Mirrors
[edit] Thanks for contributing to the article United Left (Peru) . However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Your edit to Puerto Rico Education Council has been removed in whole or in part, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, and persistent violators of our copyright policy will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information. - Copyright violations were removed at Afonso Pena International Airport as well.Sam Kuru (talk) 12:33, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
I'm sorry to pile on, but please also ensure that sources you're adding are actually applicable. At War elephant most of your references are either mirrors, or do not mention the actual material that you're trying to source at all. Please do not do that - citations must be WP:RS, and it goes without saying that they must actually support the claim you're adding them to. The same thing occurred at Reassignment center; your added a pdf to someone's stats homework and it does not appear to have anything to do with the claims in the article. Speedy deletion nomination of Luxembourgers in the Wehrmacht
[edit]Hello Cohstin,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Luxembourgers in the Wehrmacht for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of List of PlayStation VR Aim Controller games
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on List of PlayStation VR Aim Controller games requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. 2A01:4C8:63:D401:7CC8:5AD:1CA6:E72B (talk) 21:14, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
Battle of Chaegunghyon moved to draftspace
[edit] An article you recently created, Battle of Chaegunghyon, is not suitable as written to remain published. An article needs more information and citations from reliable, independent sources to remain in the mainspace. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline, has suitable content and thus is ready for mainspace, click the Submit the draft for review! button atop the article. [edit]Hello, I'm WikiHannibal. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Ministry of Transport and Communications (Myanmar), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. WikiHannibal (talk) 22:27, 15 February 2023 (UTC)

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Alfa Planetarium, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. WikiHannibal (talk) 12:59, 19 February 2023 (UTC)
Linking
[edit]Hallo, Thank you for trying to improve the encyclopedia by tackling an underlinked article, but I have reverted your edit to Furla because it did more harm than good.
Firstly, some of the links were to completely wrong articles: you linked "leather bags" to Leatherbag, a rock group; you linked "contemporary" to Contemporary Culture Index, one specific publication. You linked "fragrance" to Aroma compounds: Perfume would have been a better target.
Then, you linked a lot of common geographical terms like countries, and common English words like "consumer" and "airport". Please read WP:OVERLINK.
And you linked repeatedly to Furla, which is the title of the article itself - pointless: where did you expect the link to go to? You also linked several other links repeatedly: once per section is the most which is allowed, and sometimes even that is too many links.
As a minor point, in a lot of places you piped a link unnecessarily because you could have used a neat feature of Wikipedia: instead of "<nowki>consumers</nowiki>" you can just type "[[consumer]]s".
Please take the time to read up about linking policies, and always take care that the target article is really the one you intend. Thanks. PamD 21:54, 27 February 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Eudalaca leucocyma, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 01:46, 2 March 2023 (UTC)
Please don't copy material from elsewhere online
[edit]Hello. I am Diannaa and I am a Wikipedia administrator. Prose you find online is almost always copyright, and cannot be copied here; it's against the copyright policy of this website to do so. All prose must be written in your own words. The Wikipedia copyright policy and its application are complex matters, and you should not edit any more until you have taken the time to read and understand our copyright policy. There's a simplified version of our copyright rules at Wikipedia:FAQ/Copyright. — Diannaa (talk) 11:54, 4 March 2023 (UTC)
