Discontent Content Issue 7
Welcome, subscribers, to the seventh Discontent Content newsletter! Discontent Content is a newsletter aiming to collate and improve Wikipedia articles in need of more eyes and hands to get them in shape. Its unique trimodal structure allows editors to work where they feel comfortable -- with stubs and starts needing to be brought to standard, mid-quality articles with Good or Featured potential, or quality-assessed articles needing help to maintain their status. Articles in this category are those that need to be brought up to a minimum quality standard. Some will be stubs; others will be longer articles that nonetheless have significant concerns putting them far below B- or C-class adequacy. This issue's Category 1 articles are:
Articles in this category, while in better current shape than Category 1, are still missing something. They have the potential to be truly high-quality content, and may have been at one point. With work, they can be brought up to dizzying heights. This issue's Category 2 articles are:
Articles in this category have been assessed through a content review process in the past, but may require work to be brought up to current GA/FA standard. Editors can help bring them to a level where the star or plus near their names can once again shine. This issue's Category 3 articles are:
I LIVE. Hi, guys. Great to see you. I felt like doing this again. Will I do more? Let's find out. I hope you're all well, you beautiful people. |

The article Pink Peacock has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
in light of recent closure notice article needs reassessed against SNG WP:Notability (organizations and companies)
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 09:00, 9 June 2023 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of Shatzi Weisberger
Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article Shatzi Weisberger you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. Message delivered by ChristieBot, on behalf of Vaticidalprophet -- Vaticidalprophet (talk) 09:03, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
- Lovely to see you, Vaticidalprophet! I’m excited to work with you on this. I’m experiencing a brief and unfortunate bout of laptoplessness at the moment, so please bear with me as I exercise my thumbs and eyes with a smaller screen. — ezlev (user/tlk/ctrbs) 18:45, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
- Completely fine, as I noted I'd be a little hypocritical to demand immediate activity myself :) I was dealing with laptoplessness for a while around my last period of heavy reviewing, so I know firsthand how tough it can be onwiki. Vaticidalprophet 18:58, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
- Hey Ezlev, just checking in on how things are? Definitely not pushing anything, especially because I'm just getting my own stuff sorted, but it's been around two and a half weeks now. I'm fine with waiting, just checking in that you're doing okay and that you're not feeling overwhelmed by the comments. Vaticidalprophet 10:44, 24 June 2023 (UTC)
- A heads-up that, given the GAN has been open for over three weeks without any comments or edits, and I have fairly significant requests for revisions, I anticipate closing the nomination as unsuccessful if no comments are made within the next few days. I'll probably work on the article myself if that happens, if that's fine with you -- there are a lot of comments I've made and have to make here, and it might be simpler to action them myself than to wait given the computer issues.
