Hey, I'm not trying to rush you or anything, but if you're going to finish copyedit work so we can put the finishing touches on it, peer review it and push for GA nomination (possibly), now would be a really good time. -MajorB 20:43, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
Party colours
Hi there. Yes I'm sorry about that, the main reason I reset the colours was because I was looking at the article on my laptop, which made them appear a lot lighter. The box is a bit useless at the moment anyhow, because we don't have a picture of the Leader of the Opposition to balance Helen out... --Lholden 03:57, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
Help...
Could you please help me to check the grammar of the article of Cúcuta?

{{tlx}}
May I ask why you made {{tlx}} use forced lower-casing? I reverted it before, but didn't think to ask the person who made the change at the time. Sorry. SgeoTC 02:51, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
Question
Hello Gracenotes, I noticed that today you reverted a message on User:FairNBalanced's talk page that was left some time ago. I previously reverted trolling but didn't catch this last one... was it just happenstance that brought you to his talk page? (→Netscott) 23:31, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Ah ok, there was a strange mixup with a sockpuppet somewhat related to FnB and I was thinking somehow your revert was tied into it. Thanks for getting back to me. (→Netscott) 00:02, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for reverting...
Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for reverting my talk page from this vandal. User:58.106.131.103 Hopefully he is banned for a long time. User: Hdt83 | Talk/Chat 04:33, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
Mellotron
THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU for torching that wretched list on the Mellotron article! It was getting completely out of hand. Raymond Arritt 03:40, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
That is it, I can't stand this any longer.... :)

Infobox proposal
Hi, you are the first person to try out my proposal for subpaging proposed infoboxes and use of the template to link to this, so I'ld be grateful for your thoughts on the process and the clarity (or lack of) in the explanatory description :-)
In particular I tried to keep all coding for a proposal out of the subpaged infobox itself (hence the linking template Infobox proposals). However the displayed links must then be used to view or edit the proposed infobox, the right hand normal "edit" link jumps somewhat confusingly to Template:Infobox proposed and not the proposal itself... not ideal
The alternative was to require a header block at the top of each subpaged proposal, but this then has to be deleted when the subpage is moved & turned live. The link on the proposal page would then not be the Template:Infobox proposed, but rather {{/name of subpaged infobox}}.
My curreent solution provides standardised method of linking and, in process, also allows easier creation of the subpage via the link generated. It also standardises recording who created the proposal, for which project and allowing a full discussion to be held on its development. David Ruben Talk 03:50, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

image change/winter storm of 07
On the cars skidding images, yes please do put the edited one in. Your fix really helped to get rid of the purple color. May I ask how you did it? I have a few other images that are just like that (they're cell phone pics, thats why they are like that) KeepOnTruckin 04:52, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Well I dont want to make you do a whole lot of work but here are some images thati dont know how to fix:

My Comment
To be honest, if everyone were like you I would be very happy to rescind my comment, but I have become somewhat jaded as of late, both on here and in real life, when it comes to those with power. I wish I could help you, but i've lost faith that most ways of doing so are effective, especially when a culture seems broken beyond repair like the Wikipedia IRC culture is. I was on there once, and that was enough to convince me of my current poor opinion of Wikipedia IRC culture. Just H 23:59, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

Your quotes
Hi. I was just reading parts of wikipedia, when I found some of your quotes quite funny, and I added one to WP:BJAODN. Hope you don't mind. AstroHurricane001(Talk+Contribs+Ubx) 19:26, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Measuring consensus
Re your table on the 2CC et al TfD, are you simply counting "Keep" vs "Delete" as votes, rather than weighing arguments? No differential for strong/weak, no consideration of affirmative reasons vs WP:IDONTLIKEIT or WP:IDONTCARE? Since this issue really isn't independent of the CfD, and deleting the templates will drastically affect maintaining the categories, should this discussion close before that one's resolved? -- Ben 03:21, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

Dude.
I was joking with Cadetmiller. He knows I was kidding. He was even present in the same room as me when I posted that on his talk page. Although I am now aware wasn't civil (and am sorry), I just thought you'd know that. Anyways, adios.

I know. I have done it once or twice too. No biggie. But thanks for understanding. Have a nice day!
RFC templates
Because these templates are NOT identical, the -concerns recommend a "nature of concern" or "nature of objection", the -results recommend an "outcome of RFC", and the article-s require an article name, the instructions differ accordingly, including the "sample text" suggested for each. Otherwise I would have used templates from the start. A template for the table at the bottom would be nice, but please leave the rest customized to the templates. Thanks! -- Ben 04:13, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
All this and more in next week's episode
Some of us do care and are waiting with baited breath. And come now, I make that figure >3.5K not >25 :D Please never stop with your particular style of edit summaries either. Thanks.--Alf melmac 22:23, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
I reverted myself, no problem. The reason I did it was because it doesn't serve much purpose as an image, IMO, if you can't see the totals. Maybe if there was a colorized map version it would make more sense, but I don't see much use in it if you have to click on it to see the info. But, a different screen size would make things entirely different for me. As I don't frequent winter storm pages, I will trust your judgment on the matter. Cheers. Hurricanehink (talk) 00:19, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- That might work. My only concern then is that there'd be even more white space due to the forced break. I'm not sure what the best solution is. Perhaps bring it up on the talk page? Hurricanehink (talk) 00:26, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- Heh, good luck with it. Hopefully no edit warring occurs. Hurricanehink (talk) 00:33, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Infobox sizing
Hi! You were kind enough not only to answer my question at the Help Desk the other day, but also to offer further assistance. I'm still having some trouble with coding imagesizes within infoboxes. I tried to edit Template:Infobox School by cutting and pasting some code from another infobox, but it didn't work. I ended up with no image and a set of "}}" instead. I have reverted the template back to the way it was before I messed with it. It does not even have a 220px limit set as others often do. Can you help? Thanks!--Vbd | (talk) 11:03, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
Your edit comment on Template:Infobox School says "no responses", but I haven't found any talk entries to respond to. I noticed that one of the schools I track ended up in the "bad format" category, so I went to check it out, and it looks like there's a bug in the template. If you don't supply the imagesize parameter, it looks like it tries to default to 220px, but fails, probably because there's no "px". In addition, the documentation says "size in px", which suggests to me that the value is supposed to be a bare number ("220", not "220px"), but as coded it requires the "px". Overall I like the changes, but the default ought to be fixed to work and the template and its docs should match on whether to use a bare number or a number with "px". {{Deletedpage-w}}
I thought it was good to have a template that could be used to salt deleted article about webpage, but since this will be deleted, I userfied the template. You can close the TFD and delete Template:Deletedpage-w if you wish. BuickCenturyDriver (Honk, odometer) 10:04, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
