Dear colleague--In my judgment as an administrator here, the article on West Fargo Public Library is exceedingly unlikely to be considered suitable for wikipedia--all similar articles have been unfailingly deleted. However important librarians like us think libraries to be is not the point-- that's what the consensus here is. See WP:ORG--you basically need to show notability demonstrated by references from outside 3rd party published sources, and almost no small city library like this actually can do it, unless they've won some sort of a national-level award. I could send it to AfD, where it will quickly be deleted, but I can instead merge a mention into the article for the city. There will still be a link from the library name going there. OK? We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license.
