The article 2012 Czech Hockey Games has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- WP:CRYSTAL
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Pesky (talk …stalk!) 11:13, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
- This is a confirmed event and is therefore not WP:CRYSTAL; the tournament is confirmed to be played. Bring it to WP:AFD if you still believe this article fails WP:CRYSTAL. Regards, HeyMid (contribs) 11:30, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
Thanks
Thanks for the copyediting, the texts do need a fresh pair of eyes sometimes! Cheers Tooga - BØRK! 16:16, 3 October 2011 (UTC)

Thanks...
...for keeping the 2011–12 Frölunda HC season article updated, my computer died on me and it took me some time to buy a new one so I'm really appreciate that you looked after it :) —KRM (Communicate!) 19:19, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for your praise. I usually try to keep statistics and articles as updated as possible. I apologize for mistakenly red-coloring Frölunda's 2–0 win yesterday, which you've corrected now. By the way, have you bought a laptop or a desktop? Were you able to backup your data? I hope you're fine now. Regards, HeyMid (contribs) 19:53, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
- Laptop, graphic card died on the old laptop, getting a compatible card would cost +5500kr in a four year old computer... So I just pulled out the old hard drive and bought a new laptop. Not that I was too active before my computer crashed, but I hope I'll be more active around here from now on. Cheers! —KRM (Communicate!) 20:06, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
- That's nice to hear. Your team has got off to a good start, they lead the league with 20 points in 10 games, which is twice as much as last year after 10 games. Växjö Lakers, the newcomers, also seem to be doing pretty good. Cheers, HeyMid (contribs) 20:12, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Bajen Fans Hockey
I just wanted to let you know that I took a look at your recently created article Bajen Fans Hockey-- Amy Z (talk) 20:09, 13 October 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for checking the article and notifying me! It seems you do this as a routine process. Any feedback on the article? Also, how do you find the articles you check? Thanks in advance, HeyMid (contribs) 20:16, 13 October 2011 (UTC)
Controversial article moves should go through RM
I believe that you are are acting hypocritically when you continue to make controversial article moves involving diacritics without first going through Requested Moves. You were just recently actively involved in the discussion where it was agreed that all article moves concerning diacritics are controversial, and that all proposed moves involving diacritics should go through RM; yet your recent move of Andreas Dahlstrom (ice hockey b. 1991) to Andreas Dahlström (ice hockey b. 1991) (retitling to include diacritics) fail to follow that consensus. Your posted comment[1] in the discussion indicates that you wish to hold me to a higher standard than you yourself are willing to follow. Dolovis (talk) 11:27, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- There is an agreement that hockey player articles use them for players name. You have been shown this time and again. What is controversial is your belief that they should not, which is why you are held to that standard. It's not a higher standard for you its that you have been attempting to work against consensus and to prove a point with endless requests to try and cause editors who disagree with you to tire out and leave. The vast majority of your requests in the past have gone against your position. If that isn't enough to show you that your view is in the minority then there isn't much more to say. -DJSasso (talk) 12:20, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- Dolovis, I'm getting tired by your writing to my talk page so many times just because of the same issue. First of all, I do not believe I'm the problem here, and as far as I know, most—if not all—moves I've made have not been under dispute or been reverted. Second, as DJSasso says above, the current consensus is that all article titles of ice hockey players should have diacritics when there are. That consensus can be seen at WP:HOCKEY#Wikiproject notice. After months of arguing, you should realize by now that your position regarding diacritics on Wikipedia is opposed. I thought this dispute had been settled after the AN/I thread back in July, but apparently it hasn't. You're one of very few still arguing about this. I should also note that you've started a new thread at WP:AN. If you can't accept consensus and how it works, you can't stay on this free-to-edit encyclopedia. HeyMid (contribs) 12:36, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- The circular arguments of DJSasso, et el, are tedious. Your link to the alleged 'consensus' does not link to any such consensus, and your comments and action fly in the face of the recent discussion on this issue[2]. Dolovis (talk) 15:34, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
- And your WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT arguments also get tiring. So why don't you just move on to more productive things so you don't waste your own time and that of others? -DJSasso (talk) 16:13, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

Hello Heymid.. I am currently seeking adoption by a more experienced user. You put your notice up on the Adopt-a-user board. Are you willing? Thanks, Earendil56 (talk) 17:41, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

Request for creating new redirects
Hi, Grand Theft Auto V article has been created so isn't it better to redirect "GTA V" to that article? Thanks. 78.158.168.89 (talk) 07:40, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Hi again, these redirects are specially created for Grand Theft Auto IV article, so could you possibly create them for Grand Theft Auto V article too? Thanks. 78.158.168.89 (talk) 08:08, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Redirects Grand Theft Auto 5, Gta5, GTAV, GTA: V, GTA 5, Gta 5, and GTA5 are already created and redirected to Grand Theft Auto V article.
Exactly like Grand Theft Auto IV redirects:
Grandtheftauto5, Grand Theft Auto Five, Gta five, Grand theft auto v, V (computer game), V (game), Grand Theft Auto: V, GTA v, Gta v, Gta V, GtaV, Gtav, GtA5, GtAv, GTA:5, Grand theft auto:V, Gta v, GTA-V, GTA:V, V (Grand Theft Auto)
- Done all. Just note that I haven't corrected any already-existing redirects, as it seems you've done that for me. Best regards, HeyMid (contribs) 08:56, 26 October 2011 (UTC)

Interview with Wikimedia Foundation
Hi Heymid, My name is Matthew Roth and I'm a Storyteller working on the 2011 fundraiser with the Wikimedia Foundation in San Francisco. In past years, we've relied on Jimbo to carry the bulk of the fundraising weight and he's done very well helping us hit our yearly funding targets. This year, however, we're broadening the scope and reach of the fundraiser by incorporating more voices and different people on the funding banners and appeals that will start running full-time on November 7th. We're testing new messages and finding some really great results with editors and staff members of the Foundation. You can see the current progress of the tests here. I'm curious if you would want to participate in an interview with me as part of this process? The interviews usually last 60 minutes and involve a number of questions about your personal editing experiences, as well as general questions about Wikipedia and its impact in the world. Please let me know by emailing mroth (at) wikimedia.org. Thanks! Matthew (WMF) 17:52, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
