Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Eddie Ruzzi moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Eddie Ruzzi, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I have listed URLs below for citation. This isn't for promotion. It is a historical reference. Please restore Eddie Ruzzi. Eddie Ruzzi (talk) 16:20, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I played drums for STEVE VAI AND MARK WOOD! How is this NOT notable? I've written two novels. How is this not notable? Is this really about me having to pay someone else to do this? I know some friends that made their own Wiki page. It doesn't seem fair. Eddie Ruzzi (talk) 12:36, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You have miss-understood how Wikipedia works, playing drums for Steve Vai and Mark Wood is NOT notable in Wikipedia terms UNLESS it has been reported on in multiple reliable sources with significant detail, likewise writing two books has no inherent notability unless it has also been reported on.

In order for an article’s subject to be considered notable by the Wikipedia community, we require that it receive significant coverage in multiple reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject this is what you base an article on. Paying someone would be absolutely doomed to failure, you would inevitably be scammed. Theroadislong (talk) 13:12, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
