Summaries
Hey Centcom8, can you c/e my I Am Groot summaries? I added like a sentence or two and they're not that good. — SirDot (talk) 10:35, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
- @SirDot No worries. Almost done. Centcom08 (talk) 10:36, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
IG Port Revert
Hi, I see you replaced the wikilink I removed from a reference in IG Port. I don't think it's MOS compliant to call Wikipedia the publisher of a link located elsewhere. Maybe the right publisher is just plain IG Port, if that's their official name, or maybe it's IG Port Corp., Inc, LLC, etc? Kaylea Champion (talk) 16:17, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Khascall What Manual of Style are you referring to? Centcom08 (talk) 19:54, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
- It doesn't seem like this is one of the exceptions in MOS:SELFREF -- instead it seems like we should WP:SAYWHEREYOUGOTIT? Which is surely not the Wikipedia article -- the url makes that evident. Kaylea Champion (talk) 05:08, 23 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Khascall I see. We can agree to unlink the IG Port in the citation while keeping the "publisher" parameter instead of removing them. Centcom08 (talk) 05:15, 23 August 2022 (UTC)
- Sounds good! Kaylea Champion (talk) 05:17, 23 August 2022 (UTC)

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message
Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}
to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:44, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
The article said, "she may be playing a witch".[1] I see no point in adding rumors in an encyclopedia article, especially when her role will be revealed in a few months. So, why not wait until there's official information of her role? But if you want to include rumors in articles you heavily contribute to, then by all means. I'm not going to edit war over it. Good luck. Mike Allen 21:27, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
- @MikeAllen Kindly raise it on Draft:Agatha: Coven of Chaos instead on my talk page. Thank you. Centcom08 (talk) 21:30, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

Synchron Stage Vienna
I know you undid the previous revision regarding the score of She-Hulk but I re-added it as Synchron Stage's MCU involvement is in the Ms. Marvel article. In short I'd say we keep it, but maybe look for a better source if we can. -- Zoo (talk) 19:03, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
- @ZooBlazer I see. Well, part of me also wanted to restore the reverted edit that I did (and rephrased the edit instead) so thank you for doing it on my behalf. Centcom08 (talk) 00:20, 8 February 2023 (UTC)

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 release date
Hi. May I ask you why you removed the release dates of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in China and Japan in this edit? Template:Infobox_film#Release_dates says that "the film's earliest release" can be added to the infobox, which means that the countries where this film was released on 3 May, the earliest "public release" date, can be mentioned in the infobox. Furthermore, it seems that the sentences you removed from the "Release" section were properly referenced. --saebou (talk) 09:35, 3 May 2023 (UTC)
- @さえぼー: Kindly see the talk page of the article for discussion. I started one there. Centcom08 (talk) 10:12, 3 May 2023 (UTC)
Not vandalism of List of animated feature films of 2021
I fixed double links, put foreign titles in English and removed redlinks. Hope you understand. 70.24.31.104 (talk) 16:47, 17 May 2023 (UTC)
- @70.24.31.104 Your changing of the link Girls und Panzer das Finale: Part 3 into an incorrect title ("Girls and Tanks the Finale: Part 3") is already a sign of vandalizing. Centcom08 (talk) 16:51, 17 May 2023 (UTC)
Autopatrolled granted
Hi Centcom08, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the autopatrolled user right to your account. This means that pages you create will automatically be marked as 'reviewed', and no longer appear in the new pages feed. Autopatrolled is assigned to prolific creators of articles, where those articles do not require further review, and may have been requested on your behalf by someone else. It doesn't affect how you edit; it is used only to manage the workload of new page patrollers.
Since the articles you create will no longer be systematically reviewed by other editors, it is important that you maintain the high standard you have achieved so far in all your future creations. Please also try to remember to add relevant WikiProject templates, stub tags, categories, and incoming links to them, if you aren't already in the habit; user scripts such as Rater and StubSorter can help with this. As you have already shown that you have a strong grasp of Wikipedia's core content policies, you might also consider volunteering to become a new page patroller yourself, helping to uphold the project's standards and encourage other good faith article writers.
Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Schwede66 03:36, 18 June 2023 (UTC)
Critical Response
Much of the language leans positive, even while audience reception of the film / tv show would have been considered negative.
The Rotten Tomatoes score typically refers to both the critics (Tomatometer) and the audience scores. They can often wildly differ. Presenting only the critics score, or only the audience score, would only offer half the picture. I would suggest an amendment to the formatting then, if there needs to be a consistent opening line in relation to the rotten tomatoes score. Yokobaits (talk) 13:15, 8 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Yokobaits kindly raise your concern at She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's talk page, where discussions have taken place already regarding not including audience score directly from RT. See also MOS:TVRECEPTION. Thank you. Centcom08 (talk) 13:27, 8 September 2023 (UTC)
- Those discussions did not conclude. It has been a clear item of concern, that users feel that only the favourable half of a RT score is being displayed, and it doesn't actually reflect the critical response.
- Directing me to the formatting, doesn't suggest anything outside of, a well established source. Rotten Tomatoes is mentioned specifically as being a valid. Rotten Tomatoes provides a Tomatometer and an Audience score.
- And I am talking with you specifically, as why this would be the format on all the Marvel articles, not just She-Hulk, and why are you the one that makes that determination? Yokobaits (talk) 05:25, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Yokobaits That is why I suggest you to start a discussion at the article or much better at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Film/Marvel Cinematic Universe task force where members of the task force who manages the MCU article can help you with your concern. Centcom08 (talk) 05:46, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
- You didn't, you directed me towards the She-Hulk talk page. Yokobaits (talk) 09:11, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Yokobaits Also, I hope you have read MOS:TVAUDIENCE, the next topic below the Manual of Style link I sent above. Centcom08 (talk) 05:52, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
- Is there something specific you are pointing out? Yokobaits (talk) 09:11, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
