EastEnders
Hi, your EastEnders character articles are excellent and need very few edits to clean them up! Thanks, and keep up the good work :) Sweetie Petie 15:46, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, thanks a lot! Please keep it up!! Also, you could check out Wikipedia:WikiProject EastEnders#Projects to see the characers who most need articles!! Trampikey 13:14, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

Re: Den Watts
Hey Gungadin... I've deleted the section "Back From The Dead A Second Time?" on the Den Watts article, as it's a pretty obvious hoax! Even if it's not, over at WikiProject EastEnders we don't like spoilers being posted on the articles (even if it's something that'll happen tomorrow), so if you see any in future, would you remove them? Thanks! Sweetie Petie 17:39, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
Debbie Bates
Hi, Gungadin. You can feel free to add the Debbie Bates image that you have. I couldn't find one so it's good that you have. Also if you want to you can add any more information on the Debbie Bates article and the Richard Cole article I created today if you know more about the characters. Thanks Shakirfan 17:48, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- I thought it might be helpful to point out that nobody "owns" their articles on Wikipedia, and also that all EastEnders articles need pictures... :) Sweetie Petie 18:38, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
Re: Simon Wicks
Hey, I thought it might help to give you the link to the discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject EastEnders#Wicks Brothers regarding the Wicks brothers' paternity. Sweetie Petie 17:22, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
- The only real evidence we have is the fact that he emigrated to New Zealand to be near Kenny- this is such a mess that it's just presumed that he is Kenny's son as that's the last known fact of the matter... Trampikey 17:28, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
By the way, Gungadin, you might want to consider joining the WikiProject, I wasn't sure if you knew about it. Sweetie Petie 17:31, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
Re: WikiProject EastEnders
Hi, you can easily become a member of the WikiProject. The main page for the Project is Wikipedia:WikiProject EastEnders. There's a list of participants, simply add your name to it. Make sure to read the Project page and talk page so you know what we're working towards. Sweetie Petie 13:39, 8 April 2006 (UTC)
Ash Ferreira.jpg and Ash Ferreira EE.jpg
Hi again :)
Another helpful hint for the future. If you want to replace an image with an updated version, you can just upload a new version of the same image by simply clicking the link that says "Upload a new version of this file". That saves you the effort of changing the page the image is on and then asking for the old image to be deleted.
Hope that helps.
Sweetie Petie 22:04, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for your reply. That's weird, it should work. I've only done it a couple of times before but it's always worked for me. well, at least you know how to do it anyway :) Sweetie Petie 10:40, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
Image Tagging for Image:Donna_Ludlow_EE.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Donna_Ludlow_EE.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Misuse of {{tv-screenshot}}
I'm afraid that we cannot accept the majority of the images you have uploaded. You have used {{tv-screenshot}}, when most are clearly not screenshots. A screenshot is a single frame grabbed from a programme or film, such as this. It is not used to describe a photo merely asscoaited with a TV programme.
Similar issues have already been discussed many times on your talk page. [1] Your history reveals you have had numerous warnings.
I strongly advise you to stop uploading huge batches of images. Contrary to a recent comment on your talk page: not all EastEnders pages need images. It's quality, not quantity.
If you continue to upload unfree images then you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. The JPS 12:11, 14 April 2006 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Lucy speed.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Lucy speed.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
.
Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ×Meegs 04:16, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
A landslide victory for The JPS (aka RFA thanks)
Hey, Shirley, thank you so much for your vote and comments in my RfA, which passed with an overwhelming consensus of 95/2/2. I was very surprised and flattered that the community has entrusted me with these lovely new toys. I ripped open the box and started playing with them as soon as I got them, and I've already had the pleasure of deleting random nonsense/attacks/copyvios tonight. If I ever do anything wrong, or can help in some way, please feel free to drop me a line on my talk page, and I will do my best to correct my mistake, or whatever... Now, to that bottle of wine waiting for me... |

- It looks like it is not so clear, other users also are in the same position as me, see User_talk:Xuxo#TV Screenshot for Sabrina Sato. To be sure I've placed a question to Template_talk:Tv-screenshot#Question on use - it could take some time for an answer. Best, feydey 15:07, 12 May 2006 (UTC)

New articles
Please use Wikipedia:WikiProject EastEnders#New Wikipedia articles related to EastEnders when you create new articles! Thanks! Trampikey 18:00, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- But only if they're related to EastEnders!!! Sweetie Petie 21:59, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
Well done!
How did you find out who played Jack Evans, Louise Mitchell and Kofi Tavernier? It's really hard to find out young actors' names! Trampikey 16:36, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Do you think it can be done for the current babies? (Freddie, Aleesha and Bobby?) And also, I can probably get dates for some babies and children. Eamonn Flaherty Jr. was 22nd, 23rd and 25th September 1997... but that was the Irish episodes so I don't know if you'll recognise ANY of the names! Also, I can probably get the EXACT date of Danny Harkinson... let me work on it! Trampikey 17:43, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- He (Bobby) appeared sometime last week... Trampikey 18:52, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- Right, I think Alex and Tom Kilby play Freddie [2] in this episode and Phoebe and Freya Coltman-West play Aleesha [3] in this episode ... do you gree that that's probably it? Trampikey 20:56, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- And this [4] looks like Bobby Beale! Trampikey 20:59, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- And Josh Alexander fits the criteria for Danny Harkinson, but I'm not sure if he's the same Josh Alexander as this one Trampikey 21:16, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
- The only ones we don't have now are: Chris, Helen and Peter Pappas (who aren't on the programme catalogue), Eleanor/Amber Trueman (Paul's daughter), Sean Andrews (Trevor's son with Donna), Arjun Kapoor (Gita's son with an unknown man), Cindy Williams, Eamonn Flaherty Jr., and Hassan Osman.
If these are not traceable on the programme catalogue, one of us could write to the EastEnders helpdesk as a last resort... what do you think? Trampikey 09:37, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
- Do you have an e-mail address for the helpdesk? Trampikey 20:05, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
- Talk Walford is useless... one of us will have to send a letter to the helpdesk... Trampikey 23:33, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
- Can I ask a question about this? I haven't looked into what you've been doing but do the pages actually say such and such a person played such and such a character? Because if not then I think what you're doing may be against one of the fundamental rules of Wikipedia: No original research. Just thought I should point that out as you may not be aware of this policy. Thanks. Sweetie Petie 12:43, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale
Hi. Sorry it's takena while to reply to your message. I've given Image:Josie McFarlane.jpg a fair use rationale: my version probably needs tidying, but it's a start. If you use that for your images you should be fine. The JPStalk to me 12:42, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
Who?
Who was Hester Samuels? Trampikey 19:30, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

External links
Hey, just a reminder, please could you put ==External link== (with a lower-case "l" on "link") if there is only one link, and ==External links== if there are more than one link! Thanks! Trampikey 19:28, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
- Actually a lot of people prefer "links" regardless of how many links there are. See WP:EL#"External links" vs "External link". Personally I think "External link" looks weird. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 21:11, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
lol! I had always put 'Links' as I thought that the section might possibly contain more than one link in the future. I dont know what to put now!! Maybe I'll toss a coin each time ;o) Gungadin 21:53, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
- Put "links" but don't put "Links" ;) AnemoneProjectors (talk) 22:43, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
Osman children
I think Murat was older, because he's usually mentioned first in sentences... thats my logic (lol).
Errrm, I'm not for making one article for three different characters, as we don't have that for any other characters from EE... if you can't get enough information to make a decent article, just don't make one... I think we're supposed to be cutting down new articles and concentrating on our existing ones anyway [5]... but meh... Trampikey 17:33, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
PS. Personally [being a lazy sod], I would just make two stub articles for them that other people an expand if they know any infoirmation... Trampikey 17:33, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
I've made the stubs; Rayif Osman and Murat Osman... now it's over to anyone else who wants to edit them! Trampikey 17:50, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

Here are some tasks awaiting attention:

Hello to all members of WikiProject EastEnders! Please take a look at the to do list above, and see what you can do to help out! All help would be much appreciated, and the projects on this list are priorities! Thanks Trampikey 20:04, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
Disa
Just thought I'd direct your attention to here. Trampikey (talk to me)(contribs) 22:09, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
List of past characters
Please could you stop adding minor characters to the list. We don't really need them if
- they don't have an article
- they don't have a name (i.e. Mr. ____, or just a first name)
Thanks Trampikey (talk to me)(contribs) 22:13, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
- (See talk page) - in my sandbox I'm working on making it characters intead of cast... Trampikey (talk to me)(contribs) 22:37, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
- They're not really characters... fair enough if they're relatives (or have close ties to) main characters, but "Mr. ____" who appeared in one episode in 198_ isn't exactly important- Wiki isn't a fansite like Walford Web... are we going to start listing "Paramedic #2" etc.? Trampikey (talk to me)(contribs) 18:12, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
Minor EE characters
Hi, you can see how far I got before I stopped working on the minor EE character page by going here, though I do believe I may have listed some characters who shouldn't be there. Feel free to work on it if you want. -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 18:23, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks. By the way, it may be time to archive your talk page :) -- AnemoneProjectors (talk) 18:35, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- I don't personally like the idea, grouping all the characters is unneccessary, and as the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"... as for the comments about me on AP's talk page... thanks G... thanks a lot. Trampikey (talk to me)(contribs) 18:59, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
I saw it. I don't like it, my reasons are on WT:WPEE. Trampikey (talk to me)(contribs) 19:22, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
