FC Odesa
Hi! Dont you think that it is better to create separate page for FC Odesa? Alex (talk) 20:33, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- FC Odesa and Dniester is one team. Former Dniester players play for Odesa now , Odesa take Dniester's place in Persha Liha. SO, no matter to separation.--Anatoliy (Talk) 21:02, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- As explained by Ahonc, FC Odesa is the same team as Dnister Ovidiopol. Separating them would break the continuum of the club and the historical relationship. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 21:06, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- And creation date? 2011 or 1947? Alex (talk) 21:15, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- In the infobox of the club their would not be an objection if there is an additional note of when the team moved to Odesa - as in reformed or moved (2011). Also it might be worthwhile to breakup the "History" sub level into "Dnister Ovidiopol" and "FC Odesa". Brudder Andrusha (talk) 21:34, 30 June 2011 (UTC)

New Ukrainian clubs
Hi everyone, I'm really interested in knowing about the newUkrainian clubs for the second league. i was starting to despair at the lack of clubs in Ukraine and wondered if the two leagues would have to combine as one to make a 'last stand' for ukrainian football.however, i was thrilled to find out about the new clubs coming from nowhere to enter the league. How did this happen? Was an advertisement placed on the internet or were the oblasts all given invites to try and save ukrainian football. If so, it was a great idea and seems to be working! Let's hope the future is will be rosy for everyone! John --Honzaukr (talk) 11:54, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
- There seems to have been an influx of interest, probably backed with sufficient funds for the entry of thus far nine new teams. Although the funds look like they are coming from industries which are forerunners in Ukraine there are some concerns with clubs from Western Ukraine (or Galicia) where Prykarpattya Ivan-Frankivsk and Nyva Ternopil (teams which spent time at the elite level in Ukraine) are under tremendous pressure to survive. I however think that some of these teams are entering the professional ranks prematurely and that they will be disappearing as quick as they came. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 11:58, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for that info - it seems that we have a rich-poor divide in football as well. I feel sorry for the poorer Western Ukrainian teams. --Honzaukr (talk) 12:48, 8 July 2011 (UTC)

Mud-slinging
It really is very sweet that you're trying to come back at me with unfounded insults instead of swallowing your pride and taking responsibility. Why on earth would you suggest that some faction of WP:FOOTY members is attempting to fabricate attendance figures in the first place? The very thought is utterly ridiculous, and such accusations are unlikely to endear you to anyone. If information is not accompanied by a source, remove it; simple as that. – PeeJay 14:19, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
- I hardly believe that the attendance figures are fabricated I am sure that they are coming for a source which is quite legitimate and therefore it should be referenced. Since you are a great believer in placing up to date sourced information of wikipages I am very surprised that you let the attendance figures slide in your usual cleanup effort of the Europa League/Champions League pages. Which seems to me that you do know where the attendances are coming from. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 14:32, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
- I also have faith that the attendances are coming from a reliable source, but you expressed concerns over the source of the attendances, so it seemed that you were more worried about it than I was. I mean, why are you throwing accusations all over the place if you're not bothered. – PeeJay 14:46, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
- I am the person that added all the attendances(at least most of it), I have no reason to fabricate attendances. Syjytg (talk) 02:11, 29 July 2011 (UTC)

About Vladan Dyse Vujic
I suspect, that this footballer not exist, and not any sources, that indicate opposite. And User:Gregormatap not created any other articles. Chornomorets Stadium
Don't you think that these [1] [2] articles should be merged? Alex (talk) 16:44, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
- Its a good question. However if you look at other replaced stadiums the original stadium survives as wikipedia entry and probably so it should for historical purposes. For example Giants Stadium in The Meadowlands, NJ was replaced by Met Life Stadium. Hence for Chornomorets Stadium I would be inclined to keep those articles separate. Attendance for ECL and Europa League
It looks like your suspicions that soccerway.com gets the attendance from UEFA is correct.
It is exactly the same as http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/Download/StatDoc/competitions/UCL/01/67/63/60/1676360_DOWNLOAD.pdf and http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles/Download/EuroExperience/competitions/UEFACup/01/67/58/86/1675886_DOWNLOAD.pdf. Syjytg (talk) 05:31, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for your follow up on this as I was sure that UEFA would finally publish the attendances of the qualifying games for both competitions somewhere. This leads us back to our massive all reference pages (Europa League & [League]). In reality the one reference from UEFA should be good enough for the whole page. However, that's a massive edit that no one probably now will want to undertake after the fact. Again this should be brought up in our wonderful talk area. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 15:46, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
- I still think that soccerway.com to be used for future seasons as UEFA take so long just to publish the figures. Syjytg (talk) 03:24, 21 November 2011 (UTC)

Nomination of Lockleys North Primary School for deletion
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Lockleys North Primary School is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lockleys North Primary School until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Epeefleche (talk) 05:46, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
"What makes a primary school notable?"
From Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Lockleys_North_Primary_School.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there's practically nothing that will satisfy certain people about the notability for primary schools. I likely agree with you, though, that primary schools should, de facto be considered notable because of their pervasive influence on the communities in which they exist (if you've ever visited a country town in outback Australia you'll notice that there's probably a public school, a pub, a post office and a police station, and that's probably it, in every town).
In my opinion, these factors should (but, at the moment, don't) impart notability:
- Age of the school (>75 years old);
- Enrolment (>400);
- Heritage status of the school (any heritage listed buildings on a school site should confer notability);
- Special status of some description (i.e., if it's an "Opportunity Class" school or what have you).
You should consider joining WP:WPSCH. There's likely to be an RFC soon on the inherent notability of schools, and we could use all the help we can get to get it running through smoothly.
As for the AfD... Good luck. But the current mood of the place is against primary schools. ˜danjel [ talk | contribs ] 02:07, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for your interest in this debate and concern about articles such as Lockleys North PS. I am not convinced that US Wiki admins understand the role of a school, especially primary school has in Australia. Since I grew up there I am well aware of the contibution and the notability these schools have within the community and as you mention in the country or outback. I'm not looking to bend the rules here for the sake of inclusion but some of the Wiki admins could do without inflicting such motions which have proven to detach editors from further contributions. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 02:32, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- These aren't admins with whom you're disagreeing... :) They're just everyday users. Even admins are just regular users who volunteer to do some extra cleaning around the place.
- So the point is that you're welcome to disagree. Decisions are made by WP:CONSENSUS, and those decisions can change. At some point, a Request for Comment will be put forward regarding notability of schools, and I hope that we get a clearer set of criteria that we can rely on to ensure that these articles are kept. Please join WP:WPSCH so that you know when that RfC is moved through.
- Separately, I'll see your replies and reply here also. There's no need for a separate instance of this discussion to be had on my talkpage as well. ˜danjel [ talk | contribs ] 02:41, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- My advice at the moment is to look to WP:NONPROFIT and try to fulfill the notability requirements there, particularly the points under "Local units..." ˜danjel [ talk | contribs ] 05:48, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- What examples of Local units could a primary school have? I'm not privy to that information unless I do some serious research. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 05:56, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- A primary school is a local unit (of the overall Dept. of Education).
- I really strongly suggest that you keep WP:COOL. You know I think the situation is completely fucking ridiculous, but we have to work within the rules as they are at the moment. ˜danjel [ talk | contribs ] 13:49, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- I've been reading some of your postings and the immature responses from those who have been involved with this AfD. I thought I was going to be dealing with so called educated individuals, but after realizing that they are 30 years younger than me I should of known that I would run into WikiBulling some day here. UPL
about the ukrainian premier league, i talked you it does not matter that the last matchday is not played, if metalist or x team secured its position, you should put it. Look the case of ligue 1, la liga, serie a, premier league. In spain, 3 first position are secured for last matchday, same situation for juventus and milan in italy, montpellier and psg in league 1. i know that WP is not a crystal ball to predict the future but if the evidence is irrefutable, and the classification is mathematically secured...the rest of words leftover. also i know that you is the administrator of the UPL page, yoou update this page, but you are not the owner, and if you aren't right about this theme i must tell you, you should accept others positions and opinions. and must be toletant — Preceding unsigned comment added by 186.147.34.136 (talk) 18:25, 6 May 2012 (UTC)

Dnipro is qualified because 9pt with CHO and 7pt MDO, with 3 matches to be played and with MDO vs CHO. So yes they are qualified. So please re-reverse the page. Stigni (talk) 07:22, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
Questions
Hi. I need your opinion in 2 questions: 1.How do you think article about ПФК Олександрія should be called? I was going to move it to PFC Oleksandria as most websites gives this name, but now I am not sure should I move it or not. 2.What name is correct: Ukrainian Premier League Reserves or Ukrainian Premier Reserve League? One of this page should be moved. Alex (talk) 19:48, 12 May 2013 (UTC)
- I was not around when the Wiki Ukrainian fooball was first created, and would assume that the naming did not care much for formal transliterations. I did notice that there were missing wikilinks all over the place for PFC Oleksandria because that was the original name used just recently and recreated the item with a redirect to the new PFC Oleksandriya. I think the new name is the correct transliteration so I would leave it. On the second question the first wikilink is to the season competition of the Reserves competition, but as you know this season the UPL instituted a U-19 competition (which will have to get updated). The second wikilink is to the formal competition - which have in it every season's champion, runner-up, top goalscorer etc. But I see that it is quite incomplete. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 20:44, 12 May 2013 (UTC)
- OK. As for PFC Oleksandriya I'll leave it as it is for now (maybe will move sometime). As for 2nd question: how this article should be called: "Ukrainian Premier League Reserves and Under 19"? Alex (talk) 21:00, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
- You can move it to "Ukrainian Premier League Reserves and Under 19" because that is what it is now. Or else I can do the move for you if you want. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 23:23, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
UPL season statistics
Hi, Couldn't you wait just a little longer for me to finish my edits?? I could've lost a good half-hours' worth of work! Yes it did take me more than 10 minutes. I miscalculated, but you could be more considerate. The template says that this section is "actively" undergoing changes, meaning this someone is editing the page at that very moment... --BoguSlav 19:00, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- If you don't save your work environments in a sandbox then its not my problem. Secondly, If you are going to put assist in the article for this season then be prepared to do it for the previous twenty seasons or it will get deleted. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 19:52, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- Regarding your comment about Wikipedia being a Stats Book, the page clearly states that "Excessive listings of statistics" shouldn't happen. If I had placed the entire list of every assist in the league, then that would have been excessive. Stats, especially in sport-related articles, are not only acceptable but often necessary for the quality of an article. You can look at many other sport-related articles that have statistics. If you don't like this I suggest you bring up this topic in a WikiProject discussion page rather than engaging in activism.
"If you are going to put assist in the article for this season then be prepared to do it for the previous twenty seasons or it will get deleted." My edit simply improves this specific article. Since when do you have to improve an entire set of articles if you want to improve one article? Are you implying ownership of this article or are you not familiar with Wikipedia's editing policy? The main requirement is that my edits be referenced, verifiable, and WP:NPOV, and they meet these requirements.
"If you don't save your work environments in a sandbox then its not my problem." The reason I didn't save it in a sandbox is because I put a template that I thought others, like you, would respect, until I took the template down myself. Wikipedia is a community so I assumed that people like yourself would care if others' edits were lost, considering that the ultimate goal of Wikipedia is to provide more information to more people.--BoguSlav 21:13, 19 May 2013 (UTC)- Assists have been discussed in WP:FOOTY and the consensus that they are an unnecessary statistic. I am not implying ownership, but implying consistancy. There are 20 odd seasons of Ukrainian Premier League and all should be similar in content. You bring an addition to the article in the 29th round and you expect that one should agree on its content. Not so quick my fly-by-night contributor. You seem to impose that just because you gave an addition to the article, that it has a reference and that because you made it the information is worthy of inclusion. I think you need to take your civility and review it. Also you chose a fine time to do you inclusion right after the completion of games.Brudder Andrusha (talk) 21:24, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
- "You bring an addition to the article in the 29th round and you expect that one should agree on its content. Not so quick my fly-by-night contributor." Oh. Ok. So since you're the one who's been editing this article for 29 rounds, that in some way makes your edits more important than mine? Since I'm a fly-by-night contributor (which I'm sure you know is a derogatory term wikt:fly-by-night), I have to ask for your approval before I make a change to the article? The amount of time you have spent editing the article has nothing to do with my right to make changes to it.
"Assists have been discussed in WP:FOOTY and the consensus that they are an unnecessary statistic". Really?? Then I guess 2012–13 La Liga, 2012–13 Fußball-Bundesliga, 2012–13 Serie A, 2012–13 Ligue 1, 2013 Major League Soccer season, and many, many other leagues are going against consensus. If assists were unnecessary, there would no awards given out to the player with the most assists or the player who had the most goals+assists. Please show me this discussion.
And if you are worried about consistency in all of these articles, you are free to add assists to the rest of the articles. However, it is not a requirement for me to add all assists to every article in order for me to add it the 2012-13 Ukrainian Premier League article. --BoguSlav 23:01, 19 May 2013 (UTC)

Hey Brudder Andrusha
I'm sending you this because you've made quite a few edits to the template namespace in the past couple of months. If I've got this wrong, or if I haven't but you're not interested in my request, don't worry; this is the only notice I'm sending out on the subject :).
So, as you know (or should know - we sent out a centralnotice and several watchlist notices) we're planning to deploy the VisualEditor on Monday, 1 July, as the default editor. For those of us who prefer markup editing, fear not; we'll still be able to use the markup editor, which isn't going anywhere.
What's important here, though, is that the VisualEditor features an interactive template inspector; you click an icon on a template and it shows you the parameters, the contents of those fields, and human-readable parameter names, along with descriptions of what each parameter does. Personally, I find this pretty awesome, and from Monday it's going to be heavily used, since, as said, the VisualEditor will become the default.
The thing that generates the human-readable names and descriptions is a small JSON data structure, loaded through an extension called TemplateData. I'm reaching out to you in the hopes that you'd be willing and able to put some time into adding TemplateData to high-profile templates. It's pretty easy to understand (heck, if I can write it, anyone can) and you can find a guide here, along with a list of prominent templates, although I suspect we can all hazard a guess as to high-profile templates that would benefit from this. Hopefully you're willing to give it a try; the more TemplateData sections get added, the better the interface can be. If you run into any problems, drop a note on the Feedback page.

- Hey guys, I was told that had you also bolded California Chrome in the nom at ITN and/or added me on the Kentucky Derby article (which I did make some edits on), I could have also been a co-nom and all that. I'm not out to grab wikicup points I'm not entitled to, but I'm still in the mix there, and I would be interested in claiming those I can, so as I'm tracking the triple crown rather closely this year and did most of the edits on 'Chrome's article, I'd be willing to do some of the lifting here, at least if 'Chrome wins again. Brudder Andrusha, the current Arsenal Kyiv is related to the preceding even less than Obolon Kyiv relates to Obolon-Brovar Kyiv. The current club was revived from its football academy like Obolon did, but unlike Obolon the ownership and sponsors of Arsenal is completely different. None the less, wikipedia recognizes Obolon and Obolon-Brovar like two different club, while you claim that current Arsenal and previous Arsenal are one and the same. In 2014 FC Arsenal-Kyiv Shchaslyve represented town of Shchaslyve (Kiev Oblast) and participated in Kiev Oblast championship playing only the second half of the season (Results of the regional championships of Ukraine 2014. Center and North. UA-Football. 22 December 2014). The club also won a regional cup of Kiev Oblast. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 00:00, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
- Aleksandr Grigoryev, it is not so much that they are the same club but that the current club has inherited the history of the preceding versions of the club even until 1925. History in Russian. With that in mind there any numerous clubs who have become bankrupt and reformed - especially in Italy and do not have separate articles. It is far more understanding to have all the information in one article if possible because of the continuum it presents rather than having stubs all over the place. We have discussed this previously. If you think otherwise I think you should formulate a reasonable explanation and submit it for a WP:FOOTY discussion so that others in the project could support your views of separation. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 01:40, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
Brudder Andrusha, hold on. Are you serious? Is your only argument "the history of the preceding versions of the club even until 1925. History in Russian."? How was it "inherited"? By writing an article on its homepage? There is nothing that says about the so-called "inheriting". The professional club Arsenal Kyiv was proclaimed bankrupt and was dissolved. You are trying to merge an article of professional club and is dissolved and another article about some amateur club that was created in the memory of the first stating based outside of Kiev. Also, you mentioned something about discussing. How come you did not invite me, but rather blanked the page I created? Why was I omitted from participation in "reasonable" discussion? Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 02:24, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
Moreover, none of the players nor coaches ever played for Arsenal Kyiv. Andriy Annenkov played for CSKA-Borysfen. Players from the current squad never played for any professional level games of Arsenal Kyiv before 2014. The owner of the club has nothing to do with the previous club either. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 02:29, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
- Aleksandr Grigoryev Again according to WP the policy adapted for clubs to have their own article is that have to be professional - or play in a professional league. This club does not play in a professional league as of yet. Also look at all these former clubs that have been bankrupt... Ascoli Picchio F.C. 1898, A.C. Siena, ACF Fiorentina, Servette FC, Leeds United FC, Coventry City F.C.. All these teams have different ownership/administration after bankrupcy - But guess what? There is no new article. FWIW and FYI
Just so you know, the equibase links that "go away" don't - they seem to change them to a less-understandable permanent link a few weeks after the race - you can still find the charts, easiest to search on the race record of the horse who won... It's a PITA to change the lines, but equibase DOES keep permanent ones. I had not used webcitation though - it's cool - how does it work - and can it be done for newspaper articles that get archived that wayback won't index? (link URL??) Montanabw(talk) 02:43, 4 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Montanabw: I'm aware of the changes of that Equibase does with the link to the results. As you mentioned continually changing the url to find an active link to the article is just time consuming. I've used webcitation.org and its archiving site for a while now. However, if an article has no-cache or no-store as meta data in the HTML source then the article will not archive. I usually get around this by saving the original article and modifying the source and storing it elsewhere and then running the archival. Of course the reference is to the original article. If you have time its worth trying webcitation as an alternative archival mechanism. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 18:35, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
- Hmmm. I never thought of that... does webcitation work automatically like wayback or does it only archive stuff that someone tells it to archive? And have you passed muster with it at WP:FAC? Montanabw(talk) 19:57, 5 May 2015 (UTC)

Hi Brudder Andrusha,

Arsenal Kiev
About Arsenal Kiev, I do not see consistency in your logic. FC Obolon-Brovar Kyiv and FC Obolon Kyiv we do not merge, but Arsenal Kyiv and Arsenal-Kiev Kyiv we merge. Look at the website of the Professional Football League of Ukraine (http://pfl.ua/). Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 04:30, 5 July 2015 (UTC)

Metalurh Donetsk
Shell-smell, Metalurh official website does not work, while the official website of Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk is up and running. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 04:15, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Aleksandr Grigoryev: And the web-site of the PFL is working as well - and the team is Metalurh Donetsk. In the new season article for 2015–16 Ukrainian Premier League what is the name of the team in the standings? How come you haven't set it up? Brudder Andrusha (talk) 11:56, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
- Brudder Andrusha, I do not understand why you mentioned PFL website. Here is the Metalurh's website (http://metallurg.donetsk.ua/) and here is the Stal's website (http://www.fcstal.com.ua/). The news article at the Stal's website shows photo of Metalurh's players while the article talks about the united team of Stal and Metalurh. (http://www.fcstal.com.ua/news.php?id=1935). I agree that it is a technicality, but avoiding it might lead to confusion in future. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 12:22, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
- The 2014–15 Ukrainian Premier League completed in late May. The new season is to begin in 2 weeks. The schedule for the season has been completed and I mention it because we use it for references for the standings in the table. Also all trial games which this team plays under are Metalurh Donetsk. A notation has to be made in the current season about the merge and the formation of this team - but not on the previous season. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 12:59, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Aleksandr Grigoryev: This saga is yet to be completed. We may still have to revisit both Metalurh and Stal D status before the start of the new season More manuevering by MD managment Brudder Andrusha (talk) 13:45, 6 July 2015 (UTC)
- Brudder Andrusha, certainly, it is an interesting article, thank you. One more question really bothers me, what is wrong with notation about merging in the previous season? The merging took place soon thereafter, did it not? Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 01:30, 7 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Aleksandr Grigoryev: Although the President of the club indicated that the merge will take place and the club's (Stal) website continues to report the pre season trial games as the United Metalurh and Stal media sources continue to report the teams is represented as Metalurh Donetsk Trial Games. Secondly, the articles about the Premier League competitions are NOT Ukrainian Football in 2015. There is enough acknowledgement currently that the teams are planning but there is nothing officially - especially given that the 2015–16 Premier League season has Metalurh Donetsk competing. It is absurd to even start changing colors in the old season until its official and even more if on July 17 Metalurh Donetsk/Stal D plays under the Metalurh Donetsk name in the new season. However I think this reverse takeover by MetaDon will fall flat on its face and we will see them disappear before the first round. Currently, the do exist and the media is reporting about them as if they do. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 00:47, 10 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Aleksandr Grigoryev: Looks like my prediction is happening and MetaDon will not be playing in the PL MetaDon withdraws. This is still playing out so we'll see where Stal D ends up. (Definitely not a merge so the 2014–15 Ukrainian First League will need to be updated as well. The war is taking a toll on the Donbass teams. Also Illichivets Mariupol is going to be renamed. Illich to be renamed Brudder Andrusha (talk) 12:49, 10 July 2015 (UTC)

- Well, the media calls it United Metalurh and Stal and clubs' officials of both sides talk about merger. Yet you continue saying something about that there is nothing official and definitely not a merge. I am fine with not coloring the table. I guess the time will show it at the end. Let's be patient with it. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 03:46, 11 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Aleksandr Grigoryev: There is an official declaration from the MD administration that they are bankrupt and will not participate in 2015–16. MetaDon bankrupt Now its up to the UPL to see how they will fill the 14th spot in the competition for the up coming season. They don't have much time to piss around so it will be known soon. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 09:20, 11 July 2015 (UTC)

I have deleted your attempt at a copy-paste move. You knew this was unacceptable and yet you edit warred and taunted the IP who tried to explain this to you. Any further behavior like this when your block expires will result in a much longer block. If you want to move the existing article, please start a proper requested move. --NeilN talk to me 21:03, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
- @NeilN: A requested move has started on my unsuccessful WP:BOLD ploy. I would appreciate your continued monitoring of IP users who are reverting articles where links to this new name article would be used. In particular 2015–16 Ukrainian Second League until this issue has been resolved. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 11:18, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
- Given the name of the club is disputed, they can certainly dispute the links. And your ploy wasn't WP:BOLD; it was against Wikipedia policy and you should have never continued after the first revert. --NeilN talk to me 13:11, 18 July 2015 (UTC)
- @NeilN: You can call me out and suspend me for WP:3RR. Fair enough. However, I've done many move of pages with the premise of going ahead and being WP:Bold (and you check my "moves" from the past). The fact is there are enough disputes on this topic that will keep admins like you busy. Enjoy!!! Brudder Andrusha (talk) 18:03, 18 July 2015 (UTC)

Oleksandriya
Hi, I was just wondering why you edited the piping to add FC ahead of Oleksandriya. That is not done anywhere else and we usually pipe FC so I was wondering if you have any explanation? Qed237 (talk) 08:58, 19 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Qed237: Teams representing municipal towns or cities have been prefixed in Ukrainian Leagues in the past so that its clear that its the football club not the city. For example other clubs that have played in the PFL, FC Lviv, FC Poltava, MFC Mykolaiv, PFC Oleksandriya (Previous version of the club) etc. Also its used to distinguish between clubs from the same city – Nyva Ternopil and FC Ternopil. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 12:19, 19 July 2015 (UTC)
- Okay got it, I will leave it as is for know but I believe that if they would end up in Champions League or Europa League they would probably lose the FC and we should be consistent. But I wont argue over this now. Doesn't really matter much. Qed237 (talk) 13:04, 19 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Qed237: If Oleksandriya got into UEFA competitions it would be such a surprise that no one would care what they are called. ;) Brudder Andrusha (talk) 14:32, 19 July 2015 (UTC)

You want to try and prep 2015 Breeders' Cup for possible inclusion in ITN? I'll help. So far, we have articles on some of the starters in the Breeders' Cup Classic. I'd enjoy helping out with this. Interested? If American Pharoah wins, it will be the first-ever "Grand Slam," though if he doesn't win, not sure if the ITN gang will promote it, though if he gets beat by Beholder (horse) or if Gleneagles (horse) wins, that will be something ... (also have articles on Tonalist and Keen Ice, will check for others) Montanabw(talk) 23:45, 26 October 2015 (UTC)
