In case you weren't aware of it, this article is still too short for DYK. Gatoclass (talk) 13:44, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Many thanks!
Thank you...
...for participating in my RfA, which closed with 119 in support, 4 neutral and 5 opposes. I'm honestly overwhelmed at the level of support that I've received from the community, and will do my best to maintain the trust placed in me. I 'm also thankful to those who opposed or expressed a neutral position, for providing clear rationales and superb feedback for me to build on. I've set up a space for you to provide any further feedback or thoughts, should you feel inclined to. However you voted, thanks for taking the time out to contribute to the process, it's much appreciated. Kind regards, Gazimoff 21:12, 4 August 2008 (UTC) |

Glasperlenspiel
If the time arrives in which you find yourself searching for a new name, you could do worse than turn to the musings of a Nobel laureate. Have you previously encountered The Glass Bead Game?
I wonder about how you will be affected as you move closer to achieving your projected goals? That is, of course, a question I do not ask. I only wonder privately, mildly.
It is delight to encounter a circumstance which seems to have elements in common with Hermann Hesse's Magister Ludi.
Wishing you continued success. --Tenmei (talk) 20:14, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
1964 Gabon coup d'état
Excellent work on the article! Heh, I was actually thinking of creating the article within the next few days. Maybe we can bring it to FA with M'ba. :) Nishkid64 (Make articles, not wikidrama) 12:36, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
- Why do you think the coup article won't become an FA? Length? Nishkid64 (Make articles, not wikidrama) 14:30, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think that should be a problem. As long as its comprehensive, it should pass FA. I think the article can be expanded (you can do wonders with even the fewest number of sources, e.g. Saint-Sylvestre coup d'etat), so I'll start looking for newspapers, books and journal articles with info. Congrats. Two Ivorian DYK's on the front page at the same time. We can go months without an Africa DYK. We need to develop the 58 Ivorian departments sometime too, most of them are one liners without the basics on french wikipedia, and of course finish Burkina Faso settlement stubs. ♦Blofeld of SPECTRE♦ $1,000,000? 11:56, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
Joseph Priestley FT?
Hello, Wikipedia:Featured topics/Joseph Priestley shouldn't be where it is, as it was never a featured topic. Are you thinking about building such a featured topic? Anyway, I think we should either delete this page or move it to your userspace. At any rate, the template on the talk page should not be used because its use here is messing up the categories and causing the page to be tagged as a "former featured topic" - rst20xx (talk) 14:56, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
Critical editors
I tell you what I'm sick and tired of people complaining about stubs and well, just about everything. I've begun stubbing those spanish politicians which I intended to do in sections and then translate within a short period of time yet people just can't help themselves and have to either say they aren't notable and complain about how short they are and in doing so waste my time trying to explain to them that they were Ministers of the country etc and major encyclopedic benefit once written. People are so narrow minded and also very short sighted if they can't see that articles can and will be expanded relatively quickly. Its really bugs me when somebody tells me how I should build wikipedia and it is always the ones who do little encyclopedic work themsevles. I've always translated about 7 of them. Not a word to say about that though. ♦ Dr. Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 13:51, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
Honestly it doesn't interest me. All I would ask for is some extra buttons to do things quickly. In a way it seems the higher your edit count is and the more active you ar ein the mainspace the less attractive you are made as an admin. For people to be elected an admin with only 500 edits to the mainspace and primarily in video games and only a few montths experience of wikipedia and to get 119 supports is quite something though. I'm sure they'll make great admins but the less editing and experience they have, the less "evidence" there is to show any bad times they have had on here.
I was asked the question "what makes spanish politicians notable?". It is this outlook by many people on here that is almost as bad as vandalism. Many people just don't seem to see the potential of articles from other wikipedias or that wikipedia is really in its infancy. Gerardo Abad Conde, Fernando Abril Martorell, Alberto Aguilera, Pedro Agustín Girón etc are all articles with encyclopedic use and I bet they could all be written into full referenced article with some library study. What worries me is that somebody takes the stub as it is at the second of starting and brands me useless when they have little insight to how important the content is at improving the project in the long term. Asking others to share the burden and help translate the articles is not so bad I don't think. Keep up the good work on Malawi, I'll have a read of the 1964 Gabon article later, I'm losing track of all your recent GA/FA noms and reviews! ♦ Dr. Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 14:39, 9 August 2008 (UTC)

no it isn't... your edit also has spelling errors. Hubschrauber729 (talk) 17:40, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- Your point is??? read WP:ATHLETE and Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Notability. Playing for a notable club does not make the player notable. Hubschrauber729 (talk) 18:11, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- I guess you didn't read WP:ATHLETE. Association football is not an amateur sport. Poker, bridge and chess are considered amateur sports. Firat has not played in a professional league, thus making him not notable and worthy of deleting his article. Can't get much simpler then that. Hubschrauber729 (talk) 18:47, 9 August 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, you've been keeping yourself busy as well with the Burkina stubs and Malawi DYKs—and still making time for FAs! It's a pity Fritzpoll doesn't have the time to do the new programming. Gabon and Spain
Wow thats quite excellent. Nice work! Yes I've pasted the spanish text into the remaining stubs I created for quick translation I must have done at least 30 biographies by now which have been translated! If you can translate a few of the smaller ones I;d be grateful if you have a moment. There is such an amount to do with Latin America and Africa also from french wikipedia that my head is going to explode! Probably just as well I don't speak much french or german and can concentrate on spanish. ♦ Dr. Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 14:55, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
Will make a note although with this new spanish thing even I'm overflowing with my "to-do" list. I seem to have found my way into Chilean ecclesiastical history at present as I got tired of doing the spanish politicians (until later) as I'm about 3/4 through translating the ones I started yesterday. I need to try to get some things out of the way first! I had intended stubbing the rest of the Gambian forest parks from german wiki, I'll probably do that in the next few days and in doing so will probably see if I can sort that out too! ♦ Dr. Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 17:41, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
Aubame article - took a look at it
Saw you asking Blofeld about it and thought I'd check it out myself. Fine article! I made a few small changes, like regularizing Léon M'ba as such, piping some links, etc. I guess if I had any suggestions, I would think about including a sentence about how M'ba rose to power himself — of course, most of that should remain in the M'ba article, but as the two were raised together, it's a particularly interesting aspect of the story and might be covered very briefly in Aubame's article as well. The other thing I'd mention is that this paragraph from the earlier version contains some items that didn't end up in the current version, particularly the possibility that exposing Aubame to politically-motivated prosecution was a possible motive in appointing him to the Court:
- After Gabonese independence, Aubame worked with M'ba, accepting nomination on M'ba's slate of candidates for the National Assembly. Aubame was then elected as a representative of Moyen-Ogooué, and joined the government as Minister of Foreign Affairs. This only lasted until May 1962; after conflicting with M'ba, Aubame was demoted to Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and then dropped from the cabinet entirely in 1963, when he refused to join M'ba's party. M'ba appointed him to the Supreme Court, as a way of forcing Aubame to give up his legislative seat and exposing him to prosecution, but Aubame instead resigned from the court (10 January 1964).
I know nothing about the subject, so I couldn't guess whether it was left out because it's untrue, unsourceable, just by oversight, or what. Anyway, great stuff! Mr. IP 《Defender of Open Editing》 18:06, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'd be happy to help where I can on that Gabon series; I'll keep a watch on it. I'm about to start two sets of articles (a series on the short stories of Hemingway and a series on random concepts which have no WP coverage at all), but I'll still have plenty of time to chip in elsewhere. Cheers, Mr. IP 《Defender of Open Editing》 18:18, 10 August 2008 (UTC)
Yes I've just been looking at the Gabon articles, impressive. This is exactly the sort of quality articles that should exist for much of Africa not the sub stubs we have an major African figures, history and places at present. The inbalance in coverage is laughable for most of the African countries but that of course is to be expected. It will improve eventually in parts but we need good contributors like yourself and Nishkid to develop them and unfortunately too few people think there is a world outside the Anglosphere. I'm too tired to peer review them now but I'll make a note to do it tomorrow. Best ♦ Dr. Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 19:09, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

DYK question
Hi. I wonder if I could ask a bit of advice/a favour. A DYK proposal of mine is about to expire - it's right at the bottom of WP:TDYK now. It's been approved (twice), but I imagine it would be a conflict of interest if I made it part of the next update myself. Would you by any chance be able to do that? Biruitorul Talk 22:01, 11 August 2008 (UTC)
- Excellent - many thanks! It's pretty stressful when DYK goes right down to the wire like that, which seems to be happening quite a lot lately. Anyway, one does still learn little things here now and then. Yesterday I was creating lots of articles on Romanian villages (actually communes - we emphatically don't want articles on Romanian villages, as information on them can almost invariably be summed up in articles on the parent commune), a process I see you're not unfamiliar with - and someone quite reasonably complained I was going too fast. And then as a favour I tried to patrol my own pages, but found that can't be done (which of course makes a lot of sense given all the spam/vandalism that gets uploaded). I believe someone asked a few days for date links to be removed. Someone removed half of them, so I used a script to remove the other half. Nishkid64 (Make articles, not wikidrama) 15:30, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

African economy
Hi. I've started a full set of templates for each of the African economies at Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/Economy templates. Basically I see them as a good instrastructure to develop each of the economies on wikipedia. It gives us the chance to link case studies on many of the main exports/industries in the country was is very important as a vast proportion of the population is often involved in such industries. See for example Pineapple production in Côte d'Ivoire and how the template is used. Any help you can give on building up the templates with potential articles related to the economy, distributing the templates in the articles linked or filling in the red links for be much appreciated! For instance Template:Economy of Ghana has some notable content already but potentially these templates can be crammed full with articles related to the economy by African country. Regards ♦ Dr. Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 16:18, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

FAs
Just a heads up. Sandy Georgia and Tony if you weren't aware are kind of like the "FA specialists" on here. User:Rahul finalises any FA nom and whether to promote it or not but generally the decision to promote is largely based on the comments of these two. They've had experience with thousands of FA candidates. Their requirements can seem exceedingly tough or strict but in my experience their input has helped polish off articles to ensure they really are of the finest quality which unfortunately may delay a candidacy considerably and make it a frustration one at times. Some issues they bring may seem very trivial such as MOS and will often be a reason why they oppose even if an article is bloody brilliant in encyclopedic content. Just stick with it. The Gambia forest parks
Hi. I stubbed them from German wikipedia working with the editor who has done all the work on Gambia on there. The idea was to stub them and have them translated later with the book reference, hopefully Black Falcon can do a few. Other than this there is a UNEP website database for all the national parks and forest reserves in The Gambia which is what I used to draw up the template. Click on search for sites and then country and it lists every protected area in Africa. SOon enough I want to get all of those listed at the database into proper articles on here. Nepal
Thanks. Well I was going through Burkina but I keep having difficulty accessing the site, it would frustratingly take like over a minute sometimes and often not at all. Yes with Nepal I;ve found a good site which has details on population, and demographics and education, sort of what we have been looking for elsewhere. The only problem is the geo satellite coordinate data sucks for countries like Indian and Nepal and most of the places don't have the coordinates at present. Its probably best to take on the countries where adequate data is available first, geogrpahically now I'll be balancing my time between Nepal and Mexico/Central America and any African places which have population figures missing from world gazeteer. My only hope is that once such countries are done, there will be adequate information for elsewhere. Things seem to be opening up gradually. Watching that inspiring honey hunting documentary in Nepal and the lives of the village people and their rice farming on the hills of western Nepal made me realise how much could be written about each and every place there. It was quite fascinating. Such a beautiful country, Bhutan and Tibet too. Someday I'll get some specialist books on some of these places and write some full articles. P.S 50 DYK's is quite impressive!! You;ll be catching BINguyen and that Singapoean guy who has written articles on practically every building in Singapore soon enough The Bald One White cat 14:38, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
Well I never thought I'd reach Charles Matthews's edit count let alone Rich Farmborough and have now passed them both. The Bald One White cat 15:40, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
Oh I'm not bothered about edit count its really isn't important thats why I haven't used an edit counter display since I passed 20,000. I do check it out every few weeks though just to see how active the others have been. Some guy could spend all his time on here tagging articles and have 140,000 edits, and some other person could spend their time carefully writing full articles to FA standard and use edit previews all the time and have less than 30,000 edits so it really can be deceptive in some circumstances. We both know though that I am not just one of those taggers! The tasks I do on here require the highest number of edits, so its not surprising that it adds up The Bald One White cat 15:46, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
Yep thats true, the counter stops at 45,000 I think. The Bald One White cat 15:52, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
Reckon you could expand Sandhikharka for a DYK? A google search shows a lot of info on Maoist rebels which looks interesting. Nepali Times has a lot of info on the district too. Whatever is available. Good luck The Bald One White cat 16:41, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
The idea of course was that we had a bot running adding similar articles like I'm doing with Nepal. The whole point in me proposing the idea was so I could refocus my work on wikipedia from spending most of my time creating stubs to developing articles and writing fuller articles. Nothing has changed, but I know a bot could be creating these articles at ten times the speed and programmed with several times more initial content The Bald One White cat 18:55, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
It might have been a different situation if we hadn't have come across that village pump scenario. Wasn't it an aim to have 1 million by Christmas at one stage? The Bald One White cat 19:05, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
Good work Ed. I'm not going to be here today so I'll probably look into the FAC tomorrow. This site is going mad somebody deleted Bulgarian Center for Not-For-Profit Law under the criteria that it isn't a "notable biography". Are they stupid or something? 10:31, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:1966 Houphouet-Boigny coin.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:1966 Houphouet-Boigny coin.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:26, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

Just as well I requested it to be be restored. I wasn't going to bother. Believe it or not it was speedied intially without evena prod. I wasn't going to edit today but I kind of got curious at the sources I found and had to expand it. I can't remember ever creating it but people still bring up articles created back in July 2006 which in wiki years is like 1000 B.C. for me The Bald One White cat 16:24, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
Injecting color into the Burkina templates
Hi. I was thinking about injection some colour into the Burkina templates to sort of make it look African and representative of the flag you know red, gold and green. Please see MOSNUM, which now deprecates the mechanism. What I like or dislike is irrelevant. But since all people to do with the move to deprecate it are pledged not to edit-war over it, you're probably safe for the moment in reverting an article you've worked on if it's treated by the script. It would be expected that none of the other contributors had an objection to such reversion. The change will take some time to evolve. Best. Tony (talk) 15:29, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Police and earthquakes
Hi Eddy. Aargh yeah I know the image policy is a highly frustrating one. We are missing out on so much factual information provided through images because of it. Accusations of sock puppetry have affected evne some of our better editors including MSpraveen so I'm not surprised. Hope you don't mind me commenting on the article. I wasn't going to say anything but Lord asked me to give an oppose or a support. I've offered a few points but I hope you understand that I want to stay neutral and refraining from leaning either way for this article. I hope you'll respect me for being completely honest. Best regards for it anyway Ed maestro. The Bald One White cat 16:01, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Ha I quite like the name Eddy. It suits you amigo! I know the situation on here is not getting better. I couldn't care less what petty squabbles editors have at ANI and elsewhere and gladly stick to content like yourself but whenever I see an imposing threat of mass deletion which is unjustified boy I give a good argument. I really don't like wasting time an ANI though I groan everytime I come across a mass deletionist, but what else can we do to get some justice around here? The outlook of many editors on here is terrible and is certainly not possibly based around a concerted effort to improve the quality of wikipedia which many of us are striving for. Given that the site is supposed to have an element of enjoyment to it, what fun is there is policing the site and acting like a judge in a crown court? At least of thats what you want to do go out and earn that as a profession rather than pretending to be a lawyer on wikipedia. Oh I often pick up on MOS issues and copyediting, a number of editors often ask me to help copyediting an article but I agree I also find FA's often too picky in that editors will find the slightest of faults. I'm not happy finding minor flaws on single articles you see, when 95% of the rest of the encyclopedia needs a massive amount of work to even start or get up to start class level. This is why I don't choose to go for more FAs. I've always found Sandy and Tony's standards extrmeely high and often seemed impossible to live up to but I think they have a very good overview of the requirements. Sandy reminds me rather of a strict examiner and a comparison of criteria for marks but I have a lot of respect for her and her dedication to FA candidates on wikipedia. An FA article should be amongst the best on here but perfection is not something that can really be achieved.
Yep good work. Shame we can't find the coordinates though The Bald One White cat 16:51, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

Soe Win Corbis/Britannica image
Hi, Editorofthewiki. Please don't readd that image from Corbis, copied from the Britannica website, to the Soe Win article. That's a blatant copyvio. If you disagree, plese seek advice with someone in the community with some expertise on image policies. Thanks, --Damiens.rf 20:26, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- Editorofthewiki, please, don't readd that image to the article. The template used is not a blanket permission for using any images. That image belongs to a photo agency called Corbis, and they license this image for a fee for anyone interested. Indeed, they whole business model is based on licensing images like this and collecting usage fees. Brittanica, a traditional encyclopedia, has paid corbis for using this image on their article about Soe Win. Blofeld of SPECTRE copied that image from Brittanica's website and used that on Wikipedia's article agbout Soe Win. For free. Can you notice something wrong here? Fair use does not allows you to use copyrighted works for free just to have a competitive advantage over those who pay for the copyrighted work.
- If you're still don't buy my words, ask guidance for any other Wikipedian with some knowledge on image use. I'll be removing that image from that article. I hope you understand, --Damiens.rf 20:55, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'm not arguing for the inclusion of that specific image. He uploaded that because you are trying to delete Image:Soe Win.jpg. An person of Soe Win's importance needs at least one image which depicts him. Chose one. --I'm an Editorofthewiki[citation needed] 21:06, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- The fact that we need an image of Soe Win give us no right to ignore AP or Corbis's copyright. --Damiens.rf 21:09, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Sure I'll look now. Its really bugging me. On a good note remember I said about Burmese libraries and the vast amount missing. Well a major step has been taken by the new Online Burmese library. Theres over 15,000 extracts. It has some fascinating information on Burmese archaeology. Great news isn't it but too much work for us!! The Bald One White cat 20:31, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
We both know how the administration of wikipedia, meaning the bureacrats feel about copywright on wikipedia. I seriously doubt anybody would have let a licensing template with a copywright marker inside and fair use compatibility under the circumstances survive if it wasn't legal. Given that it has a rationale for fair use it appears to comply with what is required and as a not for profit site we aren't profiting like other sites. There is a certain criteria for claiming fair use in which every image I upload appears to meet it. If he is claiming otherwise, then every non free image on wikipedia is unacceptable and should all be removed. He won't so much as utter a word to me anymore which shows a clear lack of willingness to discuss a problem rationally. The Bald One White cat 21:01, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

This "Kitia" thing doesn't seem to be going away. I just blocked an editor for changing your userpage to be a SSP report. Is there anything you can do to make this go away so that everyone can move on with their lives? I'm positive you are not "Kitia", but if you are, I would still support you as being a fantastic mainspace editor that is a net positive to Wikipedia. If it's you, confess, and I'll rail against the powers that be to protect your "new account" as a productive one. If it's not you, give me something to go on? I want this to be in the distant past as much as I'm presuming you do as well....Keeper ǀ 76 22:00, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- Alright. I unequivocally and absolutely believe you. You definitely have a different "editing style", and certainly appear to be a completely different person wrapped up in an unfortunate coincidence/trolling. That said, even if it does turn out to be that you are "Kitia" (someone I've never interacted with, to my knowledge), and I don't believe that you are, what I do know is that you are a productive and valued member of Wikipedia, as EotW. - Great work with Lazare Ponticelli. How about that, you can assist to verify those valid hooks including Tony's, and restore the heading with those that you've verified. We will try to squeeze them into the Next Suggestions. - Mailer Diablo 14:46, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
- Said article verified and on queue. - Mailer Diablo 15:36, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
- This one is more difficult to verify. The sources online are foreign, while hook is linked to a book/author which does not show up on Google. - Mailer Diablo 15:47, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
Kathmandu districts
Agree Homeopathy article is controversial. Any way, you are mentioning in the infoboxes that the religion is Hinduism. But Nepal has non-Hindu population also. How did you know a particular village does not have non-Hindu population? Otolemur crassicaudatus (talk) 15:21, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
The website in the references for the Nepalese towns and villages has the information on religions. In most places in Nepal Hindu is actually practised by at least 80% of the population, valid enough to count it as a main religion. In soome areas Buddhism is practised, but to a lesser extent. Anyway anything you disagree is easily verifiable The Bald One White cat 11:48, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
- Hinduism is the main religion, not the only religion. This is my point. Many villages may have a tiny non-Hindu minority. Otolemur crassicaudatus (talk) 13:20, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
- Agree with Otolemur. Some districts and villages may have a majority non-Hindu population, indeed in some, the Hindu population could be a very low percentage. Best not to add a religion to the infobox unless there are statistics on religion given for said village. EJF (talk) 13:29, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
If you look at the vast majority of villages in Nepal using that site you'll see that Hinduism and Buddhism are the main religions. More often than not Hinduism strongly outweighs any others. The site has details on religions and number of the population. Probably the best thing would be to reference data on it or otherwise don't mention it. The Bald One White cat 14:19, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
FAC
My specific concern is that the prose is kind of marginal all around. I will try to edit the article more later tonight or tomorrow maybe, but there are more things than I can specify. (Really, listing would be about equivalent in effort to fixing, which is why I do the latter when I can.) The prose still needs to be worked on, as Tony said. If you look at the edits I did, you will see that I made TONS of small changes. This is really too many for me to be comfortable supporting an article. (The sections I didn't touch were sections I didn't get to, not sections I thought were okay.) Two further things:
- "What sort of technical assistance they required is unknown.[citation needed]" This fact tag should stay I think. You may not know what technical assistance they required, but that does not mean it is unknown.
- "a Peace Corps officer was deported from Gabon for trying to stop it from becoming a show election." the vague part wasn't fixed. What does "trying to stop it from being a show election" mean?
hopefully I'll check back in later today or tomorrow. Calliopejen1 (talk) 18:31, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
- No, you only addressed the specific examples Tony listed, which were symptomatic of a problem throughout the article. I might remove the technical assistance thing, because I can't really make anything of it either and it doesn't seem that important to the text. And it is vague because what did he do that he was deported for? Was he speaking out against the regime? Etc. Calliopejen1 (talk) 18:46, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
A gutful
I've had a gutful this week Ed on here. The cynicism and accusation thing seems to be getting worse. I've now been accused of disruption for creating referenced content on a notable condition because I indicated that I wanted to see how long the article would survive by itself before merging it. If ever I was on a downer about the wikipedia community it is now. The negative seems to outweight the positive most of the time in all but content. The Bald One White cat 11:48, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
