GA reviews (WP:DCWC)

Hi Ixtal, c/o ping sawyer777 TechnoSquirrel69. The first issues have arisen regarding this competition and reviews, please see Wikipedia talk:Good article nominations#Questionable reviews and this user talk thread. Given there have been significant recent issues surrounding poor WP:GAN reviews, and GAN can be an individual process, this could exacerbate issues there. It would be very helpful if something could be worked up to emphasis the importance of reviews being of good quality even more explicitly, perhaps on the main points table. The 1000 bytes should probably be a minimum, and I might even suggest explicitly requiring 1) a specific mention of each WP:GACR, and 2) explicit mention of source spotchecks (source spotchecks are now a requirement for all GANs so it would be helpful to make that clear here too) at /Scoring.
