it is now one year since WikiProject Open Access was started by User:Bluerasberry on January 10, 2012. Since then, the project has advanced modestly, but we have not interacted much. For the coming year, we certainly want to improve on that.
We also plan to overhaul the project pages to make them more conducive to collaboration, and we are pondering the idea of expanding the concept of a WikiProject Open Access to projects other than the English Wikipedia, e.g. to other languages or to Wikimedia Commons. You are warmly invited to add your voice to all that. We would also appreciate if you would share some of your OA-related activities by way of our news ticker or via the monthly Open Access report that is part of the GLAM newsletter (to which you can subscribe here), or as you see fit otherwise.

At this point, the article doesn't show notability, but if the journal is indeed indexed in Scopus (which has to be shown by a link to Scopus, see below) then that is fine. However, the article is not acceptable as is (for example, the in-line external links have to go). It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

It was great seeing you at the event held by The Society for Experimental Biology 1.5 week ago! It looks like you have edited Wikipedia for a while, but I will leave a message here with the same resources I have provided the new editors with anyway:
If you enjoyed talking to other people about editing Wikipedia and its sister projects, there are other events you can join (many are hybrid) here (none are related to SEB). I often attend the events held by the University of Edinburgh, which are open to everyone.
If you edit Wikipedia in your own time and have a question, here is a link to the Teahouse that Nick Moyes talked about. You can ask questions there whenever you like.
