Hi you have been tagging pages for deletion, for what I assume is replacement by the draft mentioned above. Normally an AFC reviewer would be doing that job if they want to accept the draft. To tag a more appropriate page, the reviewer would use https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Qubein_Center&action=edit . Though you could just copy your draft into that page too.
