More About Parasite
[edit]Honestly, Hav0xx is right, everyone knows "Parasite" is from Indestructible. It had never been heard or mentioned before until Inside the Fire. If your so sure its not from Inside the Fire then take it off. Also if its really NOT from it then how come the Parasite page I created is still up, despite your horrible effort to take it down. Seriousally, we understand about keeping Wikipedia "true" and "honest" and all that crap but find something else to bitch about. There's more of us than you and even if you do get a account banned we can make more and we have other computers. Feel free to respond on my page. Harlot666 09:20, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
- I belive I did say I had other computers. It's going to keep coming back by someone until its finally proven to be on Inside the Fire (or not.) Then someone is gonna look like a jackass. Why's it really matter if one little article MAY be wrong. How many people do you think care where its from anyways? Limewire is where it should be from. Thats where anyone can get it. If you have it where'd you get it? Harlot666 09:30, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
- At least now we're getting somewhere. Why cant it have its own page? It may not be a single but neither is the song Vampires by Godsmack and it has its own page. If Wikipedia is a growing source of information why shouldnt it have as many articles as possible anyways? It doesnt hurt anything, just helps expand Disturbed. By the way, I wish I had the stupid Inside the Fire UK single, I had to get it off LimeWire.
- Well damn I guess I do owe you a apology, and a thank-you. I really don't care if it gets a page or not I just believe it couldn't hurt to have one. I won't add anything else to it and I'll just wait and see what happens (and I am posting this after my last edit to the single.) It is a good song though. Harlot666 09:43, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah don't worry about the Formal Warning, like I said I don't really care to much. I hardly edit anyways. I'll keep looking for references but it doesn't matter. Good job on editing, by the way. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Harlot666 (talk • contribs) 01:49, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- I will, thanks. My page seems to amuse most, but don't worry none of the stupid stuff is true (except I do like Kenny Vs Spenny) :). Im getting off now, dial-up goes really slow when downlaoding songs and being on a website, but I'll prouble be on tomorrow. Good luck with Parasite (I'm sure there's others that are worse than me, such as the guy below mine.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Harlot666 (talk • contribs) 01:53, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

- Anywho, anyone can revert vandalism and warn vandals the way I did. Just follow the instructions on WP:UTM. Once you learn the guidelines, a good tool to automate the process is Twinkle. Just be sure you understand what you are doin before you try it. And, as always, if you have any questions, or need help, feel free to ask. J.delanoygabsadds 00:51, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
- Hmmm, I've added references to various articles to prove that something exists (is true). I do not, however, have any idea how you add a citation to prove that something is not true..... Either way, it would be awesome to go through articles proving that stuff doesn't exist (Imagine: On London, you are forced to add a reference to prove that no tsunami has destroyed the city :P) J.delanoygabsadds 01:10, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah. If it gets really bad even after I added that HTML comment, I'll add the ref as well. Some people have very thick skulls. *sigh* J.delanoygabsadds 01:23, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, I'll agree that being that dumb naturally is difficult. On a lighter note, some things people, particularly admins, do on Wikipedia are quite amusing. Read WP:STOCKS. It's so funny! I was literally laughing out loud, especially about Animum. (If he reads this, sorry. It's just... blocking ClueBot for vandalism?) J.delanoygabsadds 01:34, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Crap, I'm not really sure what to do here. I guess I'll amend the HTML warning and say that anyone who adds the info without a source will receive ONE warning before being reported to AIV. Semi-protecting the page really wouldn't help much because many of the people involved are already autoconfirmed. I really don't think I can do much else. Sorry. [edit]Just block me, i cna make a new account very easily. By the way, at least be consistent, you change the B-sides on the album page, but not the discography. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Disturbed92893 (talk • contribs) 01:51, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
- Okay. But I just don't get why you don't understand that "Parasite" is a b-side to "Inside the Fire", because it is on the single. That makes it an 'Indestructible' b-side. Thats what a b-side is. But i won't add is if it means so much to you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Disturbed92893 (talk • contribs) 02:01, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Prince of Persia: Prodigy
[edit]Didn't get you... shouldn't we add the reference to official website ?
– Deb ‖ Poke • EditList ‖ 20:45, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, this website belongs to ubisoft, name clearly suggests the relation with game prince of persia, with suffix conforming the name, this domain was bought some days ago, when ubisoft announced the name of the game. And if you wanna see something useful, giv some time to this website, & eventually, people should kno about the official community, arn't they ?
- And, why I am feeling like, what ever you do in Wikipedia, people must rub & rag it, even though they dont know abt it well.
- Sorry for being a bit rude, I didn't meant to... but i think theres no point for that you removed the external link. please do reply.
- – Deb ‖ Poke • EditList ‖ 20:54, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, Wikipedia's formatting manual doesn't have any of this kind of restriction I see. And eventually, Referencing to OFFICIAL site is itself a SOLID thing. The Site can be updated & enhanced sooner. I didn't get your "(I will myself)" thingy. And as of the OFFICIALISM of this site, you can search google or what ever for that for a conformation, its not a big deal. I suppose all POP fans are quite aware about this already, so it would be a lack, not to add it there.
- – Deb ‖ Poke • EditList ‖ 21:13, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, it seems you are caring about the page as of your own, let it be. I am out of such an (pointless) adamant... Don't set up more rules dude, wiki is already over occupied with that.

[edit]I WAS thinking you to report vandal. I AM not now. Your previous edits made me think so & don't mind, I always tried to make things easier, I made you friend to soothe your ego.
I needn't ever to report anyone Vandal ever before, everyone calmed down. And If I ever report any one Vandal, know that, its an extreme case. I don't back stab, & try not to.
You should be careful about your edit-wars. I hope you know the rule. You are quite an active member, no doubt on that.

Indestructible as a single
[edit]Yea, sorry dude, some guy had a reference of chart positions on here. So it should be valid. I think it's on the discography page. Disturbed92893 (talk) 04:11, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
- But why is it listed within the songs, Perfect Insanity, and Inside the fire? And it shows charts used for songs, not albums. Just because disturbed didn't annouce it doesn't mean it's not a single. I do not recall them annoucing Perfect Insanity as a a single, only a download. [User:Disturbed92893|Disturbed92893]] (talk • contribs) 04:16, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
- The charts are shown if you click the link showinf Indestructible charting as a single. There is no source verifying that the other memebrs did not work on Forsaken. I will not change it back because i do not feel liek getting banned as I like to imform people abotu Disturbed. If you wish to do the exact opposite, that is fine by me. Good day. Disturbed92893 (talk) 04:25, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Ok then
[edit]I don't notice the music being exactly the same but if you think so then whatever. But if we want to be so picky about this stuff then let's get a source for EVERYTHING? How do we know that Loading the Weapon was written during the Believe era? It wasn't recorded. Why not take that off? How do we knoe that Midlife Crisis was recorded as a demo and we aren't listening to the version tracked for Indestructible? Sounds pretty clean to me. But like I said I do not care anymore if you post incorrect infromation. You are goign against a verifiably source but deleting Indestructible. Disturbed92893 (talk) 04:37, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, just to let you know that we don't usually add the fiscal year link to video game release dates, and I've started a discussion on the talk page of the article, so please look at that before making the changes. "so to speak"
[edit]Hello there. Sorry, for some reason I thought it said "of sorts". It doesn't really matter if it was in the interview anyway, it's not necessary to repeat it word for word - "so to speak" is a term used (obviously) in speech and conversational english, it's not appropriate for written english. Hence, I'm going to change it back. Shout back (but please don't revert again) if you disagree. Thanks! Fin©™ 21:47, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
- Actually "I" wrote these "Wander, Vagabond" thingy firstly... & there no confusion about English can arise, as of it was done purposely as of the same tone of Ubisoft's interview. But I cant remind, I had put down the "of sort..." or "So to speak" kinda words. It might be edited by someone else, who felt to edit Wiki so madly & without possibly having any topic to work on, tried to over-polish the sentence... Most Probably. – Deb ‖ Poke • EditList ‖ 23:37, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
Re: post on my talk page
[edit]I am pretty sure that the notability of a source is more important than how professional it is. You should probably look at WP:RELIABLE for the appropriate policy. Hope that helps. If not, feel free to ask again. Cheers! J.delanoygabsadds 22:49, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

Brian Head Welch
[edit]Lol okay, well how was I to know you had an audio interview where Brian mentions something that contradicts an imprint he's been using since the album was completed? I've added mention of the name change to the articles for both the man and the band, but you should probably upload a snippet of this mention, in .ogg format or something, unless there's a text version to source, because people who haven't heard this interview, but have been following the solo project for years, like myself, might be a little confused. Especially since both produced works Welch has produced by this project continue carry the "Head" imprint (another point I made mention of in the articles). Vixen Windstorm (talk) 20:55, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
Disturbed The Night
[edit]I dont have any 'references' for it being the next single, but honestly its so damn obvious... Look at the Indestructible Trailer --> it has Inside the Fire, Perfect Insanity and Indestructible, ALL THREE WHICH ARE SINGLES. It also has The Night, so it shows that is 99% that it will be the next single. I got confirmation from a friend who works at Reprise, The Night is a new single, and it will have the new Midlife Crisis on it as well. It will come out a few weeks/months after Inside the Fire starts droppoing down the billboard rankings. Maybe you should reconsider 'deleting it' but you are right, i have no sources online, but again damn obvous, and im sure some people need 2 know about it.
Thanks, Insidethefire (talk) 11:25, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

- Oh ok, it doesnt really matter it comes out tomorrow so there's bound to be a article about it soon. The songs are pretty good I havent got them all yet but I'm only missing a few. It's better than Vol. 3, but the album seems more like Stone Sour than Slipknot. Disturbedfan24 (talk) 02:29, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
- I think its good overall, but could have been better, and the world was deffiently ready for it lol. Indestructible proved to be better and now all that's left is Shogun and Death Magnetic, Im just assuming you like Metallica and Trivium. Disturbedfan24 (talk) 02:35, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
- Brian Head Welch sounds good, I'll prouble get a few songs off LimeWire. Yeah same for me, I'm not to big a Trivium fan but Shogun looks awesome and Death Magnetic will be, or at least hopefully. It's going to at least be better than that horrible St. Anger. Nothing else is coming out for me in September, or really any time soon, but Killswitch Engage may have a new one next year and a band called Port Amoral has a EP out soon. Heh
[edit]Lol, incredible. I'd be interested if I actually used eBay. I have everything he's done solo since the dozen 2005 demo leaks. It's difficult for me to obtains singles where I live, but come September I'll get my hands on the album. As well, I've been thinking about becoming a member of the Head Dogs Crew. His solo career looks very promising. Vixen Windstorm (talk) 06:26, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
- I could probably order them online, I guess I've done it before for other things. As for the demos I have, sorry I miscounted; more like just took a while guess. I have everything you listed, in addition to Head's live performance of "A Letter to Dimebag" at the Valley Bible Fellowship in Bakersfield in 2005. The live version is better than the studio demo in my opinion. The 2005 It's Time to See Religion Die recordings are so much different from the sound of the final Save Me from Myself. Everything before was sort of Christian industrial, and from the several excerpts of the final album, it pretty much ended up alternative metal. The guitarwork on "Flush" sounds right at home with what Head contributed to Korn. Vixen Windstorm (talk) 06:55, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
- I uploaded the live performance of "A Letter to Dimebag" at My Free File Hosting; you should be able to get it here. I agree about "Money," it's sounds like the best of the album samples. The others are good too, with probably my least favorite being "Re-Bel." Though I do wish that "Kry" would have survived 2005. A complete version of "Confused" would have been sick too. I'm not Christian or anything but I completely understand his music, regardless. I also appreciate that while Christian, Head still recognizes much of the hypocrisy the religion generates (essentially his statement that "all that prideful, controlling religious crap is what drives young people away from churches, and it has to go.") It doesn't persuade me to become Christian, but regardless his perspective is something that I greatly respect him for. Vixen Windstorm (talk) 07:39, 24 August 2008 (UTC)

Cut-and-paste moves
[edit]Hi Dude527, please do not move pages by cutting and pasting the contents from one page to another as you recently did with Untitled Korn album/Untitled (Korn album). Cut-and-paste moves are very undesirable because they split the article's history, which is needed for attribution and is helpful in many other ways. The mechanism we use for renaming an article is to move it to a new name which both preserves the page's history and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. In most cases, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. If there is an article that you cannot move yourself by this process, follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves to request the move by another. Also, if there are any other articles that you copied and pasted, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen so that they can be fixed. Thank you, mattbr 18:04, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on My Apocalypse. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Libs 22:02, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
- Can you show me where TheSickBehemoth actually vandalised something??? A disagreement over content is NOT vandalism. Read WP:VAN. If there is a 3RR vio then a warning can be issued for that. I read your last warning on that user's talkpage. Perhaps you should read Template:Uw-tempabuse. Because that is what you just did. Issuing a false warning is most certainly a blockable offence. On top of the 214 block you will get for your 3RR violation... it could mean a lengthy vacation from Wikipedia.
- 99.9% of genre fields in music related article do not have any citations. In fact... citations in music related infoboxes is frowned upon unless there is a dispute over content. Referenced material goes in the article... NOT the box. Why is this such a heated debate for you that you would go and get yourself blocked over it??? Libs 22:31, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
Your hidden text message violates the entire foundation of Wikipedia. It is the encyclopedia anyone can edit. Anyone. It wasn't like there was a dispute over someone adding bluegrass or jazz to the infobox??? Are you sure you understand what these Wikipedia policies are actually saying??? Wikipedia is built on WP:CON just as much as WP:V. And you... 1 person.... have reverted many. Many vs. one??? Do you see a lean away from WP:CON and toward WP:OWN anywhere there??? Again... I have to wonder. If it was a song that wasn't released... it would be a vio of WP:CRYSTAL. But it's a song that a million people have downloaded in a single day. We've heard it. There is no crystal ball anymore. Getting blocked over something this simple is baffling... I really can't put it any simpler. Baffling???? Libs 22:46, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Liberate / Perfect Insanity
[edit]I don't want to engage in a wikiwar with you. But the edit's I've made in those songs are legit and I believe are valid. I used to be one of the moderators on the official Disturbed message board when it was around. I've met the guys and I'm great friends with Mike's brother Bryan. I think I know a thing or two about the band.
One of the frequently asked questions is in regards to where the Bible verse in Liberate comes from. It's valid to have that answered in a wikipedia article. I did the research, and it's all correct.
As far as my additions to Perfect Insanity, Bryan has personally confirmed with me that he was in the film clip briefly. For privacy reasons I will not give you any details for him for you to confirm this.
I'm not trying to one-up you or anything, but I know the facts from the band themselves. You can't get any more accurate than that. Therufus (talk • contribs) 04:15, 29 August 2008 (UTC)

A Cheap Name
[edit]Wow, this is sick, thanks a lot. My anticipation in this album has pretty much skyrocketed. It's of pretty high quality, complete with an interlude at the end, but to my knowledge the album hasn't leaked. How did you pick this up? The ID tags are no less confusing, saying it was ripped from a CD on August 1, 2008. You've stumped me, lol. Vixen Windstorm (talk) 23:34, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
