is ready for another Xmas album but so long as its not all covers and there's nothing experimental I expect it might do well. it will probably steamroller over Kelly Rowland in the US which is a completely and utter shame. I think a new nice urban-r&B-pop-ballad for christmas would be good from mimi. here's fingers crossed and hoping for the best. Btw did you get you're AS/ALevel results today? -- Lil_℧niquℇ №1 (talk2me) 23:01, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
I completely agree! And yes I did, I got a U :(. No idea what I'm going to do now! Jayy008 (talk) 00:16, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
PS, I'm tempted to buy both versions of Kelly R. I like both her styles and it's not fair we're only getting a dance album. Jayy008 (talk) 14:29, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
yeah I totally agree. its wrong that the fans are going to get divided and that we're all bounded in dance genre just cause we're in the UK. What she should do is to release a deluxe version of the album (in the UK the bonus disc includes the R&B/pop songs and in the US it features the dance songs).
omg I'm so sorry to hear about your results. Sometimes things don't work out as planned. Keep you're head up though. You seem like a smart guy I'm sure you'll figure something out... :) -- Lil_℧niquℇ №1 (talk2me) 17:44, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Mariah Carey singles

Hey Jay, I have no idea. I didn't change them or re-format them, they no-joke just changed. On Daydream its the same thing, yet haven't edited it in over 4 days. I don't know, but its weird. By the way, I'm really excited for the new holiday album, I'm sure it will do really well!--PeterGriffinTalk 22:44, 19 August 2010 (UTC)

Number 7!?!Jamie, your scaring me, LOL. Let me just tell you my logic as to why I think it will be a success. For some odd reason, last year Andrea Bocelli's holiday album experienced big success. I mean it was certified double platinum and sold like 4-5 million copies. Now this is Bocelli's first holiday album, he didn't promote it allot and he isn't as popular. I guess the world has a soft spot for holiday albums, even in this crappy market. So I think, especially with Mariah's known success with "AIWFCIY" the album could be a big hit, with people remembering the "old style Mariah." I mean according to Billboard, Mariah's first holiday album sold over 2.5 million copies in Japan and was the second best-selling foreign album ever (behind #1's). SO hopefull it will remind Japanese fans of Mariah and make it a hit. These are my estimations, I hope Im right.lol. BW did you see the pics of Mariah in Brazil? shes performing a stadium show there. She is HUGE, lol, if she isn't pregnant, then Nick better lock the pantry :)--PeterGriffinTalk 23:01, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
Lol, I know, I'm just being careful. Andrea Bocelli may not be popular, but she is hated a lot more lol :(. And no, I haven't. Oh dear, I wanna see! Where are they? Why can't she come to the UK! :( Jayy008 (talk) 23:04, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
Well everyone has haters, but Mariah is very popular, its just her recent work that isn't :/. The more popular you are, the more hated as well; Look at Britney Spears and Madonna, I dont think the hate gets bigger, but so doesn't the popularity, see my point.:D Also, yes she is performing a sold-out show at the 60,000 seat Barretos stadium in Brazil. Yes they are on MariahDaily, and she is massive, lol, I dont know, I dont think Ive ever seen her this heavy, maybe she really is pregnant. Anyway though, hope the audio or video files from the concert get released, because she asked fans on her twitter to make "special song requests" so hopefully we get to hear some older and rarer stuff :).--PeterGriffinTalk 23:35, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
Yes, I see your point now lol. When I'm back on my PC I will look @ them. And I agree, I hope her Brazilian fans requested some stuff that I like :). Jayy008 (talk) 00:14, 20 August 2010 (UTC)

Mimi

Hahahahah, yupp, I told you :/ Who even knows, its fishy though!--PeterGriffinTalk 04:30, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Check out this pretty clear video of "Ill Be There," its sooo good, better than 2005. Im really impressed with these vocals, check it out.--PeterGriffinTalk 00:44, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

Re: Naming

I'm sure you'd know better than I would. I simply didn't see a source for that "Silver" naming, so I figured that calling her by her full name was most encyclopedic. Still, I imagine you and the others can make the best choice with this naming thing -- I'm semi-retired. :) Also, I recently undid some nonsense by the troll who seems to like reverting articles to their older versions. My advice with this person: keep cool, but keep an eye out. -- James26 (talk) 15:44, 20 August 2010 (UTC)

Like I said, it's up to you guys. Cheers. -- James26 (talk) 18:31, 20 August 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for working on the articles for Vampire Diaries. I took the initiative and placed both The Vampire Diaries (season 1) and The Vampire Diaries (season 2) in article incubators (located here‎ and here‎) in order to allow more information to be added and the article expanded before it is placed in its proper "namespace" (not sure if thats a correct term or not, but I think you get what I mean). To find more information on incuators, just go here. Thanks for your work, and happy editing! ChaosMasterChat 23:28, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

By the way, may I ask if you know anything about where the production code came from? It is not sourced at all, and when I looked on The Futon Critic (the place where Smallville is usually sourced), there seems to be no prod. code. ChaosMasterChat 01:17, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
No idea, I never usually add the prod code to anything. I don't see it as relevant information. And yes, I get what you mean, but I disagree, having it in the namespace allows other editors to contribute, I can't do all the work myself. By the way most TV articles have around the same information. Smallville is the only one I can find that has major information. It should be discussed wether to have it in an incubator or not. Jayy008 (talk) 12:49, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Then if you feel it can be removed, I'll go ahead and do so. Also, what I recomend for the episode lists is to post on the WikiProject Television Talk Page asking anyone to contibute to the incubators. Now, it wont guarentee that there will be a swarm of editors willing to edit the aritcles, but at least some attention will be set on it. I honestly don't think a discussion would solve anything; the articles didn't provide anything "new" other than what was explained in the episode list and the main article about the show. I would think that it would end up being agreed upon to merge the article in those pages. Instead, I went ahead and created the incubators so if you, or anyone else, wanted to add information, you could. If, though, you don't want the incubator, you can creat a sandbox for each season and work on them there (also promoting those on the Project talk page), but I don't think that would be necessary. ChaosMasterChat 22:24, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Go ahead, I don't think people really care about coming to Wikipedia and viewing a prod code. And okay, good idea for posting there! Jayy008 (talk) 12:18, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

Mimi and Music Box

Hi Jamie. Check out this pretty clear video of "Ill Be There," its sooo good, better than 2005. Im really impressed with these vocals, check it out. Also, I'm actually almost done with "Music Box," just have to finish 2 section, and I think its even better than the last one! :)--PeterGriffinTalk 15:39, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

Thanks, well I made it to the right for the reader to more easily differentiate in between sales and certifications. Actually I never heard of Robert Christgua, but now that you mention it, I've checked add I would surely add him. I added as much negative or mixed info as I could find, such as Entertainment Weekly and such. TELL ME ABOUT IT! lol, seriously its getting so annoying, for every little thing I'm being stalked by Max; obviously Celine needs to come out with a new album soon, because he is getting wayy to bored. LOL. Thanks for the support by the way! I appreciate having a friend on Wikipedia!:)--PeterGriffinTalk 16:50, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

Good faith

Please read the second section About good faith:

This guideline does not require that editors continue to assume good faith in the presence of contrary evidence. Assuming good faith does not prohibit discussion and criticism, but instead editors should not attribute the actions being criticised to malice unless there is specific evidence of malice.

Frcm1988 (talk) 14:29, 24 August 2010 (UTC)

Jamie, in the politest way possible, drop this AGF vendetta against other users. All of them are experienced in this matter and I have yet to see any instance of a single editor—involved in the discussion—to be rude or acting in bad faith. The evidences are in front of everybody's eyes. People cannot act contrary to this. Whatever may be the previous history between Max24 and PeterGriffin, the main discussion shouldnot deviate from it. — Legolas (talk2me) 06:35, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
Oh God, you guys seriously need to move on or find new articles to edit, because your getting quite repetitive. Jamie understands the situation a little better than you because he has "worked" with Max24 before, and knows the routine. I already explained, but I'll say it again, Max24 takes edits out of context (4 months old), things that could be resolved in between editors and makes them into large scale article talk page problems. It happens to be I cannot answer for edits 4 months ago, thats something you need to get through your head. Secondly, when I fix something, it also has to be for a "negative" reason, either way there is no winning with Max, and Jamie knows that, because he's had to deal with him. Jamie also knows the extent of my help and work on Wikipedia, and knows all the good and help I've done, so he puts that into consideration as well (something you unfortunately fail to do). One more thing, you coming here trying to convince an editor to believe in something else, with these crappy logics is harassment. Because he doesn't think in the "close minded" way you do, that means he's wrong? Or that he needs your guidance? or you to try and deviate his thinking? Jamie knows what he's doing and has been here long enough to know, without the necessity of you two negative and hatefful editors.--PeterGriffinTalk 06:44, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
This will be considered as a personal attack and will be reported. — Legolas (talk2me) 08:09, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
You can report whatever you like, from this point on its obvious your just trying to sabotage me. Saying "crappy logics" and "negative and hateful editors" is in no way a personal attack. So you can "report" whatever you like.--PeterGriffinTalk 08:18, 25 August 2010 (UTC)

Music Box (album)

Hi Jamie, so I've nominated the album, so take a look. Here is what the album's article looked like before I started, and this is what it looks like now. I think its even better and broader than her debut. Tell me what you think! :)--PeterGriffinTalk 23:04, 25 August 2010 (UTC)

TVD season 1

Hey! I didn't know where to discuss with you. OK, first of all thank you for counting on me. I hope will make the articles rock. So, I just wanted to say hello, and tell you that the season one article I opened hours ago and that was erased had nice opening section/introduction. So I put that introduction in the incubator. So just say is it fine (I think that its great and that only the second paragraph of it could be changed. So answer me here for this, and from now on I think it would be the best if we talk about this stuff in the incubator discussion page. OK? All the best ---Max(talk) 18:50, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, no problem. I would really like that. But do you know what exactly should I write? Any example of articles from this kind that have this section. And let's continue our talk on the disccusion page over there. So we don't check constantly where we answered, OK? ---Max(talk) 19:46, 29 August 2010 (UTC)
