Proposed deletion of Hana Zagorová discography
I have removed the prod tag you placed on Hana Zagorová discography, as it was previously discussed and kept at AfD and per policy is permanently ineligible for prod. I only did this to comply with policy, and I have no opinion one way or the other on the merits of deletion. If you still wish to pursue deletion, feel free to open another AfD. —KuyaBriBriTalk 14:38, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

- FAC can be difficult (although I have yet to nominate an article, I've participated in several reviews). Chinese Indonesians failed due to image concerns, and the editor who expanded it has not been very active recently, possibly disenheartened. The ACD looks like a shoo-in though. Good job! John Stewart (tenor)
Hi Chris, you notified me (nominator) about John Stewart (tenor), please try the author first and be patient, he kind of retired. If nothing happens within a week I will look myself, but am both busy and traveling. Busy with Siegfried Strohbach (among others): it occured to me that a concert coming up on 2 December (not yet in the article) would make a good DYK, - now I wonder if you think that might appear the very day or rather afterwards? - Will take care of BWV 98 later today, probably changing the wording of the hook because the term chorale cantata was questioned as not precisely defined, - it's already changed to more precise in the article. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:25, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
- Alright, I've contacted him/her as well. Good luck with the new articles; I won't be doing much content creation this month. Crisco 1492 (talk) 09:33, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks! No answer yet to the question if the mentioning of a life concert of sacred music in Germany on the day of the performance might be considered "promotional". (I never had to ask the same question (well, not sacred but "macabre") regarding a recent concert because it was reviewed only after the event. But I plan to nominate Strohbach today.) Happy traveling! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:09, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
- The promotional aspect would depend on the hook. If it is a neutral hook, it should be fine. Happy editing! Crisco 1492 (talk) 11:37, 11 November 2011 (UTC)

Hi Crisco 1492. User:Centpacrr has contested the deletions of a few images on talk page. As the editor who nominated a few of those files for deletion, your input would be appreciated. Thanks, FASTILY (TALK) 23:01, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
- None of these files had been "nominated for deletion", only questioned as being "non-free" for which I provided extensive documentation to support that each was "free" on the day these PUF's were opened and, at the time they were deleted, none of those discussions had even been closed. It is also my understanding that PUF discussions are only for the purpose of determining whether on not an image file should be licensed as "non-free" as opposed to "free", but they are not discussions as to their eligibility for use under WP:NFCC which is a completely different issue. For that reason alone they should be restored as none of them have ever been "nominated for deletion" in the first place and thus unilaterally deleting any of them without ever seeking the consensus of the community to do so is contrary to WP policy. Hi, well done on the Soepomo article, nicely closing a key gap in the coverage of Indonesia. I see you've been going round linking him in every article his name appears. I found myself following one step behind you - I think you've got them all now! Regards Davidelit (Talk) 11:11, 30 November 2011 (UTC)

One Of Our Thursdays Is Missing DYK
I might have sounded harsh on the DYK, but I didn't mean to. I just don't think that something can be promotional if it was never meant to be promotional. I also do not know how or if those primary sources even break the DYK rules. SL93 (talk) 13:31, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
