Please do not use Wikipedia to promote businesses. Wikipedia is not the Yellow pages. If you want to list a company for potential customers to find, please consider alternative outlets. Thank you. Hell in a Bucket (talk) 16:11, 24 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hell in a Bucket: The Wikipedia article you're referring to (Doppler Studios) presents facts, not promotional material; there is no contact information for the studio in that article, no call for the reader/viewer to take action, no pricing info, no special offers or loaded "opinionated" words...nothing but facts. You don't seem to understand how large recording studios operate, if you think there would be any benefit at all in trying to solicit business for one from Wikipedia readers; perhaps you could find someone who is familiar with this particular topic/industry and confer with them about what is relevant for a Wikipedia article about a large recording studio? You initially claimed that listing names of some of the artists that had recorded there wasn't necessary, and that info was irrelevant...but now you've posted on the article talk page that you removed some of the listed artists simply because the source/reference wasn't up to snuff (even though you also deleted several artists that had citations that were perfectly acceptable for Wikipedia). Regardless, though, if you can support your claim by pointing out what you find to be promotional or indicative of a conflict of interest, that would be helpful (since your opinion appears to be counter to what others, including the editor that greenlit the article in the first place, appear to think). In the meantime I've reposted some artists that have recorded at Doppler, with new references. Drgonzo 1972 (talk) 18:15, 24 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Doppler Studios shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
Removing maintenance tags is disruptive when you are the source of them being added. Another established editor will remove when the article issues are fixed. Hell in a Bucket (talk) 18:40, 24 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
