Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of A Certain Magical Index characters, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Psychometry. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

A Certain Magical Index GA push?

To be honest, turning A Certain Magical Index into a WP:GA has been something I have wanted to do for awhile. Since you appear to also be a fan, want to work together? The following need to be done to bring it to the standard:

  • Add information on development
  • Some of the statements in Media need to be expanded on or sourced better
  • Article needs critical reception
  • The lead could also use a bit of an expansion Link20XX (talk) 15:35, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

Absolutely! I saw the page after I watched/read the series and it seems they are missing/not updated for a long time. Centcom08 (talk) 15:37, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

Great! It would probably be most efficient to split up the work, so do you want to write creation or critical reception? For what it is worth, I currently own the first three volumes of the Yen Press release. Link20XX (talk) 16:20, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

What will be the difference between "Creation" or "Critical Reception" in terms of the content needed for either of the two? Centcom08 (talk) 17:42, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

Critical reception will require reliable reviews of both the light novel and anime at least. Some good sources can be found at WP:A&M/ORS. The creation section will require access to at least the first book, since Kamachi wrote about creation in the "afterward" part at the very end. Some stuff may also be available online, like if Kamachi was interviewed. The article in Japanese (ja:とある魔術の禁書目録) also has some stuff that could be used for this. Link20XX (talk) 17:53, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

I think I can handle the "Creation" since I have all the volumes from the first to the current (Genesis Testament). Centcom08 (talk) 18:20, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

Fine by me, I guess that means I will work on getting critical reception. Also, in addition to the sources used in the Japanese Wikipedia, these (1, 2) may also be of some use. Link20XX (talk) 19:15, 10 June 2021 (UTC)

Hello! When you relocated the "Background" section, there is an unwanted space between it and the "Media" section. I can't seem to remove it. Help me out. Thank you. Centcom08 (talk) 10:03, 11 June 2021 (UTC)

Progress update

Alright, I looked over the article again, and it seems to be much better, but some work still needs to be done. I would say Background needs to be expanded a bit more and emphasized more on what Kamachi has stated. I also think the media section needs a bit of cleanup and expansion. Link20XX (talk) 03:56, 13 June 2021 (UTC)

Currently working on it. I am editing the video games section as we speak (currently reading about the pachinko for the series). Centcom08 (talk) 03:58, 13 June 2021 (UTC)

I think I will start working on expanding the background section a bit. Link20XX (talk) 05:00, 13 June 2021 (UTC)

Update 2

Alright, we are almost ready. Just need to source the following statements in Media:

  • The first and fifth limited edition releases were bundled with the first two bonus short anime parody titled A Certain Magical Index-tan, which depicted Index in her chibi form
  • with episodes 3 and 4 of Index-tan included in the first and fifth limited edition releases.
  • with a total of three tankōbon volumes.
  • The opening theme for the A Certain Magical Index PSP game is "Answer" by Kurosaki, the B-side song included on her single "Magic∞World".

That should be it. Link20XX (talk) 23:40, 13 June 2021 (UTC)

Sure! I am still expanding the Video games and will proceed with the Music and Other media. Centcom08 (talk) 00:31, 14 June 2021 (UTC)

Honestly if video games section gets too much longer, it may be a good idea to split it into something like List of A Certain Magical Index video games. Link20XX (talk) 01:35, 14 June 2021 (UTC)

I can create a new page for that. I'll summarize the Video games section and will do that after we're done with the article. Centcom08 (talk) 04:16, 14 June 2021 (UTC)

A similar article exits for the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series (List of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure video games). You could use this as a model if you want. A similar article also exists in Japanese (ja:とある魔術の禁書目録のゲーム), though it looks like a poor article. Link20XX (talk) 04:32, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
Alright you should probably slow down a bit on the additions. Too many editions can make the article needlessly long. Link20XX (talk) 13:06, 14 June 2021 (UTC)

No worries! I just need to expand the audio drama a little bit and I will be done with the research for the article (will do some cleanups afterward) Centcom08 (talk) 13:46, 14 June 2021 (UTC)

Alright, I'm done with adding information. It is all about scrubbing the article then we are good to go ;) Centcom08 (talk) 04:15, 15 June 2021 (UTC)

You ready? If you are, I will go ahead and nominate it. Link20XX (talk) 16:07, 15 June 2021 (UTC)

Sure! Thank you for all the effort and for working with me :D Centcom08 (talk) 16:09, 15 June 2021 (UTC)

Tomohiko Ito's Hello World second anniversary major update!

In commemoration of the second anniversary of Tomohiko Ito's Hello World, as one of major updates this year. Thanks, Centcom08! Happy Anniversary!

Hey Centcom08, this film was selected in competition and screened virtually at the 2020 Annecy International Animation Film Festival its fictiously weirdo, rather than the real one doesn't appeared in this festival, sorry about this deletion! If DisneyPixar's Onward was selected in competition and screened virtually for the same time as ficitiously!

I see. I deleted it as I can't find the source and the film is not existing on the festival's official website. By the way, thank you for helping me in expanding the article. Centcom08 (talk) 14:07, 15 September 2021 (UTC)

Source(s) for Volume World Heroes Manga

The source is that I received one when I went to see it yesterday (Saturday) at the AMC Movie Theaters, a video I did for it on YouTube and other videos on YouTube about it, and the fact that people are selling them on eBay marked/titled as English, US, etc. CarverSindile (talk) 06:30, 31 October 2021 (UTC)

Thank you for the heads up. If that is the case then a reliable news site should report about this and can be added to the article. Try to find it as I will do the same (UPDATE: Readded your information with a reliable source). Centcom08 (talk) 07:03, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
Ok. You're welcome. Edit: Am I not a reliable source? CarverSindile (talk) 07:26, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
To answer your question, its a no. Kindly read Wikipedia:Verifiability for details on what considered as reliable source. Centcom08 (talk) 07:54, 31 October 2021 (UTC)
And just to say this as a statement of info, I wouldn't have put that there on the page if it wasn't 100 percent true. CarverSindile (talk) 22:31, 31 October 2021 (UTC)

November 2021

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Hawkeye (2021 TV series). This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. -- /Alex/21 02:15, 23 November 2021 (UTC)

Well, it seems my edit is correct (in hiding the episodes that are not yet showing) as it is supported by the Marvel Cinematic Universe task force. But I understand your reasoning for giving me this warning so I will keep this in my mind. Have a good day. Centcom08 (talk) 00:21, 25 November 2021 (UTC)

Ouch! You've used a template to send a message to an experienced editor. Please review the essay Wikipedia:Don't template the regulars or maybe listen to a little advice. Hi, I saw that you undid my edit on the article Violet Evergarden: Echo Through Eternity providing that Disc 2 and Disc 3 are not needed as the article only discusses about the film? I'm sorry but I don't think so you can just like cut parts of Soundtrack or albums like that as the 3 discs were released together. Could you please explain to me? HimuTheEditor (talk) 15:47, 6 January 2022 (UTC)

I am expecting you to get my attention. Violet Evergarden: Echo Through Eternity is a soundtrack album that compiles the soundtrack from Violet Evergarden TV series, Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll, and Violet Evergarden: The Movie. Disc 1 is dedicated to the latter article, while Disc 2 is dedicated to Eternity and Auto Memory Doll. Disc 3 is for the soundtracks used in the TV series. It seems you are not really a fan of Violet Evergarden. Centcom08 (talk) 15:50, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
Ohh, I see. Although, I did read the Disc titles. And about Disc 3, it's not of TV Series soundtrack. For Violet Evergarden's TV Soundtrack the dedicated article is VIOLET EVERGARDEN: Automemories. Anyway, I do understand your point. And about last line, well my edits may not tell but I really loved the series in fact I recently finished watching it. Who's your favorite character from the series if you watch it? HimuTheEditor (talk) 15:59, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
You know what, I suggest you create a Wikipedia article about Violet Evergarden: Echo Through Eternity instead. Once created, remove the track listings from the Music sections of Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll and Violet Evergarden: The Movie, and add Template:Main template. I am currently busy creating another article so I appreciate it if you can do this. (NOTE: Character in the franchise who really touched my heart is Anne Magnolia) Centcom08 (talk) 16:05, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
Alright, I'll see my duty fulfilled and start creating the article this very moment and will do my best in contributing to Wikipedia and making it a better place. I'll try my best to add trusted sources as references and will let you know once created so that you can help refine it. (NOTE: Oh, I remember her, her mother wrote her letters :""), I could somewhat hold back tears throughout the show but I couldn't when I reached Episode 7. You've a good taste in anime fellow Violet Evergarden viewer.) Anyway, good day! :) HimuTheEditor (talk) 16:16, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
Good day as well! Will look forward to your work. Centcom08 (talk) 16:20, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
Heyy, I just created the article and as Wikipedia tried to write in my own words, it's not much and I don't know if it'd get published as I have just cited one source yet. Here Draft:Violet Evergarden: Echo Through Eternity (soundtrack). HimuTheEditor (talk) 16:48, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
I am going to take a look at it soon. For now, read some of the interviews from Evan Call to get some sources behind his album creation. Centcom08 (talk) 06:56, 7 January 2022 (UTC)

Replying about Spiderman No Way Home

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I’m still a bit confused and was hoping you could help. My confusion primarily stems from the difference in formatting and detail for this page vs other MCU film pages. All of those that I checked specifically mentioned when there was a mid or post credits scene and what said scene was in the Plot section. In the case of Spiderman No Way Home, while the mid credits scene is mentioned, there is no information calling it out as a mid-credit scene. As such, I missed it completely on my initial read through, thus my edit. I see now that my edit was in error but remain confused as to why it is not marked as mid credit. Thanks! CoS CallerofStorms (talk) 22:49, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

There was a discussion about how the mid-credit scene writing is handled like what it is now (see the discussion here). You can check how Avengers: Infinity War wrote the post-credits scene to the final scene of Thanos snapping. The way the plot of No Way Home is written is based on WP:FILMPLOT. Kindly start a discussion (again) of how the mid-credit scene is written on the article's talk page if you feel you don't disagree with what had been discussed by editors on the linked discussion. Centcom08 (talk) 01:34, 8 March 2022 (UTC)

Thanks for the link. Sounds like it’s an larger ongoing issue. Sorry about that. In that case, you may want to add info on the editing page to that effect in case someone else like me jumps in. Sorry again and thanks for your time! CoS CallerofStorms (talk) 04:35, 15 March 2022 (UTC)

Thank You Again

Hi Centcom08, I wanted to thank you very much for the thank you notifications you send me every time I update the chapter pages of the Index and Railgun manga. Thanks again, you are a very nice user. I wish you a good continuation and a good job. --Pazio Paz (talk) 21:35, 31 March 2022 (UTC)

@Pazio Paz, You are welcome! You deserve all my thanks 😊 By the way, I am planning to rename List of A Certain Magical Index chapters into List of A Certain Magical Index manga because I will be listing the manga chapters of its spin-offs: A Certain Scientific Dark Matter and A Certain Scientific Mental Out (Dark Matter has only one volume so it's not WP:N). What do you think? Centcom08 (talk) 22:50, 1 April 2022 (UTC)
It seems a great idea to me, I am in favor of moving the page so that the various spin-off manga can also be present. --Pazio Paz (talk) 22:53, 1 April 2022 (UTC)
@Pazio Paz, good to hear. It is like List of A Certain Magical Index light novels that has the spin-off light novels also listed. Alright, I'll update the page later. See you! Centcom08 (talk) 22:56, 1 April 2022 (UTC)
See you, it's always a pleasure to write to you! --Pazio Paz (talk) 23:03, 1 April 2022 (UTC)

RE: Overlinking.

In response to the warning(I guess?) that you left on my talk page.

Well first, the contribution you're referring to (the one that re-added the singer tag) was a manual revert - and so I don't think I should be at fault for adding it, it was already in the page.
And second: that link is part of the page's main infobox, right next to the also linked Voice actress and the only time in the page where it was a link. In my opinion the infobox is probably the ONLY appropriate place for an obvious term like singer to be an interlink like that.

So honestly, I just wanted you to elaborate a little on that (and tell me if it's a warning or just a friendly informative). Thank you for your time. 2804:F14:C060:8A01:49F8:DD91:13DA:F750 (talk) 13:06, 7 April 2022 (UTC)

Future Advise

Hey Centcom! Appreciate your contributions on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Seeing as you're editing from a Mobile device (like me, which is ironic) and using two edits to add info and add a reference, I decided to advise on a nice trick that I learned about last month. You can go to any diff, and next to the page name, click "(edit)". It'll show you the entire source code for the page, so you can both add the content and the reference in the same edit! Hope this helps! — SirDot (talk) 04:47, 26 April 2022 (UTC)

@SirDot Thank you for reaching out. That is helpful but I have had trouble following the steps (both tried it on the Wikipedia app and my Brave browser). Centcom08 (talk) 04:55, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
