Aloysius Stepinac - Dispute Resolution closed?
I just got back from travel and found that the dispute resolution was closed because one of the editors has withdrawn. Did Peacekeeper67 withdraw? I certainly did not. What happened? Thanks, Erosonog (talk) 23:17, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Erosonog, Peacemaker67 did indeed withdraw from the DRN discussion on the grounds of deferment by using Request for Comment (should/will be placed on talk page) and Reliable Sources Noticeboard (placed on noticeboard). Since DRN requires at least two editors involved in the dispute who disagree with each other, if that requirement is not met them the DRN case is closed. Cheers, Drcrazy102 (talk) 07:13, 6 November 2015 (UTC)

Bijeljina massacre
Hi. Thanks for your recent contributions to Bijeljina massacre. I noticed in your copy edit you switched "Serb" to "Serbian" in some places and just wanted to remind you that "Serbian" should only be used in case a piece of text is referring to individuals hailing from Serbia (regardless of ethnicity, though most are Serbs). If it is discussing Serbs from outside Serbia, only the term Serb applies. Thus, when the article talks about SDS members, the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska, Bijeljina's residents, etc. then the term Serb should be used. Serb and Serbian are not interchangeable, just as Croat and Croatian mean two different things (one is an ethnic signifier and the other is a national one). Thanks for your understanding. Best wishes, 23 editor (talk) 15:40, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

Help needed at DRN
You are receiving this message because you are signed up as a volunteer at the Dispute Resolution Noticeboard. We have a number of pending requests which need a volunteer to address them. Unless you are an inexperienced volunteer who is currently just watching DRN to learn our processes, please take a case. If you do not see yourself taking cases in the foreseeable future, please remove yourself from the volunteer list so that we can have a better idea of the size of our pool of volunteers; if you do see yourself taking cases, please watchlist the DRN page and keep an eye out to see if there are cases which are ready for a volunteer. We have recently had to refuse a number of cases because they were listed for days with no volunteer willing to take them, despite there being almost 150 volunteers listed on the volunteer page.
