Unspecified source/license for File:Harper's Monumental Error.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Harper's Monumental Error.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 15:00, 1 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Harper's Monumental Error.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Harper's Monumental Error.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 00:24, 2 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Harper's Monumental Error.png

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Harper's Monumental Error.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:19, 6 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Michelle Browder moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Michelle Browder, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I also want to point out that if you have any conflict of interest with regard to this subject, you are required to disclose it. Please see WP:COI. Thanks and best, Blablubbs|talk 00:16, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

AfC notification: Draft:Michelle Browder has a new comment

[edit]

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission:

Yes, there are alternatives: Works in the perm. coll. of museums is the usual, but so can be coverage by substantial critical studies. Significant monuments can do this also, but the one cited has very weak evidence supporting its notability --the article in WP is supported only by two news stories. and was not linked in the article

There are many other problems with this article. The most important ins the tone of advocacy --see WP:COATRACK. This is the place to discuss her work, not insignificant details such as her restaurant, and quotations from her advocacy, and especially not to insert advertising for her tour service and other programs.

The article is somewhat confusing-- so confusing is that both I and another very experienced reviewer did not spot the notability The monument is given referneces for still being under construction, but also has having been installed. summary should be much shorter.

I think you probably could show her notable if you wrote a proper article focussing on the art --and if you gave some more evidence of notability in the article about the monument. Please rewrite, and resubmit. If I have a chance, I'll do some of it myself.

. Thanks! DGG ( talk ) 05:31, 28 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
