Creating attack pages in sandbox
[edit]You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:47, 18 January 2023 (UTC)
- Why cn I not make a page on her? I can't get a valid reason why. You just keep saying I'm vandalizing. It's not an attack. It's information, and everybody wonders who she is. This place makes no sense! Even then, it's my sandbox, right? I'm gonna be honest... this site is confusing as heck. Cash713 (talk) 14:34, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church moved to draftspace
[edit]Unfortunately, an article you recently created Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church, is not ready as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage with citations from reliable and independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. I've moved your article to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's WP:GNG guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Mobutu Hat moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Mobutu Hat, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. - @Blaze Wolf be careful with your words. Mobutu Sese Seko is not some "random" politician. Take a minute to look through the robust article about him as I just did because I am unfamiliar with him.
- Cash713, check Google Books, although most sources are in German so I cannot determine what they say. S0091 (talk) 21:00, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- @Drmies any interest in this or know anyone who may be? A brief look indicates Mobutu Hat is a "thing" but sources are largely in German (and note I have no clue if you are familiar with German but for whatever reason thought you might be helpful). S0091 (talk) 21:26, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- S0091, ha, Mobutu is certainly not random, but the hat may well be. I'll have a look. Drmies (talk) 22:28, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- OK--the German sources, "Mobutu hat" means "Mobutu had"--"hat" is the past tense of "haben", "to have", so those are all false hits. Drmies (talk) 22:30, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- @Blaze Wolf Watch your tone. Mobutu was a major player in African politics during the cold war and post-cold war, and if his shirt style can have a page, so can his hat Cash713 (talk) 01:48, 18 February 2023 (UTC)

- Cash713, you need to start articles with sources. That church might be notable, but not by virtue of the website of an organ builder. Drmies (talk) 22:38, 17 February 2023 (UTC)

- Cash713, I found some sources and added them to the draft. You may find some of them useful, some maybe not but at least a couple of them or so should be helpful to expand it. S0091 (talk) 16:55, 18 February 2023 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for May 12
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of aircraft used in China before 1937, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Guangxi Clique. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
